I don’t usually leave reviews but I feel I need to. I called the service department yesterday morning on 8/26 and needed help with a key fob issue. I asked the person over the phone if I can get a new key fob made for my Highlander because both my key fobs were lost. My situation was that my Highlander is currently overseas (in Germany) and the military was trying to ship my vehicle back to me to the states. But the key fobs were lost. My husband was driving it over there but my husband passed away over there so they were trying to get my vehicle back to me along with his other belongings. I tried to explain to the guy over the phone that I was told by a dealership over in Germany as well from other mechanics that if I contact the dealership where I purchased the vehicle (which was at Poe Toyota) I could get a new key fob from them and send it to Germany and they could program it for me. Well the guy over the phone kept dismissing the issue and told me I couldn’t do that that I needed to have my vehicle here for them to make a key fob and program it. I told him that’s not what I was told so he then said well I will have the service manager call you back and talk with you. Well a service manager never called me. I called Fox Toyota and was able to get a new key fob made the same day and I went to pick it up. Super easy no issues or problems the rep was very helpful in my unique situation and now that key fob is on its way to Germany. The rep at Poe Toyota didn’t even help me out or give me options in what I could do. I’m very disappointed in their customer service.

Low inventory but that’s the case in every dealership. Nice experience shopping there.Update: we ordered the car and it was supposed to be here by first week of September. It came in today! My original salesman no longer worked there but they had everything ready. Signing the paperwork only took about 15 minutes. I did have to wait 2 hours to get the detailing on the car done, but it was all good. The new salesman Jesus Soria was cordial and friendly. Good experience overall at Poe Toyota

The Express Service lived up to its name. Came in had an appointment. They were ready for me and everything was done in less than an hour. I expected to come back next day. Good surprise

It took them 2 hours to see my car and then I heard a mechanic saying that it would “get me for tire rotation” tires were purchased 4 months ago. Not sure of it was needed but the comment was deceiving. Also I was charged $25 dollars just for the rotation when I use to pay normally $10 dlls. Is this now how business is handled??! I believe I wont come back!

Specific to Express Service Dept: Maybe it was an off day for them, but I booked a service appt. online for Express Service on 8/26. Just an oil change, tire rotation, and tire balance on a Tacoma. Figured since I made appointment it shouldnt be too long of a wait and just sit in the lobby. Nope; 3+ hr wait for the service and another 45+ mins to simply to be rung up for the service after they received my keys from the tech. Key takeaway: dont bother making an online appointment for Express Service stuff, and just expect to leave your car there for a good part of a day and use the shuttle or get a ride. Service rep was courteous, however.

Solid work on my axle repair but $380 later a simple rear seat issue is still not fixed no loaner vehicle after 2 days and seat still does not fold down! This is a basic repair from the factory and should not be this big of an issue, also had belongings disappeared from my trunk and soon as I got home I immediately noticed this is very disturbing as Ive had been to over 17 different dealerships over the years
