The staff and customer service was great. The service was fast; not to mention they washed my car...first for me but it is apart of the oil change service. They had cold water, different choices for caffeine needs and a movie playing. I will return to that location and do recommend it.The only issue I ran into was there was trash left in my car which was a plastic lunch lady cap, paper rug, some paper in the drivers seat and the old sticker not changed out from my previous oil change. But those are small things, which that didnt over shadow the service they provided.

My husband and I chose to get my Chrysler repaired here. Not only were we given the runaround about the repairs but the car wasn’t 100% repaired. I went back about the a/c not working properly. I was quickly dismissed by the serviceman. We paid out of pocket to fix my a/c, somewhere else of course. My car was making noise when I turned the steering wheel, going over speed bumps, etc. We took my car to many places trying to figure out why the noise. I had body work done on my Chrysler. Turns out the bracket that holds the radiator was cracked. When I found this out, I knew this body shop left two major things left pending, but gladly cashed that insurance check. I, myself am a manager, and this place needs an overhaul in customer service.
Wow. Fair warning to all. I still have a few free oil changes here but won’t be coming back. I really wish I could have a good relationship with Jeep services. I love my Jeep BUT there service is horrible. 3 months ago I came in to do the oil change, while here told them the passenger visor came off. They told me it was under warranty and they need to order it and will take 2 months to get here. They said they would contact me when arrives. 2 1/2 months pass and I called, they don’t have any notes that they ordered my visor. They had some in stock but would be 2 weeks for an appointment. Day of appointment, dropped off at 9am no calls what’s so ever and tried calling front desk, no one’s answers. Came back 30min before closing and they say “ oh we were about to call you that we need to keep the Jeep for an other day. They couldn’t provide we a rental even with our plan we had with them to guaranteed I would get a car rent if services was needed. They had it for 9 hours already. Come back to pick up the Jeep and as I’m driving away the PASSENGER SUN VISOR they fix just came off. Came back and was told they replaced the DRIVERS SUN VISOR even when it wasn’t broken.Had to cancel appointment because of there lack of service and communication.
I was referred by a reliable source. I made the mistake of not checking reviews. I would have saved a lot of time and money if I listened. So many reviewers are treated with no respect. I read the reviews by E. Davis, P. Vines, Krazy Engineer. The “manager “ that responds doesn’t even address the complaints. These are legitimate complaints. He doesn’t try to offer a solution, just boiler plate scam talk from an obvious con man. Shady!Don’t be like us! Hindsight is 20/20 vision. Go somewhere better and more trustworthy.

I phoned the service. They said they had a slot for Friday July 9th. I arrived and spoke with the service department. I spoke with a Peter Avila. He confirmed the Friday appointment. I left my car with him. My job sometimes requires me to go without my phone. I received no notification by Friday when I was off work. I called Saturday morning. I called at 10 AM. I left a message on the general voice mail. I got out of class at 12 noon. No response. I drove over. Peter Avila was off that day. I asked for the status of my vehicle. The entire mechanic team as off that day. They promised service. They did perform the service. They did not contact me as to the change in the time frame for the service.If it happened to me it will happen to you.Avoid this dealer/ service department at all cost.I just saw this response. What a liar. Krazy Engineer said the EXACT same thing. It doesn’t happen often? Liar.People! Look at the trends in the reviews. These aren’t a difference of opinion. These are substantive and quantifiable misspeaking by Dick. Don’t trust them. Go elsewhere. Learn from my mistake. I went based off of a personal recommendation. I should have read the reviews. If they do this to us why wouldn’t they do it to you?
I wish I could give a favorable review, but I cant. The salesman that sold me my vehicle was very nice and professional ( I understand he doesnt work there anymore...good for him!) Anyway, I paid off my vehicle ahead of the financial terms and I was due a refund for GAP insurance that I purchased. Good luck to me trying to get my money back. The finance manager George is so hard to reach. I first went in person and I was told he was too busy to see me. I called several times, and left voicemails to return my calls and never received a call back. I went in person again and met with the elusive George who gave me a paper to sign and told me it would take 5 to 6 weeks to get my refund. When I asked him how much my refund would be, he asked me to call again the next day by noon and the girls would have an answer. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and called two days later and more runaround continued. Needless to say, I will NEVER purchase another vehicle here again. I wont hold my breath on getting a refund!

Fellow veterans do not go here for vehicle service, you can make an appointment in advance and they tell you it will be worked on but it will just be put in rotation, they will forget to contact you with updates and I waited two days to find out they never even seen the leak or got the proper software to fix my recalls, after talking to multiple ppl I could clearly see that nobody wanted to deal with the customer and they wanted to close up and go home, it was very inconvenient to make an appointment out of state to wait two days to find out they did nothing, I had to literally show the tech the leak, even after seeing the leak I could tell I was inconveniencing them, all they did was put a dye in my oil and literally wrote come back with no supervisor name or anything that would verify this needs to get fixed. Very disconcerting especially when vehicle is still under warranty. I say again for professional service go somewhere else. FYI I never left a review before that’s how disconcerting this was
I just want to right a review and tell y’all how amazing my experience here was. I’m no stranger to purchasing cars and whenever I purchase a car I feel like the sales man always forgets one thing and they forget to listen to the customer. I didn’t have this issue here. Justin was amazing and great the whole time. Their finance manager Jimmy got me a hell of a deal that beat out my bank. They definitely put their customer first and I will come here for future purchases!

