I was on a road trip and my CR-V key fob battery all of a sudden bit the dust. Called Rudolph Honda, their staff answered promptly and were very friendly. Took it in, verified it didn’t need to be reprogrammed, and they popped in a battery for me. In an out in less than 10 mins. Didn’t even charge for the battery. Really appreciate nice encounters like this and didn’t end up losing any real time on my trip. Thanks Rudolph Honda!
Product advisor Carlos Maynez was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He made the entire car buying experience pleasant. I received a fair trade-in on my vehicle and no price haggling. A positive experience, and I know if I need to ask any question about my new vehicle Carlos will be there to answer. Thanks Rudolph Honda!!
Harvey was amazing! I went in looking for one type of vehicle and ended up with something I didnt even think I would want. Hes professional and knowledgable. The entire process was smooth and hassle-free. Im a 100% satisfied customer.
The staff was friendly and helpful with a new car, new to me 2018 Honda Accord, I had purchased. I was in because of a recall issue with software, oil change and tire rotation. I was at the dealership approximately three hours. Which honestly would have been fine had I been informed ahead of time. We had an iPad and phones to pass the time. The sole issue that I would like to see addressed is an up front estimate on time. It was a Saturday and I was running errands. Everyone before me had arrived and left and many of those I saw arrive also left with services complete. Ill still go back for regular maintenance and the staff was friendly. Next time Ill ask up front how long I should expect to be there.
Very helpful and knowledgeable. Angel walked right to us and was extremely helpful, got us a great deal, and was patient with us. Highly recommend, will definitely go back!
We had an amazing experience with Rudolph Honda in El Paso, TX.Our salesman Juan Perez was FANTASTIC! He made everything so simple and easy. He was kind, professional, trustworthy and knowledgeable! I was able to get the EXACT car I wanted (model, color, style) and it was “in and out” with no dramas!10/10 would highly recommend Rudolph Honda!
Very much appreciated that we came from 5 hours away to get us back on the road ASAP. The decision to buy the relay locally and then be willing to warranty it was above and beyond. Thank you to Liz and Salomon. One concern we had is that your Texas governor has his head in the sand: COVID is a real threat to survival and vaccinations and mask wearing is crucial to bringing it under control. We felt most vulnerable coming into Texas since it and Florida have the most cases in the US. Please do what you can to change this horrible issue.
Rudolph Honda is absolutely the best! Carlos Maynez was hands down the BEST auto salesperson both my husband and I, ever experienced. From the moment we walked onto the lot he immediately made us feel at ease. It was clear that his main goal was to genuinely help us. No high pressure or stressful sales pitches at all. We really felt like we were dealing with a person of great integrity who truly cared about our wants and needs in buying a car. The management and finance people were very kind, helpful and super professional. I really can’t imagine going anywhere else for a HONDA.
Harvey was great...he wanted to make a deal and we did...despite his manager low balling my trade in at first
I came for an airbag recall and was quoted multiple times it would take an hour to 1.5 hours to finish the job. 2.5 hours later they tell me it will take another 45 mins to complete, and now Im going to be late for work. They are friendly enough, but the service is slow.
Harvey made the process very easy and fast as advertised! In and out in 2 hours. Thanks Harvey and Rudolph Honda!
I would not recommend the quick service. Not very professional during the wheel rotation and my wheels came back with a lot of scratches on them (one with a gouge). Plus the quick service doesnt seem to talk with regular service people, so if you need something done to a tire, you have to get in the normal service line...
Excellent service, I don’t know anything about cars specially the mechanic stuff and they helped me with all my questions and concerns. They where super patient and kind. Fully recommend this place !
Willie Garcia is awesome. Very professional, respectful, and considerate to his customers. Highly recommend Willie. Thank you for all you do.
Tried calling to see if their service is open on Saturdays. Called direct line and leads to a dead voicemail at their VW location. Tried calling service number and no answer, rerouted call to sales. No answer. Rerouted to desk and was put back into the whole process of no one answering .Evidently they don’t want you to spend money there so I’ll go elsewhere
Well organize fast and easy service, in and out with minimal waiting time. Great service. Staff was great and helpful.
Joseph was excellent! He is very knowledgeable and professional! Purchasing my Honda Accord was a fast and simple streamlined process.
