I purchased a car from this dealership 2 years ago. They are quick to help you purchase a car but once you purchase it they are reluctant to help with anything else. They are very unprofessional and even rude. The staff are unhelpful and that’s if your even able to connect a phone call with them. I would purchase your car elsewhere.

I dropped off my truck at Viva Ford at about 5:30 am one morning and used the key drop box. Octavio, from the service department, called me about 7:40 am or so to tell me they received the truck and are starting to work on it. I appreciated the call.They fixed all four manufacturers recall in one day.Octavio was courteous and kept me informed.
Took my Mustang in for oil change. I asked my service writer, Ernie Medrano, if all the levels as far as transmission fluid, etc. were checked and I also asked if tires would be rotated. He informed me that with The Works package, all these would be done. Dropped off at 7 am and service was completed by 8:30 am. It was fast and easy. Service Writer was very friendly and informative.

I took my 2021 Thor Hurricane 34R RV on 27 Sep 2021, to Viva Ford the dashboard had numerous sensor lights on. I was attended by the service representative Oscar whom stated that due to the current crisis we are in it may take a whole month before the shop can check the issue. I explained to Oscar that we (wife and I) use this RV for our frequent trips to San Antonio to visit our health specialists and anything they could do to speed up the process would be greatly appreciated. Earlier today 30 Sep 2021 I received a call from Oscar stating my RV was ready and the issue was fixed. We are greatly appreciative of the actions Viva Ford took to fix our RV. During this environment we do not take lightly staying at a hotel and Viva Ford has ensured we continue using our RV. Although they did fix my car … it took forever! I can understand getting and shipping parts in and all of that but the worst part was they NEVER answer the phone or call you back to give you updates on your car. After leaving my car with them for an entire month I never got one call back or answer from the service department ever. And we called every other day trying to talk to someone … And now? I didn’t even have my car for 30 days and the same light came back on AGAIN! So it’s back in the shop, still no one answers the phone, and now I don’t have a car … again … man … it wouldn’t be so miserable if they’d just answer their phone or at least call you back to tell you how it’s going … they were nice at the place and hopefully this time it doesn’t take too long … but getting updates feels impossible
The whole sales aspect of everything went good I put $8,000 down and traded in another truck...but Ive been waiting for 5 months for my license plates and have put in at least 20+ phone calls as I live in Houston and the dealer is in el paso. Somebody is dropping the ball somewhere and just shrugging it off I have never received a phone call back not once. If I have paid for tax title and license why have I not received anythingThis is absolutely crazy I would not recommend viva ford to anyone
I arrived at the service department at 7am, time of opening. The service agent greeted me and told him what I needed..he wrote everything down and asked me if I was going up wait for my vehicle. I told him yes, I would be waiting got it. He then told me that the technicians dont come in till 8am. What is the purpose of opening at 7am and the workers dont come till 8am. Its like a restaurant opening at 7am and the cooks not going in till 8am.. what the heck??

Went here to see a car they had online. Although we didnt purchase it the salesman was very nice and helpful. The reason we didnt purchase was not anything to do with the salesman or the dealer, it was just the color was not exact what we wanted and the interior in the back was a little on the small side from what wed hoped for. I will recommend Viva Ford and will definitely shop here again. It was a nice no pressure experience!

I just finished taking my wife’s truck here for the second oil change. Like I said in my other review, great and friendly staff. Oscar Avila was my service advisor and even though it was Tuesday at 7:00 am, he was very friendly, as to where most other people would have been a little grouchy at that moment. Will definitely be back. The service was fast also, oil change and tire rotation in about an hour. 👍🏻👊🏼💥
Its ridiculous how bad their work ethics (in the service department) have deteriorated in the last few years. Dont expect good service or to know what is going on with your vehicle. We used to be long term customers, this will no longer be the case. Save yourself time and stress and rent a vehicle if you use them, because they will take forever. They wont answer the phone or give updates. Its not about waiting on parts, theres no excuse for not doing your job. How hard is it to give the status of a vehicle!!

