The dealership is great. Just stay away from Mazda. They don’t have the means to support the vehicles they sell. Been waiting three months on a hood for a two year old car.
Took my car in about 2 weeks ago for several fluid flushes and oil change. Hector P. took care of me in a timely manner. I highly recommend asking for him when going to the Mazda Service Center. He is professional, courteous and explains everything in detail. Great prices are also a plus.
Real curious that a really well priced car listed as available online was just sent to auction. I had already communicated with them which specific car I was interested in and everyone seemingly forgot to mention it wasnt in inventory until I got to the dealership. Didnt even realize it was a bait and switch until I left. They told me they were gonna go get the car I wanted and pulled out a different car same model different year (20k more expensive), as if I would just settle for that. A waste of an hour.
Great experience all around! Dawson was very helpful in the beginning, helping me narrow down what I wanted. Robert was amazing! Robert ended up being my salesman, he was very helpful, friendly, and attentive. I love that he sent me a welcome video the morning of my test drive, made my experience more personal. I also like that the staff are following and enforcing Covid rules. I highly recommend car shopping here!
Purchased a vehicle back in June… it is now Sept and my plates are still not in….. this is ridiculous! I’ve never had to wait for more than 2-3 weeks to get my plates for my other vehicles (bought at a different dealership) I call and get promised they’ll return to my calls and never do….I just need my plates and be done with this place
Dawson was really good with us, got us the car we wanted. He walked us around and gave us a really specific walk through on the CX-5 features and answer all of our questions. Paper work and closing was reallh smooth as well.
The Internet Manager is the best he guided me through the entire process! He the reason i bought here! Adrian the sales manager was very well-rounded! Super helpful team and my sales associate dropped the prices of the car like he dropped weight! Berry was his name super nice guy definable recommend it here! Truss the Process!
Awesome customer service. Helped me find a vehicle that was right from me and my family. As soon as i parked i was greeted with a warm welcome and was shown all that Mazda has to offer! Everybody was REALLY knowledgeable about the product and answered all the questions i had thoroughly. I drove off in a beautiful Mazda CX-5 touring at a price i felt comfortable at and great monthly payment. Will be coming back!
Terrible place to get service done. Appointment at 1:30 pm left close to 4:00 pm. Service being done, an oil change at recommended interval. Asked if they could inspect my wiper blades and fix or replace if needed. Next day the wiper blades were still not functioning properly, my windshield fluid was low, and the recommended maintenance by the the tech was BS! Not that it matters to this place but I would never go back and I highly recommend not getting service here.
I took my vehicle for the 100K service. Alejandra Ontiveros was at that time in the Service area. She gave us a great great customer service with knowledge and professionalism. Car maintenance was done in time, but not just that, also they preformed a complete inspection and provided us with the results and recommendations. Great service
I took my Mazda in for service last week, this is the second time since I got my car that I take it in and again the service was excellent. Alejandra helped me with my car and kept me updated. Everything went smoothly. I also really like the new location, so much nicer than the old one, very clean as well.
Bought a Mazda here for my loved one. The sales rep. was annoying and relentless. They are too persistent, they need to be respectful and give their customers space to look around at other places before making their final decision. Like every car dealership they are nice and catering but as soon as you make that deal for the car you want their service declines. The communication to their customers is not there, they are not transparent, if she didn’t absolutely fall in love with the Mazda she got we wouldn’t have bought it and definitely gone elsewhere.
I paid for several services to include replacement of my rear windshield wiper and one day later I notice the replacement windshield wiper is broker. I called viva Mazda service department to notify them of this. The manager, Hector I believe, said that he would work to have it done the next day. After replacing the wiper he asked me if I was sure about not going to the car wash and breaking it myself. I was incredibly disappointed with this treatment because my credibility was unnecessary put into question.
Its a shame I have to give 1 star. They arent even worth that. Yesterday, I purchased a 2021 Mazda CX-5. After signing all the papers, they take the car to be cleaned up. They brought it back and right as were about to drive off, we notice scratches across the instrument cluster lens over the speedometer. Like BIG scratches. We brought it their attention and they literally said Theres really nothing we can do about that. Are you serious? The car has 10 freaking miles on it. Its brand new. They refused to help at all. They say they can replace it, but at this point, can this dealership really be trusted to take the dashboard apart? I doubt it. Just. Fair warning: theyre super nice and helpful until after you sign the paperwork for a new car. After that, all customer service is gone. We wont be back and wont recommend to anyone. Save yourself some frustration and disrespect and go to another dealership.