This place is amazing! Everyone was super helpful, especially Liz at the front desk! We were traveling from out of town and she was able to help us right away! We truly appreciate her help! Thank you so much Liz!!
My experience purchasing a car from Rudolph Honda was fantastic. The staff was kind and helpful as they met my needs and helped me get a good deal. Joseph was friendly as he answered all of the questions we had. I feel like I received exceptional value with high-level customer service. I would definitely recommend purchasing a vehicle at Rudolph Honda with Joseph.
Very good customer service. My service manager Willie Garcia was especially helpful
For the past 10 years, we have been buying cars at Rudolph Honda. Our family keeps coming to this dealership because of the service their sales department provides, especially Doc Chávez. Mr. Chávez always follows up with us before, during, and after we purchase a car. Top notch service. While we wait, we get to enjoy a refreshment and popcorn. We just leased the second Civic for our daughter and we’ll be coming back for an Accord.Thank you Mr. Chávez for all your service.
Rudolph Hondas service department is nothing short of excellent. I receive exceptional service, quality maintenance, and targeted repair/routine maintenance recommendations. I also appreciate that the staff is not pushy about scheduling recommended routine maintenance. Dont hesitate to give them a try, theyre doing a great job for me.
Came in with financing ready, salesman was at first very helpful. Found what I wanted and the pressure began. Run credit, come in again, lets run numbers, talk to the manager. Beyond pushy. Never the less I was offered an OTD price which myself and the salesman agreed on so then they take over 24 hours to run my credit despite me already being approved.fair enough, thats standard anywhere BUT watch out they dont give you all your choices, this is when it started looking shady. Manager then changes the agreed price and adds almost an extra 4K on top. No thanks. Dont waste your time, I recommend going elsewhere.
My wife and I leased our third Honda Civic from Rudolph Honda. We had an exceptional experience with the Product Advisor, Sales Manager and Finance Manager. They all displayed knowledge, courtesy and integrity throughout the entire transaction. We highly recommend this dealership for honest dealings and great value.
Service at Rudolph Honda with Liz Lopez, my preferred service advisor has been the best. She listens to your concerns and provides personable, quality service at a good price. I won’t service my Honda anywhere else, exceptional service all the way around. ⭐️
I brought my car for service after a very poor experience with El Paso Honda. I was very satisfied with Willie and his team, they were upfront about the wait time for service. They provided me with a description and quote for the issue and helped me as much as they could. I will continue to take my vehicle here in the future.
I experienced a short wait time to have my vehicle serviced & the staff fully explained the results & additional issues which will eventually have to be addressed.
Worked with my situation without fail, didn’t push for other packages or cars that were not within my current range. Overall a 5 star encounter, and nothing less
Thank you for the great service! Willie Garcia was very helpful. Explained what was going to be done to my car to fix the problem. The shuttle driver, Gary, was also friendly and polite. Everyone was great and made this visit enjoyable. Thank you.
Laziest service center i have ever experienced. They will just give you the run around between departments. AVOID
The staff helped me when I showed up on the lot to find what I was looking for. Angel explained all the cool new features the 2021 Civic I had selected came with and demonstrated them during the test drive. The staff helped me get everything setup for my new car and get in and out quickly.
The only place I park my Ridgeline for 15 years of Excellent Customer Service and Repair: RUDOLPH HONDA. Thank you for being there when I need to come visit Family Willie.
Unmotivated dealer. They offered me $6k less than any other dealer for my trade-in. Sales men don’t care to make a deal. Make the drive to Tucson or Phoenix to get a better deal.
Going to provide some background and be honesty. Placed difficult parameters on the dealership by trading in a vehicle with 20 - 25 k negative equity and wanted a payment of $720 - $800.Called Armando and informed him I only had 30 minutes of free time. My time was wasted elsewhere. Despite the limited time, Armando appraised my vehicle, showed me some trucks, ran the numbers and managed to squeeze in a test drive in 40 minutes (can live with the extra 10 minutes). Armando respected my limited time and made it work. At this time no deal has been reached, but rest assured that Armando will be hearing from me again. I am a loyal customer and with three children I see vehicles in my future. If Rudolph Chevy embodies the professionalism Armando displayed I see my children driving Chevy vehicles.