My F-150 was in their shop for 6 weeks! This was because of personnel problems and a lack of attention and parts availability. Parts availability accounted for 2 weeks of repair, the rest was due to lack of supervision and personnel problems.
Felt they did not want to help us find the vechicle that was for us it seemed they to wanted to sell us something we really did not want. A vechicle is not just a sale. It is an investment that should represent the person driving it. The comforts they enjoy. For some a sun roof is important, others charging ports and ability to go off road And explore yet have whole family fit. You can not judge a customer by what you see (the way they dress, what they drive, how they speak) you should not treat a customer like they are uneducated and do not understand how sales and financing works. You do not know them/ their back ground/ what they specialize in. A little respect goes a long way.

Terrible customer service. Have not been able to process my title transfer and license plates in 3 months… Management is non-responsive…Update*July 21,2021 it’s been another month. Still no license plates. Come to find out the process was never started.Please do not purchase from this company, the title clerk and management are completely irresponsible and unorganized… I’m sure there are better organized dealerships in town….
Went to Viva Ford to get my car looked at after getting stuck in the flash floods in El Paso over the weekend. Oscar in the service department was friendly and professional. My car seems to be doing well and when I picked it up, Oscar reassured me regarding the health of my vehicle. He explained in detail what was done to fix my car and took extra measures to make sure the part they fixed was secured safely to my vehicle. I appreciate the effort Viva Ford put in to fixing my car! I highly recommend Oscar in the service department if you are experiencing trouble.

So I came back after looking for a truck, got a payment offer was to high for me around 640 a month. Told them no and came back to look at an SUV. Found one used liked it, wanted it and then without even seeing numbers about how much it is what the monthly payments would be. Sales comes back and says I can’t afford it. Then tried to get me to buy an older style SUV.

You guys dont deserve a star. We were looking for a vehicle and thought we found a place that was helpful and NOPE we didnt. Not only did we NOT find a vehicle we liked or wanted but our personal vehicle was locked inside their gates and we were not able to get it until the following Monday.🤬 They loaded us in a rental to go look at another dealership ran by viva also, with a sales person he took us across town to the east side of El paso and then that person left us there with someone else to deal with. And when we tried to get back is when we found out they locked or vehicle in there lot and were screwed. We will never buy or ever look at another vehicle from the VIVA Company again. They re the WORST !!!!
This truck is awesome. It is equip with everything we wanted. It pulls a trailer with ease, it also tells you if there is anything wrong with the trailer. Leather seats and you can have them warm too. There is much more to say but again this truck is awesome!!!
I am extremely disappointed with Vivas Service department. I took my F-150 to Viva for them to repair an electrical power outlet on the dash. Initially, they said it would take them 3 to 4 days for the diagnosis, but it actually took them 15 days for the diagnosis, and then they took another week to complete the repair (22 days total). I tried calling many times to check on the status, but I think the service rep answered the phone only once or twice. Not only did it take so long to repair, but they scratched up the driver side door below the door handle.In the future, I will go to Casa Ford, even though it is on the other side of town. Lesson learned.

My AC went out on my Ford F-150 on a Saturday afternoon. I took the truck in first thing Monday morning. Octavio, the service manager, is the one that took care of me. I told him I needed my truck ready by Thursday as I was going camping with my family. He got right on it. Compressor was seized. Octavio contacted the extended warranty and made sure the AC was fixed and delivered it on Thursday. I was very skeptical at first, but Octavio was great and delivered!
Salesman by the name of Manuel called me several times within two weeks to try and buy my vehicle due to a KBB instant cash offer inquiry. I told salesman not to waste my time over the phone and that if he can’t reach my desired price to let me know before making the drive from east side to west. Over the phone Manuel quoted me saying he can offer me $22000 for my car based on the carfax. When I made it to the dealership for the appraisal, Manuel had the audacity to low ball me an offer of $15000 when I specifically told him I wouldn’t even drive down to the west if he gave me an offer under the $22000. FALSE ADVERTISING over the phone is not the way to do business!! Don’t price vehicles if you can’t honor the price YOU quoted

