Not too bad, alot of advert hype, but doesnt quite meet the ads expectations, but staff is awesome!

Always have gone to this store since I was a little kid. Always have gotten amazing service and even better boots for a great price. Work boots or going out boots, no place is better!!

The sales team were great and quite helpful and they would have received 5 stars were it not for the product itself. I didnt want anything fancy. Just some sturdy work boots. Within about 4- 6 months of very light use the boot started to come apart from the sole of the shoe. I asked if they had any kind of warranty or did repairs and they said Id have to mail it in to Justin manufacturers and pay for shipping and whatever else the cost would be. Since then theyve come apart even more. My opinion is that if your looking for a decent work boot spend a little extra because the durability on these boots is not worth the price in my opinion. A family member had a pair from Walmart that has lasted longer.

This store has very helpful staff. They have a good attitude also. This is a factory outlet store and many of the boots I saw said defective on them. I couldnt find the defects on any of the ones I tried on and looked at. I really liked the prices here and that many of the boots are made in the USA!

I wanted to take the time to thank Sergio and Terry for their unparalleled customer service. I wear a ladies 11 and they were extremely helpful in showing me they styles they had available. I never felt pressured or rushed. I walked out with the perfect pair at a great price!

Clerk was very helpful. I wanted to get a cowboy hat seeing as how it was my first time to Texas. Some may have felt I was making a mockery, but I was not. He understood that I am certainly no expert on cowboy hats yet took the time to give me guidance on what to look for. I appreciate the patience and sincere helpfulness. I write quite a few reviews but for this one I wish there was a 6th star I could give. Awesome customer service!

Nice selection of boots. Still not cheap, but discounted. I had an issue with the ridiculous tightness in the shaft/tongue area of one pair I bought. I brought them back to get store credit, but their policy says you can’t even walk around in them to try them out and return them. Salesperson offered to assist by spending some time stretching them out on a machine. I was mostly satisfied with the stretching, but I thought their attitude could have used a little improvement. I am mostly satisfied with my purchase. Make sure to try everything on before you go.

Great boot choices for all reasons and lots of western belts, hats and wallets and baseball caps, and my favorite leather purses. Love this place.

I have large feet and struggle to find boots that fit. That problem was resolved by the friendly staff here. I was pleasantly surprised when they had my size, then even more surprised when they told me I had choices! That doesnt happen often even you wear a 15EE shoe...

Cannot find better prices for quality boots than this location. I live in Houston and will only get my boots here. Wide selection at awesome prices. Dont be dissuaded by factory blemish. I have bought 10 pairs of boots here and have not regretted a single purchase. Im not even talking about concrete cowboyin, legitimate use while ranching and these hold up. Stop in and get a few pairs. You wont regret it.