By far the worst dealership I have ever been to and the sales manager likes to use profane language at customers. I drove 2 1/2 hours to purchase a Honda Civic that was no longer available. I requested to speak to Mr. Mike Gentry about this poor sales service and have yet to speak to him about his sales staff. So if you have time in your day to waste (3 plus hours) and you would like to be treated like second class people then go to Rudolph Honda for that experience.
Always have good service here from the sales folks to the service folks. All good people!
I hope I can rate it less than one star. This is my first review ever as I consider this to be the worst customer service I ever had.I am a physician who moved from one of the top-ranked academic hospitals in the country to sever the community here in El Paso during this unprecedented time of COVID pandemic and be part of a team establishing a new residency training program here in El Paso that will train at least a new ten future doctors every year in my specialty plus recruiting new physicians and establishing other training programs for different departments.I went to Rudolph Honda to lease a car. I was assigned to a new employee who has no idea about the types of cars they have and their own regulations. For every question I asked, I waited at least 15 minutes because he was asking someone else for an answer. Ultimately, I got a printed offer for the options they have. I took it and came the next day to sign the lease. I decided to go for a lower trim (model; Special Edition) than what they have given me earlier and the surprise was that they gave me a higher price for the lower trim than the price offered to me earlier even for the highest trim (Pilot). I showed them what they have offered me earlier, the response was sorry then they gave me a lower total price but higher monthly payment (even higher than the highest price for the highest trim they offered me earlier). The price was much higher than what is posted on the website, printed on the car and what the freshman salesman said earlier. I am not very offended with the money issue as much as how they were interacting with us. Although I went with my program director as he believed they might need some verifications from the hospital I work in so he would help with that, we have never had the opportunity to talk to the financial office or the manager. They were staying inside an office and there is someone else who has no decision making authority comes back and forth between us for at least two hours with offers that indirectly say you are not welcome here. My job is serving people and I am sure that I would have lost my job if I served one of my patients in the way they were communicating with us.Although this is my experience and this review does NOT represent my institution, if one of my current or incoming co-workers asks me, I will definitely share this unpleasant experience with them. If any health care worker moving here and ask on one of our social medial group, I will also definitely share this experience too. I regret not leasing a car from the state I was in before moving here. I will definitely choose to lease or finance a car from another city even if it will cost me more rather than being treated in this way with the Rudolph Honda El Paso. I totally agree with Jaime lopez who wrote a review earlier.
We had a really nice sales person but they didnt have what we were looking for. Nice people!
Ive waited a while to post this review. This is the email I sent the service manager about my experiences there. Not cool.I am writing in regards to services I received earlier this week for my 2015 CRV, which was purchased used from Rudolph in July 2017. While the recent work done was just fine, and the staff is courteous, I am very frustrated. This is the THIRD time in a row that I have been quoted one price for standard work to be done and then, when it is time to pay, the price has been increased by at least $100. As I explained to the employees at each incident, I don’t have a problem with paying the higher amount. I have a problem when I am told one thing and then charged another. If you said the price for three services was $400 and it was all work that needed to be done because my car had reached 100,000 miles, then fine. But if you tell me it’s $300 and then charge me $400, I get unhappy. If an oil change is a certain amount, and a brake flush is a certain amount, how can it suddenly cost $100 more? Each time I have insisted that they explain to me the discrepancy and each time they were unable to determine why an “incorrect price” was given the first time. They blamed whoever did the quote in the first place. Passing off blame is inappropriate in any setting, but particularly in a business. They ended up refunding me the difference but only because I had kept the original quotes so they could see that I had in fact been given a different price and that I wasn’t trying to cheat them. However, I am the one who feels cheated. I am disappointed in this aspect of the service and I will not hesitate to let other people know when I write reviews in the next couple of days. It’s one thing to have a disgruntled customer who is simply angry at everything and consistently causes problems. I am not that kind of person, and indeed the first two times I shrugged it off. Three times demonstrates a pattern and obvious flaws in the system. I am sorry to say that I have decided I will be taking my Honda elsewhere for service, where I know I will be charged the correct amount the first time.