My 2009 Ford F-150 hit the 100,000 mile and I remembered that I needed to have a tune up done to replace the tired spark plugs that had been working very hard. All my vehicles are or have been Ford vehicles: 1964 Ford Galaxie 500, 120,000 miles; 2009 Ford F-150, 104,000 miles, 2014 Ford Expedition 70,000 miles, 2019 Ford F-150, 14,200 miles. Replaced vehicles: 2005 Ford Expedition, 75.000 miles, 1993 Ford E-150 Econoline Van, 125,000 miles, 1990 Lincoln Executive Town Car, 50,000 miles, 1984 Ford F-150 Pick up, 98,000 miles, 1974 Ford Elite, 95,000miles. These cars have taken me and my family to various destinations in Mexico, California, Texas, Florida, Georgia, and points in between. The majority of these vehicles have been purchased and serviced at Viva Ford or predecessors: Mesa Ford and Kemp Ford. I have always been very happy with their mechanical abilities; the only complaint I have is their cost (like any good consumer of course).

I had been shopping around with ford dealers and did not have much success in other lengthier negotiations. I reached out to Viva, and Shelby, a sales assistant, set me up with Sergio as my sales representative. This was the third vehicle I have bought, and Sergio was the most helpful sales representative I have worked with historically. We texted/talked on the phone for maybe 30min tops and came to excellent terms. When I got to the dealer, he made the experience incredibly smooth and did not try any underhanded tactics. If anything, he went out of his way to ensure I understood every aspect of the vehicle even before running my credit. Finally, once I went back to the finance department, Edgar, the finance manager, was very straightforward and did not try to bombard me with any overpriced addendums. There were zero frustrating waits while everyone did their part—swift and satisfying process. 10/10 would return. If you go, please be very certain of everything and do not hesitate to ask any questions. They will be forthright if you ask any questions.

Horrible! No one seems to know the prices of anything. I had previously called to scheduled an oil change and literally took 30 minutes. At the end of the call, I asked what the price was and the person did not even know. Previously, I had taken my vehicle due to brake issues and they were not able to figure anything out. When I asked if they were able to pick up my 1 month old 2021 vehicle, they said that I had to pay for a tow and they did not even offer a lender car. After failing to diagnose the issue, they told me that I had to call ford company and figure something out. These people are always just doing the bare minimum and I am never taking my vehicle here again.
Edit: Never do business here just dont. Terrible experience and I have literally lost all trust in all dealerships because of this place. I have never been fed so hard in my life. I learned a valuable lesson from this experience and I wish you nothing but the worst.

Took three weeks to diagnosis and repair AC in my wifes 2019 EcoSport. During this entire time they never returned a call and they use a foreign answering service. Called all published numbers to no avail. Even pleaded with a sales rep to walk over and ask service manager to call me. Shamaley Ford is worse as they lost us to their Bait and Switch scheme.

Custom ordered a CUV PHEV there. Also I was given a 1st hand tour of a Mach E Premium AWD; very impressed. My experience so far has been very positive.
After having met with someone at the location to figure out numbers on the car we wanted we asked for the off the lot price and was given the number which was about $3,000 more than the advertised price online. I asked about why the price was higher and was told that it was the add ons that the dealership provides and that they are non negotiable, YOU CANT OPT OUT. I let that slide and find financing with my own bank and get a preapproval. We get to the dealership and are then told that the price given to us was the costs of the car alone and the taxes and lisencing fees were not included.....long story short after all of this was factored into the cost...the car ended up being almost $8,000 more than the original price advertised. How?! I know there is a car shortage but damn. Needless to say, I was not willing and definitely not desperate enough to buy this vehicle even though I was able to afford it. My advice to all of you potential customers is to be smart about your money! If you think something sounds off go with your gut...you are spending alot of money.