Bought a Jeep Wrangler 21. Salesman were knowledgeable and they worked with my credit. Salesman Louis Gonzales was excellent answered questions well and made efficient use of my time. Also shout out to their Jeep guy I think his name was Ray.
Sales staff offered $7000 les than other dealer and then told us they were adding $5000 above sticker because of a high demand for the vehicle I was interested in. Too bad I could not give the Zero stars. Don’t waste your time shopping on line at this dealer.
Almost 3 weeks and my vehicle is still not fixed. Have been given the runaround from the service person he won’t answer our calls and won’t keep us up to date. said it would be done today and he still hasn’t called

Good customer service but didnt find the part I needed. They did try & figure out the hose I needed but wasnt in their inventory.
Booked appointment and arrived on time. But was told needed to reschedule cause they needed more time to work on the van. They didnt have any applications for 3 weeks
They treat you like family until the deal is over. Make sure you check EVERYTHING before you leave, because if you dont. They will send you to parts and charge you 320$ for a spare tire. Wont be seeing my business again!
Took 8 hrs for the service department to tell that its the battery connections that was bad after I suggested to look at it first, then decided to hold another day and every time I call to get a an update I get hung up on.

The prices are reasonable, the location is easy to get to, and their customer service is really great. Mechanics know what theyre doing, and will explain everything if you have questions or concerns. Wait time is very long though, and not a whole of seating due to COVID but they offer shuttle services to and from wherever you need to go, until 4:00 PM.

Then that lady for express told me park in next lane. Then a guy told me park in the next lane. Really. Cant believe it . Finally got plate put on . I work night shift and just got off I Truely didnt need to keep pulling in different lanes. I just baught this Jeep from you all. Thanks
They’ve had my car for a month. They were fixing my engine, and in the process burnt out both batteries in my car, and my starter. Which were all new when I gave them the car. But they expected me to pay for it, when it was something that was not my fault. The guy in the service department was rude. Every time I called he put me on hold and never came back. I don’t think I will come back here.

I purchased a 2020 Renegade with only 34 miles on it on July 10. Only to have it put into the shop less than 24 hours later. Everything that could be illuminated on the dash as warnings was showing. The vehicle also would not go into gear and when it did, it jolted into the gear selected.They kept it for 5 days, put 150 miles on it, only to say that they couldn’t duplicate the issue. I took the vehicle back only to have the issues happen twice more. This vehicle is back in the shop. They keep saying they see the error codes but they can’t get the codes to “activate”. I’ve told them everything that happens with pictures and they act as if I’m off my rocker. They claim to call you with updates, which is a flat out lie. When you call them, they act as if you are bothering them.They speak so condescending it is down right insulting. The vehicle is still in the shop at the time of this posting.
Took my vehicle for some body work, Dont know if it was due to it being an older model but the work appears to be done by some shop that would have charged me $700 instead of the close to 3k that they got paid. I had to return to have several obvious defects corrected and still they didnt correct them properly. Not only that but my vehicle is still missing some things and they had my vehicle for over 9 days. Makes me feel like it was pushed aside until the last minute. If I could give zero stars I would

My car is amazing but Car sales man promised to include oil change for 1 year. Closed the deal. When coming for the oil change it turn out to not be true. Very bad costumer service lady at oil change was not too nice and seemed annoyed when explaining this service was not included. Have been trying to get in contact with him but he is always sick when I come in and dose not answer calls or text.