I went into Mazda, hoping they would be courteous and welcoming, instead I had to walk all the way inside the managers office since nobody would come help, he was on the phone and the man sitting next to him was not very helpful either, I do not recommend doing any business with them!
Excellent customer treatment by Hector. Everything was done to perfection. Love my cold AC.
Customer be aware of touch screen that comes with Mazda vehicles I have a CX-9 with only 54000 miles on it last week with the cold weather my screen froze and started cracking I called Mazda corporate and they told me that electronics are only cover for up to 36000 miles I told them those screen should have been recalled since I have seen this happening on lots of vehicles nation wide, just because is not a safety recall doesn’t mean is a bad design on the screen. My wife loves the CX9 and she takes really good care of it I wish they could have done more about this at the corporate level unfortunately I was not able to write a review for the main Mazda website (wonder why) and this the closest dealership to me, now we have a beautiful car with really bad flaw 😔 I will eventually have to buy a new one if cracking continues since it hasn’t even been extremely cold.
I went in with a friend when he was looking for a new Mazda 6. I was looking around while he was sitting down with the salesman, when I went back inside to sit with him I said, Im going to make this a difficult negotiation. the salesman replied, Its already done... I didnt say anything because I couldnt believe what I just heard. The salesmans first name was Robert, be warned.Thats aside the point that they where trying to sell the car $5K over MSRP through dealership markups. 0/10 would not recommend for anybody to visit.
Alejandra O. Greeted me with a professional and courteous manner. Had all my details ready and I was able to drop off my vehicle and get on with my day. She was in constant contact with me about the status of my service. Thank you for a truly professional experience.
My CX9 was serviced at Viva Mazda, due to an unexpected circumstance. I also ordered a tire rotation and oil change while the car was in service. The Service Manager, Hector Pasillas Jr., was simply the best. Very attentive, courteous, considerate and competent in finding solutions to any problem. The mechanic staff are also first class. Alejandra in the Service Department was very helpful with the customer support logistics. Thank you Viva Mazda for the great service on my beautiful CX9.
Alejandra Ontiveros is very helpful and professional. The service department is great.
Buying a car was the best, then Adrian Morales showed me around the dealership into service where i know service my car! Best car and service prcies
Limited selection, Limited colors, Limited staff, Limited experience, Limited communication, Limited customer service.. Limited concern to make any kind of sale. Limited concern for customers, Im not sure if I would ever come back or recommend it. It was a dry experience. (Dont run your credit here, chances of getting approved.. is also Limited.!)
EXCELLENT !!! I Love how you are not pressured . AND they make sure you LOVE your car before making any moves !!!
If I can give them 0 stars I would, absolutely the worst Customer Service I have experienced. 5 weeks and I am still waiting on my plates, impossible to get a hold of someone by phone and all the voicemails are full. Showed up in person to speak to the GM and he promised to resolve our issue and call us back which of course he hasn’t. Keep away from this place.** update** on week 7 and still no plates or registration. Nobody will answer phone or return phone calls
First of all I did my own research and choose to purchase a Mazda for my needs. These guys Robert Kyles, Manuel Padilla and Danson Wheeler helped me make my final choice. They made it so simple. The Mazda Complex I noticed had a happy environment and fun people. Good sense of humor along with professionalism. I bought the sedan through Robert Kyles, hes a good person. He help me compare the differences between the sedans and hatchback. Hes also pretty knowledgeable and ready to compare the differences. The financer (Manuel) was fast and full of energy. He was fast with an answer and advised me of options of how I could save more money. Take advantage of that 0.9% interest if you qualify. That beets my bank. Danson finalized everything. It didnt take long. Good luck car shopping.
Went to buy a new car with robert kyles and he set me up at a GREAT price, 2021 mazda 3 and i walked out with the car same day definitely a 5 star rating on my behalf!
Alejandra, thank you so much for your help and support to repair my car. When my car got broken down, I was really panicked because I didnt know anyone in El Paso. I was lucky that I could find Viva Mazda and met you as my service advisor. Your explanation was very precise, detailed, and professional. You also understood my situation (visiting El Paso for vacation) and supported my family as much as you can. Because of your help, we all could come back to California safely, without any problem. If I have a chance to visit El Paso again, Ill definitely come by and say hi to you!