This was my first visit to Rudolph Honda for the yearly state inspection. The staff were all friendly. My service tech, Eduardo, told me it would take about 45 minutes and in 45 I was headed home. They were quick and I was very impressed with the dealership as a whole. After being in Austin for several years, I was hesitant to find a new Honda dealer. But this worked out well and will definitely be going back for future service needs and possible new SUV purchase.
Even tho I unsubscribe from getting emails from a salesman which gave me a terrible service, I still get his emails. Please stop. Also when asked for a refund on money they owe me from a free service wich they ended up charging me, instead of just refunding the money to my credit card, they wanted me to go all the way to the dealership. I live 1 hour away (Las Cruces area) from the dealership and work during the morning/evening I cant go any time, because Im busyStill disappointed at this terrible customer service.
Rudolph Honda has an amazing team. From the receptionist Elizabeth to the mechanic Russell. I recently took my car there and found out it needed more work than I expected. They put me in a loaner until everything was complete. The team kept me posted on the progress daily. The mechanic Russell even took me to the back and personally showed me what the issue was with my car. The receptionist Elizabeth brought the issues my car was having up to Honda and realized it was a factory recall. Honda informed her theyd foot the bill for over $2300 and I only had to pay for the original service I brought my car in for. She went above and beyond to take care of the customer. I really appreciated the service I got from those guys.
Lam Nguyen was very helpful in my car purchase.
Martha was great and really took the time show me different cars so I could make the right choice.
The facility was very clean and staff is friendly as always. Remain cognizant that if you’re there for just an oil change you will be typically in an out very quickly. However, my car was needing a lot of tune ups as a result the waiting time was a bit longer.
My son and I are very happy with our experience with Rudolph Honda. Our salesman Ernie Castillo was so nice and considerate. We got great service and a good deal!
Rudolph Honda has lost a customer. I took my car in due to my paint “peeling” around my rear window, Which was covered by warranty. GREAT! But, my car was returned dirty, tint was scratched, and the paint job was even worse than the actual “peeling”. Management team worked fast to resolve the issue, only to be disappointed once again, by replacing my tint with something not even remotely close to resembling what I had. Frustrating. Not returning. Would rather make the trip out to borman in the future.
Talk about a greedy dealership! Fact is the manager didnt want to bring down the price on a 2017 Santa Fe Sport 2.0T that is worth $18,500 in the Kelly Blue Book. It also has a accident/no damage report on Carfax which will bring down the value of the car in the future if I wish to resell it. Its overpriced at 22,500 (above market value mentioned on Carfax) and I said I would take it at 20,000. I told the manager that I was a single mom so I offered $5000 as a down payment in order to lower my monthly payments but I guess they wanted more. Kind of makes me think if its because Im a woman. Its like going to a mechanic - they take advantage (some, not all). Props to my salesman Harvey he is very nice and was very helpful.
First time buying a car and I do not regret going to Rudolph at all, all of the the staff were super nice but a big thanks to Zachary Prunty for advising me and helping me buy my car. 10/10 recommend.
They were very kind and fixed the air conditioning in my car in one day. Excellent customer service.
We financed two cars this dealership. One was from Rudolph Volkswagen & one from Rudolph Honda ( I believe it’s the same company) anyways, our sales man Joseph was great! He helped us with both vehicles. He was very welcoming and attentive to our needs. He definitely knows what he is doing. The entire process was very smooth, highly recommend him if you go here.
Took my car in for an oil change and to address an issue noted in a service bulletin. Both were done in an afternoon. Service was excellent.
The team and location were great from start to finish. Kept me very well informed through out the process, and did a great job listening to what I needed.
Had an awesome experience at Rudolph Honda, they were quick and responsive with my repair needs.
Service was good, unfortunately they no longer washboard vehicle, too bad...
The enjoy dealing with the people at Honda, very curteous. The place is IMMACULATE!
Will not go back here again used cars overpriced 2017 Honda Accord priced over 23,000 they said vehicle had no prior accidents but checked on line and showed prior accident . Also was lied to saying to come in they got me a great deal I don’t live close by when I went in they had me waiting for hours just to give me bad news on a ridiculously high payment these ppl should tell you straight up what’s going on instead of making it seem like they got you a great deal have you waiting for hours just tell you your payment is no where near what you negotiated just a waste of peoples time !