I would give them 0 stars if that was an option. I bought 4 new tires from them and just over 20,000 miles later the tires are so worn that I need new tires. I have only driven on paved roads mostly highway and freeway since the purchase on these tires. When I called they told me that they will not do anything about the tires getting worn so fast and that I just have to buy new tires. I will never go back to them for any maintenance ever again.
Went to get my oil changed during COVID without an appointment at 10am last Wed. I was a little skeptical on arrival bc the lady at the express oil lane made it seem like I might not be able to get service + oil done in one visit..normally it isnt an issue.In the end, the service dept exceeded my expectations. 👍 Due to COVID, I not only waited to go, but wanted to come by 1 time to address a few issues.Well, I forgot to mention some issues, but the mechanic and Peter caught them all - they completed a recall, filled tires with air, fixed my other issue AND washed bae. Without me having to tell them to do it. They also thought my Jeep may have to spend the night, but finished same day! 👏 So they did all that + oil + plus tightened wiper arm + checked water leak in hood.Also, I like the new text and link they send you to tell you how things went so that you can approve charges/svc or not.AND they still call to talk to you to explain things too. 😃So far, they have proven to be honest compared to other dealer-svc depts in EP. I drive from far west EP bc of their customer service. Peter and the service/oil team rock! 💯 🌟 🎸 🤘 🌟 💯**I did attempt to make a prior appt online and called, but was told no need for oil appointments - so if you do the same as I do and want to see SERVICE during an oil change, you may want to call ahead to make sure an appointment isnt needed. The sales team is very good at their job and make sure that you get a good deal. In my opinion, the service department needs to be more thorough on the “50 multi-point inspection” as that could seriously affect the trust that one has in the dealership and also may cause one to question their choice of vehicle. We have gone to the Used Car Sales twice. The first time, no one came out, so we left. Two weeks later, we went back. This time we went into the office after waiting 20 minutes for someone to come out. Only 1 person was in the office (0915 on Friday of a holiday weekend), and the guy looked at us 3 times through his office window, gave NO acknowledgement that we were there, so we left 10 minutes later. Make your own decision, but they arent getting our business or our $.
Today, Oct. 20, 2020, brought my Toyota Camry in after repairs by body shop in 2015. The company gave a lifetime warranty on body work, They claimed warranty did not apply as it appeared additional damage was responsible for front bumper coming loose. Took it to a local body shop and they noted that repairs made in 2015 by Poe were done with Bondo, and bumper had not been re[laced with new bumper as stated in invoice.
Todays service was great. The girl at the Express lane was very friendly and also was the cashier lady. Ive been there before and theres another cashier and she always has a bad attitude. Also there was a gentleman asking around who needed shuttles. Overall, today was a wonderful experience, thank you!

Great service took my vehicle to get a transmission fluid level checked and they quickly check it and didnt charge me. Unlike the dodge dealership around the corner they wanted $50 to do the same thing.

The Worst car service I have ever experienced. 3 weeks of diagnosing and they are now returning my car unfixed because I Implied that maybe there mechanics arent experienced enough to do this sorta fix. Now I will have to take it to another dealership for them to fix it. They also returned it with my keyless remote not working on my driver side door. I do not recommend going to this dealership at all for car services.

Recently purchased a new 2015 Jeep Cherokee from here. While the car had a few minor issues they became non-existent because the team here did a great job making sure to take care of everything the car needed even if i noticed it after the purchase had gone through and off the lot.The staff here does an outstanding job I have tried to recall the names of all the managerial staff that I spoke with however my memory is failing me.My salesperson Jose was outstanding and very paid close attention to what I was looking for to help me find a vehicle as well as ensuring that even with my busy work schedule that all service and detailing was done on my terms. His manager, which I apologize but I am having trouble remembering his name was also outstanding, he is in the corner space to the right as you enter from the Montana side of the dealerships main building.Phillip the financial manager did an outstanding job to get me in and out quickly as well as explaining all of the documents for the purchase.I also interacted with both Karen Castro the comptroller and John Attel the general manager both were extremely professional and helped to fix a small issue that I had with the car.The service manager I had interacted with was outstanding as well. He made sure to get me in and out when I needed to get my electronic parking brake fixed.Thank You to all the staff here, you do an outstanding job and I can tell you care about your customers!

Took a week w my vehicle repair were great paint and rim real good after fixtures they said they detailed my vehicle when my vehicle was already clean they didnt even try to fake it everything was there all my small trash in cup holders and they spent like a fourth or more of gas they said they replace it but they didnt!

I think the shop service lacks honesty and integrity. Customer service is basic no appreciation. After I got my van back a scratch was made and I know my van didn’t have it as I see it every day. Literally work in my van . When staff was informed they notated paper work on damage already but any one can make false claims.

Here at Dick Poe Chrysler Jeep, they are always willing to work with you and try to understand what is it youre trying to say. They always get the job done and do it right the first time. Of course there are some flaws but they always make up for it in some way. Then again what human being doesnt make a mistake.
Terrible. I ordered a $3 screw through their parts department over a month ago. Never received a call to say its ready to pick-up or not delivered. Tried calling to get a status update - got hung up on twice. Now they dont even answer when I call. Pathetic customer service.

My truck was in the shop for 2 months just about and the first time I paid 5 grand for stuff that didn’t even need to be replaced then they cleared the codes and gave me the truck back and I had it for 3 days before the codes and everything popped back up so I put the truck back in and they found the real problem to be the turbo which was under recall so that saved me 7 grand but the service and timelines and statements made by the service advisors were all lies I wasn’t receiving updates and calls or anything I had to go straight to the service manager to find anything out and they would only work on my vehicle when I showed up and got pushy so it seemed all of this info will be going to Chrysler and the better business Bureau not so I can receive any reimbursement but so maybe this shop will get fixed because after all of this I will never buy another Chrysler product again

Wont go back. They were telling me I needed new tires when the ones I have are under a year old. This was all before addressing the problem I brought the vehicle in for in the first place.
I did my credit app. Sent everything requested, and now have been given the middle finger. No one answers me. Not sure if they sold my car or just don’t want to sale to me. No I do not recommend.