Took my car to the dealership on Friday 03/05/21 to be aligned ... Alejandra told me that my car would be inspected she told me the wait was for 2 hours so I decided to stay and wait ... So the car got aligned but not inspected Just waited for a long time for nothing... Awful costumer service this girl Alejandra needs to get her self trained for better.... She told me that the system was down and that she would send me by email the inspection of the car .. she never did !! cuz they didnt do it .. SMH
Love the service and the workers are all so very friendly
Literally the worst service ever. Once you buy the car they want nothing to do with you. Absolutely the worst. 0/10, would recommend.
They wanted to charge me $180 for an OEM gas cap. I looked up the part on Mazda’s website and it normally costs $26 and is currently on sale for $19. There is no way the 10 seconds of labor required to change a gas cap warrants the additional $160. I question the integrity of the entire organization for that kind of mark up. Take your business elsewhere.
Had an amazing experience with this Mazda in El Paso!! Alejandra was so helpful and she has amazing customer service!!!
0/10 customer service. Never answer the phones. Have had to go in person many times because they refuse/dont know how to their job. Horrible. Go somewhere else.
The worst service they only wants information about you to verify if you can get approved but they never called me I had to called they to know if I am qualified and yet I am still waiting .waste of time with all them !!! I believe if they see that you dont qualify because of credit score or certain rate of payment they just dont have contact with since they dont want to deal by doing a good job making the best they can do to help you get you approved with something that you can pay intead of ignoring your calls
Robert K. was an easy to get along person. No issue with buying a car. Good communication. Purchased what we wanted and easy process. In and out the door within 2 hours. Only due to a bit of line with people buying cars and signing and etc
Wow what a great experience!!! My salesman Robert Kyles was so knowledgeable. He was super nice and caring and made me feel like i was important and not just another customer. The whole mazda team was amazing and i will 100% be buying my next car from them.
Mr. Berry was the most helpful salesman I’ve ever had and he makes buying a car fun.
Went to get an oil change and the service was great. It was fast and they kept me informed on what my car needed. I got out in less than an hour which was great because at other places I’ve waited up to 3 hours.
Outstanding, just an outstanding place to buy a Mazda. Robert our salesman did an awesome job, really wanted us to get the best deal for our son who needed a new car for college. The sales manager helped us tremendously. Nothing but good things to say about this place.Update. Son took car for first oil change. Was told by Robert that first oil change would be free. It wasnt, I explained to service manager that Robert our salesman said first oil change was free. She went and asked him and he said no, he never said that...😳. I didnt mind paying for it, they did it quickly and price was very reasonable. After I paid for it I approached Robert our salesman and asked him about it. He lied to my face and said he never said that. I told him he just lied to me, he had an attitude that he didnt care. Car salesman gheez. Went to get keys to car and service manager was very sweet and said she was sorry and gave us a free oil change card for the next visit. I said she didnt have too but was very thankful. Honestly the Mazda dealership really is a nice place, but one dishonest person can change that. Do visit them if you can, but I would ask for another salesman if you bump into Robert.
I had an awesome experience at Viva Mazda, had been turned down at other places, got here and Justin Madrid helped me in getting my daughters vehicle with a great deal. He went far and beyond to find us exactly what we were looking for. Highly recommend this place and Justin, :) definitely coming back to purchase my next vehicle with Justin Madrid at Viva Mazda! :) Happy customer Happy daughter Happy mother.