I am very disappointed writing this email. I came here looking to buy a new vehicle and I was disregarded by every single employee. NO one bothered to come out and help me but reading the other reviews on this place Im glad I was not.
A couple of months ago I went to get 4 new tires, they damaged my car (first 5 pictures) by replacing them. Unfortunately I didn’t caught on the damage until next day. They mention that it was there already, that’s a lie because it wasn’t marked on the inspection sheet. They didn’t accept it was their fault and just ignored the issue.Now today, I asked for a tire to be replaced with a new one and they gave me this as new a tire (picture 6) . I asked if it could be replace and they deny the request. This is really frustrating and sad, this is the second time I’m disappointed with this kind of service.
These salesmans use pressure sales of optional products they claim to be dealer services that, you pay for? Services which their own service department wont recognize nor honor. Getting any person on the phone after a sale is impossible. Took multiple trips to the dealership to be lied to again. If you like Ford recommend you yo buy from someone else. Car quality should match service quality. Edited this post to add something new: youll never be able to get nor schedule your new vehicle free oil changes. I swear to you wort experience ever.

I had a pretty bad experience, I had an appointment at 10am and waited till about 1130 before my sellsperson came to help me because he was in a “meeting” and the music being played in the lobby was extremely annoying! Probably won’t being doing any business here anytime soon!
I am a loyal Ford owner and am very disappointed in Ford Motors. My truck has been at every dealership in El Paso, Texas. Casa Ford spent the whole time with the truck only to tell me what the problem wasnt. Shamaley Ford wouldnt be able to work on it for 2-3 weeks. Finally, Viva Ford figured out the issue. However, since the truck is a 2020 F350 the dealership is telling me that they dont know the part number since the truck is so new. I have been without a vehicle for a month now. I called the customer relations department at Ford Motor Co. and get the run around from them also. Not very impressed for the customer service.
I love my F1-50 but when i called to have it servies becuse a brake light malfunction came on it was dam near impossible to find someone who ants to help you. during the buying they get you

The buying experience was great! They worked with us, helped us get our price, the finance guy was super personable. My only complaint is when we went back to do the registration and wash, we told them our a/c makes a loud vibrating noise. We sat here for 2 1/3 going on 3 hrs because they still arent done. They didnt fix our a/c and they are just now putting gas in it. Im thinking what the hell have they been doing for 3 hours???
Had a factory recall on my escape and it was taken care faster than the quoted time I was given.

I went to Viva for routine service/oil change and happened to mention to my Service Advisor Robert Aldaz that i could hear a slight rattle at engine start. He recognized right away i had a serious issue. In a matter of a few days he had tracked down the needed parts and had me back on the road. I very much appreciated Robert staying after the process to get me back in business.

Stay away from Viva Ford!!!!!We test drove a vehicle we liked from their web page, and when we sat down to do the paperwork, the price they quoted us was MORE than their advertised price on the web. When we point-blank asked the salesman if he would honor their Internet price, he actually said “No.”We questioned their valuation of our trade in, and he told us that they’d give us whatever the Kelly Blue Book value was, but that they’d have to charge us $500 to get a KBB price!!!! No, I can go on my phone and get a value for FREE!!!!We promptly left Viva and went to one of their competitors and saved about $5k on the identical vehicle!!!
Every time I go to Viva Ford for service on my vehicle I am always treated as I am family. No matter what I need, they go out of their way to make sure everything is done correctly and they take the time to explain everything that was done and make sure all my questions are answered before I leave. Robert helped me this last visit and was just as attentive as all the other services advisors I’ve dealt with in the past. I’ve never been disappointed when taking care of my vehicles. I bought a jeep cherokee,the day after i notice a noise in a wheel i went back to dealer if we call it a dealer they told me it will not have warranty they sold it as is so i went to an independent mechanic they check it out it was a blown shock strunt he told me that it was a risk driving like that i could got into a roll-over accident at the end i had to pay $ 2000 out of my pocket to get it fixed, i cant believe they selling cars like that putting people on danger
My veichle has been there for 2 1/2 months getting fixed, ive called for the past 2 weeks & no answer ever, i went to check up on it & supposible the parts arnt in yet, its been 2 1/2 months !! Im not a person to leave bad reviews bit this is too much, you have to check up on your service deparment. Im paying for a veichle to have it parked at a dealership
