Polite staff, very helpful and organized to the T. Great place to get away from life and get lost inbetween pages for a while.

Its honestly a hit or miss for me. Ive been going here for as long as I can remember (granted that I live so close by it), and Ive almost always run into the same problem time and time again. The staff can either be super helpful and friendly, or not. Sometimes they are kind and very adamant about what Im looking for, and other times they can be rude and flat out ignore me. I really think this store deserves a better review because its so well kept and organized, but I cannot overlook customer care because of how crucial it is to the experience.

I like to wander through the books and see what is there. If they dont have weekday youre looking for, you can order it and have it delivered to your home or if you have it delivered to the bookstore there is no shipping cost.

Wonderful store. Important to support brick and mortar bookstores Because we could lose them in a flash due to behemoth online business.Support your local merchants.

Delicious Cafe but a little pricey. Courteous, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Very clean including restrooms. Great inventory.

My wife and I enjoyed a late morning Iced Tea and Mocha. Nikita was the Barista on-duty. She was most pleasant and efficient. Our PB cookie and Blueberry Muffin were delicious.

Friendly folks who will help you find what you need. If its not there, they will find a way to get it for you. Starbucks area is well kept and clean.

Had a mocha latte and enjoyed the atmosphere. Very quiet very clean, lots of 📚.

Bought two books that we were first able to sit and have a blended coffee while reading first. Real good experience. [Lady who worked there did her best to find us the kind of books we were looking for]

There was no air conditioning inside it was cooler outside in 95 conditions not only that but it was muggy and had odd smell in store. I stood 10 min on line before anyone acknowledged me and then I was going to be charged on overpour fee at the coffee shop cause there are not enough customers to brew coffee I was told. I will take my business to other stores this store seems very low rated by the employee talking to me about the management.

Very nice to visit this place, good readings and excellent costumer service.

Went in on a hot day to beat the heat. Found a book I had been looking for a while sat down to read. Next thing I know I see the sun starting to set. Was there reading for almost 3 hours. Needless to say I marked my place in the book walked over to the counter bought it and went home.

Older Gentleman working late saturday afternoon. I did not catch his name but he was well dressed appx 5ft 8 appx 190lbs, salt and pepper mid length hair and glasses was incredibly helpful. I am a neanderthal when it comes to allocating books. He found everything my daughter was looking for and did so with a smile. The next time Im in he is the worker I will seek out for assistance.

We love coming on the weekends for the events. The book readings with the activity tieins are fun!

Barnes and nobles maintains a very high degree of cleanliness and in these times there is no better place to buy a book.

Im sure this is due to the pandemic, but they used to have a lot more variety in their novelty section.

Great size and the staff was very friendly. The shelf orientation in some areas will have you at a dead-end if youre not paying attention though.

The employees are helpful. Couldnt find a certain book and they walked me over to the section it was at. The store has changed the layout its easier to find your subjects you are looking for and the aisles are wider.

Love this place, if you were to find manga it would be there, where I am they have all volumes of all mangas, and I think they restock in a week. I definitely recommend this book store.

Great brick and mortar bookstore with a coffee shop. There is an extensive inventory with both hardcover and paperbacks in every department.The customer service desk is staffed by really helpful, cheerful people.My favorite department is the childrens book area. It is inviting and fun, filled with classics and new discoveries. Its cheerful and bright.If you join their club you get discounts on everything.

Everything is in order, its easy to find everything.

Lovely place, nice and quiet, with plenty of books obviously - what else do you need! Wasnt bothered all that much in my book decision process that of course requires full concentration with the occasional look over to the toy section (still a kid at heart), and if I needed help an employee was always in sight. A nice little Starbucks inside made the experience even better, being able to sit down with my newly bought book and a cup of Joe capped a great day.

Always from going to Barnes & Noble after a nice dinner with the family.it was fun for losing all of the different genres and looking down all the different tiles for the wonderful sales that Barnes & Noble is offering right now. I get lost in my selections. They cover every aspect of every different gamete of my interest! And their prices are reasonable! Theyre having a great Valentine still right now!

That manga section is where I always go tho it could use more series of books

First thing I noticed walking in was how well organized the place was. Was greeted upon walking in which made getting to what I was looking for easy. The staff was super friendly and very knowledgeable on things I asked about. Would recommend this store for any book lovers 👍

The store is never really crowded and has a large selection of books and a moderate selection of games (board games and puzzles). The staff is always helpful and friendly. They have a good selection of just about every type of book and are willing to help you get a book if theyre out of stock. The atmosphere is very pleasant, its quiet and not busy. They have some chairs spread around for your reading comfort. They even have a medium kids section that is well decorated.

Great stop for that extra ordinary gift.

Good place to buy books but you can find them cheaper else where. They do have some good specials on books but overall if you need something specific call ahead to make sure its there.

Always will be something new to see for the whole family.. Perfectly located with a cozy ambient covered with a coffee scent, plus the good customer service will make you want to come back over and over.

Fast check out, good selection, and prices. I have a two month old and a toddler. Being able to go to the section and pick out books was nice than trying to purchase on Amazon and not know if I want to read the message to my children.

When I want my Zen I come to read and fill my brain with knowledge. I love looking in the bathroom bins to find stuff on clearance. Hard to find magazines are always available. Starbucks to add to my Zen

This is my favorite Barnes and Noble to spend time at. Despite heavy traffic in the area due to current (summer if 2018) construction, its rarely overly packed and always looks clean and tidy. Customer service is always willing to help but also wont endlessly ask if you need it. Plus, the food in the cafe is great.

Always a good environment to look for a good read, or buy a journal. Customer service is great.