I bought a new Mazda CX-5 here over the weekend. Great fast service with knowledgeable salesmen. Was in and out in a few hours from start to finish. Will purchase my next car from here
This dealership should be ashamed of some of its employees. I will save you my sad back story and just jump to the point. I am very protective of my credit score and asked Daniel multiple times about what a soft pull would do to my score. I was assured that it would not affect my score, so I said okay. I didnt see anything on the lot so Jonathan showed me some possible options online. I still didnt see anything I like so I ended up just leaving. So, imagine my surprise when I got home to realize my credit score dropped due to a HARD PULL from Viva Mazda. I finally got in touch with their finance guy Chris, and he first said I agreed to it and signed the consent. I told him I never signed anything. Then he suddenly has to check the forms and would call me back. At that point, I was glad I had decided to record the call and set up my phone to record for when he called back. I was in shock that his response was a nonchalant remark about how its not that bad.. NOT THAT BAD!! He said they were sorry and were going to write a letter to the credit bureau. I wouldve left it at that, but I had forgotten my drivers license there and had to go back. As soon as I pulled into the parking space Daniel comes speed walking out and practically throws my license into my car window and goes back inside without any attempt at an apology. So, I decided to go inside. After waiting for 15+ minutes Chris comes out to finally greet me and pull me into a back office. And again tells me there will be some letter drafted in their fancy letter head and pretty much brushes of my concerns. So, I leave furious and decided leaving a complaint would be easier. I finally get to the right department to be asked, didnt you just call about this? Wasnt me, but Im far from shocked that I wasnt the only one complaining about these people. I understand to some this may not be a big deal to some, but to me this is the most raw form of disrespect to a person. I was so happy going in there and seeing all the Estella Casas cut outs because I love her and her stand with me campaign!! But now the fact that these are the types of people she supports just makes me sad.. I hope your experience is better, but if anyone is ready to picket Viva Mazda, Id gladly stand with you. Because nobody deserves to be treated like that..
Justin was an amazing salesman. He helped us out a lot with getting us a new car. He was completely honest, up front, and super understanding. Justin was very easy to talk to and answered every question we had. The entire dealership was very clean, professional, and very well maintained. 10/10 recommend viva Mazda and definitely ask for Justin.-Hannah and DeAndre Crockarell
Savanna Saldana is the best saleswomen I have ever came across! I wasnt even planning on buying that day, but she made it make sense. When you arrive there, ask for Savanna!
Thank you Kevin and Dominick for going above and beyond to make this a wonderful experience. My husband and I appreciate your attention to our needs, you made purchasing our new vehicle a breeze. Sorry about the tie but hope it was all worth it. Thanks again!
First time I took my car there it was TERRIBLE SERVICE. The lady left for the day as I was with a salesman looking at a new car. She ASSUMED I was getting a vehicle and left my keys locked up on the service parts side. Once we were done and I decided to not get the new vehicle i had to wait another 2 hours after a steaming and upsetting conversation with her on the phone with nothing but unprofessionalism and inexcusable excuses. Today was no different a 2-3 hour was 4 and a half hours and the man who did my service did not remove the plastic they used on the steering wheel and car seat before I got the vehicle back. The first time visit they didnt even offer a discount on the services they did nor did they offer anything to compensate for the horrendous customer service and today it was the same. A customer is paying you a lot of money for labor and service and you didnt remove and clean your assigned vehicle before returning it to the customer. Horrible way to represent Mazda. I will find another place to service my vehicle.
Excellent service Justin Madrid helped me out and made everything so easy. Definitely recommend him for buying a car
Treated very well...salesman Berry was very knowledgeable and helpful.
I had a very pleasant experience with my sales man Kevin Sarmiento. It was by far the most stress free experience I have had buying a car. Thank you Viva Mazda you guys are the best! 😍
Great service and very responsive.
The most carefree experience I have ever had at any dealership. Kevin Sarmiento went above and beyond in assisting me get the vehicle I wanted at an amazing price. Highly recommend him as a salesperson and the dealership as well. They did everything possible to help me and I left with the car of my dreams
Came in for an oil change. Great service, reasonably priced.
New cx5 grand touring price on internet was 27800. I went to viva and suv was cpo with 3000 miles. Salesman Robert Kyles asked how he can earned our business. I told him give me your best price. He comes back with 31000. What a joke. We checked car today, now it has a price of 29000. BEWARE.
Poor customer service. Will not recommend to anyone, makes me regret buying a car from this dealership.
Fast, efficient, friendly, and helpful service department. Joe, my service advisor, kept me informed and out of there quick! Thanks!!
Excellent service excellent waiting area enjoyed my stay time was quick. The staff was friendly and attentive.
Ive dealt with a lot of car dealers and have bought and sold a lot of cars of different makes. Just dealt with these guys for the first time today. Called to get pricing on a car and spoke to Kevin and was given a price higher than what was listed on their website for the car. When I asked him to clarify the price difference he hung up on me. Pretty great way to earn a customers trust.Steer clear of this place.
Amazing service and prices 😍💪🏾🤘
Great experience!