Will not recommend it ever. When I bought the Car the dealer forgot about me and left me waiting for more than 1 hour. This was the first strike I should have stopped going to Rudolph.Ok also when I bought the car they promised me 2 free service, standard promise for most dealers, BUT other dealers do Give you 2 free services, Rudolph just gave 1 and charged me like nothing for the second one.I am disappointed. And will not recommend anyone to come here. IF YOU ARE READING THIS TRY SOME OTHER DEALER, I DONT CARE WICH ONE, JUST GO TO ANOTHER.
Need a new car? Did you already buy a Honda and you want to keep it running like new? Either way Rudolph Honda is the place for you for SAFE service you can rely on.
Bought a 2021 Honda HRV EXL for my 17 years old daughter. Very disappointed with the actual buying experience. We will no longer recommend this dealership to our friends and family.
Excellent service! Ask for Liz Hinojosa, service department.
I bought a used 2020 Camry for Rudolph Honda had a few issues with it after a month or so and Lynn and Eric took great care to resolve those issues quickly. Would not hesitate to continue to do business with them.
The best service, I hope you guys will maintain the excellent service in El Paso.
Purchased a 2020 Honda Civic Sedan in June, 2020. Less than two months have passed and the a/c has gone out! Claudia (Service department) claims that you are one of 4 customers with the same problem. So? Fix it! With the temperatures over 100 degrees daily, the only thing she can say is your part is on back order and wont be in until October. OCTOBER??? We have to drive a hot box until summers end and HOPE that this fixes the issue? Apparently Honda has had A/C issues with their Civics for quite a few years (go on line and google Honda A/C Problems) and this dealer knew about them, but never bothered to tell us about it during the sales process (deceptive trade practice?). The service department didnt offer us a loaner so were stuck until the part comes in.On a related note, I purchased a 1997 Tahoe from Rudolph and THE A/C STILL WORKS! But a brand new Honda? Nope. Do your homework on Hondas, and if air conditioning is important to you, you might want to consider a different vehicle -- and maybe a different dealer.UPDATE: The air conditioner compressor came in before October, but the weather was still hot. The service department handled the install in one day and to date (October) there have been no issues. The dealership has good a good service department (Thank you, Claudia), the facilities are clean and safe (if you have to wait for your car) and my son loves his car. I am once-bitten, twice-shy on car problems so we will be holding our breath to see if this compressor will last 6,000 miles or more. Hopefully so.
Straight forward pricing and answers about repairs and suggested repairs.Great value with the peace of mind that my investment is being cared for by factory trained technicians.
Cool and outstanding serviceexcellent coffee and stuffefficient and fast
Rudolph Service is reliable, expert and speedy. They’re everything needed from a service provider.
I got my Honda Civic serviced here about a month ago (oil change & tire rotation) and Liz was extremely nice and informative! Within 25-30 minutes, my car was done and ready to go. I’ve never experienced service that quick before so I was in shock! Thank you so much. I will be a returning customer!
On time, great communication.
My husband and I have dealt with many car dealerships and the service we have received has been amazing. One of the car dealers there, Joseph, has been wonderful in helping us and gave great customer service!
It could’ve been better
Was the friendliest and quickest way to buy a car!!
Lam is awesome! He never pressured me into anything I told him what I wanted, he told me his opinion and helped me get into the best vehicle to accommodate me. He is sincere with his work and not just out to get your money. I got a car with him over a year ago and he has answered any questions I have had since then and also has called multiple times to check in and make sure everything is going well. Will definitely get my business again.
My experience was OUTSTANDING!!My service person, Liz, remembered me from past visits. She also was very knowledgeable and thoughtful!! I mentioned getting my car detailed and she let me know that she could see that it got done! Saving me going somewhere else!! I really really value customer service.... and I got more than my share from Liz!
I had never leased a vehicle before and I asked the sales man Lam Nguyen all that it entailed when I went to lease a vehicle from him. It was never explained to me that I have to pay personal property taxes and yet I received an appraisal dispute form from Honda Financial services after the deadline for the dispute. My mom and I leased a total of 3 vehicles and they swear up and down they told us. Not only that but I paid for the tire service coverage on the lease and when I got a flat tire I took my car to Rudolph Honda with Lam, asked if I had coverage because I couldnt remember if I did it. Theychecked and said I didnt and I paid for my tire to have to come back later and sign papers to get reimbursed. Not only did it happen to me but it happened to my mom too. They said she didnt have coverage. Then to come to find out that I have been paying for my oil changes when I shouldnt have. So please be careful when shopping at Rudolph Honda they tend to forget things.
