If I could I give them zero. Sold us a lemon! Brought it back within 15 days and even though theyre very own contract said you have 15 days they didnt do anything to help. The woman there was completely rude and didnt even know the laws. They shouldnt be Operating will be reporting to the licensing department and bbb immediately!

Very suspect operation, you can get approved for a vehicle with any number of financial institutions they run your credit with, but pay attention to contracts they will rush u through to sign, interest rate they offer can exceed 23% apr on top of cash down over a $1000 plus principal balance to put it in black and white, when contract is finalized you will pay double the sticker price thanks but no thanks,Ill shop around 😉

Great selection of vehicles, fair prices, honest & friendly. Sold as-is, however they still go the extra mile to ensure your vehicle is sold without any defects. They paid for a CEL repair after the sale and let me take it directly to the manufacturer service dept. since it came on after driving from the lot which says a lot about their business ethics. Some dealerships wont even respond to you once you take a vehicle off their lot, they respond immediately. I also want to mention that they had the vehicle detailed AFTER the sale was made as well before I came to pick it up. Do not purchase a car from this establishment. I bought a 2013 Scion FR-S from them in February with 56k miles on it. A month later a rod was knocking in my engine, and now i have to pay out of pocket to get a new one. They will say they had the car inspected but that’s not true. Learn from my mistakes.

At first they are very helpful but once you start having car trouble they give you the run around purchased a 2013 Chevrolet pickup not even 3 weeks into my purchase the truck started giving me trouble, i took it to get a diagnostic paid out of my pocket for it come to find out the transmission was giving out and motor mounts where broken, called Amanda i let her know the problem she told me bring it in (keep in mind i live 4 hours away from el paso) . Took the truck in guy told me they would have it up and running in no time ! 3 weeks passed i called and called they always gave me the run around or never answered or if they answered they would tell me give me 20 min or let me call the mechanic when they finally had an answer she went ahead and told me i had to pay for it to get fixed a whole 2000 !! to get a vehicle fixed that i bought only 2 months ago ! Crazy!! she let me know we took the vehicle with no problems no engine light on and that they do not check the vehicles when they purchase them in auctions if they do not have engine lights or anything of that sort . Funny thing is the truck has no lights on even with the problem it has now, Now i have to pick it up and fix it myself with money out my pocket . Do not waste your money or time buying a vehicle here !!!!

I purchased a vehicle here. Upon receiving it they said they would detail it which never happened. 3 days after I drove off the lot i started having problems. The owners said they have a 2 week window to work with you after youve purchased. Unfortunately they like to beat around the bush. They only care about sales. I never got text nor call backs after I drove off. After I was more pushy towards them I got a reply acting suprised to my problems. (Car problems that should have been noticed upon inspection). I dont know who they take their cars too but that person is either1. Underqualified and shady2. Or getting paid well enough to pass the inspectionsI got a reply asking if the 2 weeks had passed which I obviously said no. They said to take it in and I ended up wasting about 4 hours for them to take it to their mechanic which ended up doing absolutely nothing. It ended up with them telling me to bring it back again, which to that point I figured they were just stalling until I had owned the car for 2 weeks so they could tell me its not their problem anymore.This vehicle is supposed to be clean titleI am now stuck with something that ended up being a waste of money instead of an investment. Ive already spend more than my down payment fixing something I shouldnt have.Currently looking at auto fraud attorneys in hope that this doesnt happen to anyone else.I suggest everyone stay away from this place specially military.