Went in to buy a brand new vehicle based on there prices online. Our salesman was great and more than willing to accommodate us. The issue was the sales manager. When it came down to numbers he put a value of over 10k higher than their advertised price in front of us. Of course he sent the salesman out to us with these numbers and even our salesman knew they were BS. Finally the manager came out to talk to us and brought “their price” down 8k, still 2k higher than the advertised price. For another 30 minutes he proceeded to tell us how great he was for bringing the price down. Finally we left knowing we weren’t going to get anywhere with them. We went to El Paso Honda and worked with Tony and Mr. Delgado and within 20 minutes they got us exactly where we wanted to be in the exact same vehicle and even a year newer. I recommend Rudolph if you want some entertainment from some first class car dealership personas. I would absolutely not recommend buying from them though unless you want to pay much more than advertised price. Thanks for the entertainment though.
Friendly customer service, Carlos & Lam, and sales manager, Lynn, able to accommodate all my needs that I was looking for a new car. It was a fast process, got a great interest rate, and I was able to get the model I wanted right away.
We live on the far east side but have always purchased our vehicles at Rudolph Honda. If youre looking for a new/used car go see Angel and Armando, theyre great! Went this morning for an oil change and tire rotation. My advisor Ana Mendoza and tech Josh Rodriguez were courteous, professional, and friendly.
Awesome service!!! Lorenzo was so very helpful. He was very experienced in the knowledge of cars. We told him what we were looking for and he showed us what he had. From start to finish, Lorenzo made us feel comfortable in the process of buying my chariot!!!. Thank you so much. I love my 2019 HRV. Thank you Rudolph Honda for your kindness and friendliness.
Worse experience. Do not recommend.
Rudolph Honda service and body shop are completely incompetent. My husband was driving home from Carlsbad when his front bumper completely fell off his car. He did not hit anything. He was told that if you do 90 MPH for too long the bumper will fall off?? Is this a joke?!! A civic sport touring can’t do over 90?! What’s the point of having a fast car if you can’t even hit 90?! I’ve been a Honda owner for the passed 19 yrs (different cars) and loved everyone of them (this was the 1st one ever purchased at Rudolph). It gets better- so, we had them start working on it,made an insurance claim, which was over $2,000 according to them to get it fixed correctly. 3 weeks later he gets the car back. Has it for 2 days and the bumper falls off again while driving. We take it back, they give us the run around for 2 days saying they aren’t sure if they can cover it. They finally tell us they will fix it this time the right way, free of charge. Side note- every time we get the car back there are random scratches on the hood and spoiler which they are supposed to paint. It gets worse- we pick the car up again after being there for 2 weeks this time. He doesn’t even get 100 yards off the property and the bumper falls off again!!!!! It’s totally unbelievable, I know. Now, they want to sell us a new car because they are incompetent of fixing it correctly. So, they tell us they will sell us a car at cost, but completely low ball us on the value of his old car that they have screwed up on. The management is a joke. The owner won’t show face to settle the problem correctly. Save your money and time- take your business elsewhere. We sure will be.
Great place to buy a car and very friendly and helpful staff. They listen to your needs and wants
Edgar Flores Sr. has always gone above and beyond and is always available to take your call and help with any questions one may have! He made it easy to communicate with him, and is very patient which is very important to a customer when buying a car! He is definitely one of Rudolph Hondas most valuable assets!!! I look forward to buying my THIRD car from him!!!
Loved purchasing my vehicle with Juan Navarro!
Was able to get my car fixed for a reasonable price and I’m happy about that. I had to take away a star for the Rude lady that called me for a follow up, she seemed so mad that I didn’t want to make a follow up appointment for a recommended service that I didn’t need and she hung up on me.
I have been coming here for years and Ed in the service department has been my go to guy. Hes nice and doesnt B.S. you.I didnt see him for a while and was worried, and when I asked another associate. He said he had some issue with his heart. I am happy to report that he survived a stroke and is back in action.Rudolph, I appreciate employees like him. Stay healthy and strong Ed. I have no replacement here that matches your quality.
Theres plenty of waiting space available for each auto service client in order to consider the social distancing guidelines
I went Monday afternoon for a more or less basic oil change service. This was my first time going and I was wary of going to a dealership for service rather than just an oil change shop. I expected the price for the synthetic oil change to be astronomical, but the price was surprisingly in line with what I would pay at most of those other shops. But what really made the difference was my service representative, Ivan Maldonado. He got me in and out quickly with accurate price and time estimates and was super friendly. Best of all, he didnt try to talk me into anything I didnt need. Just gave me great service and even provided a sheet of the next recommended service, what that would run, and answered all my questions. Straightforward business, no surprises. I love it! I *WILL* be going back to this dealership and Ivan for all my future Honda maintenance needs!
Go pre-approved they will diligently try to sell you their banks.
Sales staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Management is second to none. Dealership is clean and well lit, very friendly atmosphere. Will be recommending friends to visit Rudolph Honda!!
I dont take my car for service often because, lets be honest, Hondas dont require a lot of service when you take care of them. I took my car for service on 1/4/19 and the customer service was basically non-existent. This was really a disappointment because I had been to Rudolph Honda before and they were great. This was the exact opposite of that. I made an appointment for service and when I arrived at 3:45 pm for my 4 pm service appointment, my service representative told me, Well, we close at 6. Even though I found that rude, I was actually fine with leaving my car and picking it up Saturday morning. I just mentioned that I knew my brake pads needed to be replaced and asked if they could check my battery. I was told this was a part of the multi-point inspection and that I would get a call about anything they found. I didnt get any call Friday. I called Saturday morning around 8:30 am to find that my car had not even been touched yet. I finally received a call around 10:30 am that my brake pads needed to be replaced. I gave them the go ahead to do that and when I asked when I should pick it up and I was told, We close at 1. Upon arriving to pick up my vehicle my service representative was nowhere to be found and my information was not showing in the system. I waited about 30 min to finally get my car and my representative told me that, everything looked good! Apparently, everything did not look good because now three weeks later my car had died. When I called Rudolph to find out what the reading on my battery was at the time of service, there was no proof that the battery was ever even checked. No information on it but my paperwork said it was checked. So, that was a lie. They lied about checking my battery, Im not sure what else they didnt check but said they did. Every time I call they say someone will call me back but no one ever does. I do not get any information unless I call them. This by far the worst customer service that I have ever received. I would think that they would be trying to redeem themselves for such abysmal customer service but, apparently, they are fine with running a business like this.
What a wonderful experience we had puchasing our new Honda with Lam Nguyen, from the moment we entered the car dealership, Lam was very friendly & ask us how he could help us. He ask us questions on what we were looking to purchase & gave us excellent financial options. Lam spent a lot of time with us & we are very happy with our purchase & how smoothly everything went! Lam is a gentleman & very professional. If you are looking to purchase a vehicle we highly recommend him!
Excellent work as always.
Excellent experience from the beginning to the end! Albert was our salesman and he was wonderful. Kind from the beginning to the end. They worked with us on the price and financing and made the process super easy and stress free. Excellent customer service and I highly recommend them! Ask for Albert if you go.
Went in to see about trading in my vehicle. Even though we werent able to strike a deal, the salesman named Obed worked with us and was very pleasant about our whole exchange. Will definitely be back another time.
Super, SUPER happy with this place. They fixed a very difficult electrical problem that nobody else could seem to figure out. The cost was MUCH less than I was expecting, and their workmanship was better than expected (wiring looks factory). Honest operation, friendly staff, and very reasonable rates!
Great service here. Ms.Liz from the service department of honda was very helpful. If I can rate this Honda dealership higher then 5 stars it would be 10/10. Great people!
My experience at Rudolph Honda was exceptional! I tried the closer Honda dealership in town and they wanted over $700 more for parts and labor on a tow package for a new Pilot. The service advisor and the technicians at Rudolph Honda were very patient, accommodating and knowledgeable! I highly doubt I will go to the dealership a couple of miles away ever again. The 45 minute drive for wonderful service is well worth it! Thank you, Rudolph Honda!
Great service and very friendly
I was very happy with the service.