Justin was great I’m so so thankful for him really honest and humble guy who helped me and my family get a car in no time and one car got sold one day and I didn’t get discouraged so the next time I came in we found the Mazda I was interested in and I’m very very thankful i told him everything I been through and he understood my full concern even showed empathy on that! Honestly man deserves a raise I’m just thankful he helped me as well as the finance manager did as well ! I’m appreciative and even let me know not to worry that he could get me approved no scam no run around so I just continued to trust in God and it happened right away! Thanks again my brotha!!! Terry Jay btw!
Great Service!Went there for service today after the reopening. They now have a system that will text you or email you once the diagnostics is complete and let you approve the services online. Team is friendly and professional.
Viva Mazda had the vehicle that I wanted at an affordable monthly payment. Thanks to Daniel Cordoba for assistance and making my buying experience an easy process.
I have never left a dealership more frustrated than I did with Viva Mazda. I was lied to when going over the numbers by Kevin the floor manger, when I got back to the financing guy I was given completely different numbers. Not one person could own up to their mistake and as a matter of fact they did everything they could to not even look in my direction. I would rather pay more then EVER go back to any Viva dealership.
Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with a dealership, I would never go back.Multiple lies about credit; for example they tried to say we were having a hard time buying a car due to the proximity of my husband’s bankruptcy even though I had no trouble buying after mine in the same time frame before we were stationed here, they told me my score was lower but I had a “strong score” because of my credit history and even though my husband’s was higher number he had a “weak score”. I asked our banking institution and another finance manager of the dealership we eventually went through if they had ever heard of that they both seemed very perplexed and said the score is the score period no such thing as a weak or a strong score the higher the number the better you look period. They submitted to the banks for a much larger loan amount than the amount we were quoted on the vehicle by close to $7000. I never got a call back from the finance manager on why that was even though I left a message with the “internet manager” for him to call me since it was the finance managers day off. I only found out about the discrepancy when we started to get decline letters from banks showing the loan amount requested. They also said my credit was hurting the application yet when we went to our dealership who eventually sold us the car they said my credit helped immensely.I honestly think they were just trying to screw us because we’re a military family and they are used young inexperienced military guys who don’t have kids to support being willing to pay $600/month for a car. We’re in our 30s are due with our 3rd child in a month and I think they thought they’d hook us on a huge payment because we had a short window to buy. Honestly their practices feel predatory and hostile.
My wife and I leased a vehicle from this place in early JANUARY 2019. We still do not have our plates. My wife is headed in today or tomorrow to get her 3rd or 4th set of temporary tags. This is the most ridiculous thing that Ive ever encountered from a car dealership. At this point I dont really understand why they dont send a single person with our packet to the license office and get our plates. Worst experience ever. I would hope that this isnt their standard practice and if so... how are they still in business. I will never do business with them again. My time is much more valuable to me than to go back and forth to the dealership hoping theyve actually done their job. Im doing my part to pay the lease... I just expect that they do their part.
I had a fast, easy, and stress free experience at Viva Mazda. Thanks to my sales guy Kevin Sarmiento who went above and beyond to help me get the soccer mom car that I needed 😁 I definitely highly recommend this place 🙌
They took over 3 months just to replace a sensor nd charged over 342 dollars worth of labor for it just sitting there nd my car was dead when i went to go pick it up because they left the headlights on but the sales people were helpful
Kevin Sarmiento, thank you for all your help with the trade in process and with keeping our new payments as close to our old payments!! Also thank you for your advice in our selection and for being kind. We love our new 2018 Mazda 6 Touring!💜💕
I bough an rx8 with the engine already blown and rebuild it there was a few recalls on the car but understandable the servace section was not busy they jump on it like a hobo on a ham sandwich I knew I would be out of a car for a while so I asked if I might be able to get a loner car and right away they hooked me up the servace section is very polite and professional even though I bought the car from a 3rd party they treated me like familyFrom my experience from the service department Id definitely consider buying my next car hear
Not my kind of cars but all the staff was very friendly and KLAQ was even there to help out I had a good conversation and the cars are very beautiful
I recently purchased a vehicle.thank you Justin Madrid. For making it happen.. very up front from the bigging.. very friendly, came through ..... . Thank you very much..... Viva Mazda is the place to go.
Oil change price is best in area really nice staff my service advisor really listened and understood my concerns will most likely come back
Robert helped us look for what we wanted. He was very helpful and well hopefully buy the car I liked.
Very enjoyable place to get a car Kevin Sarmiento helped me out a bunch trying to get me into a better car then I had would highly recommend them great people to work with
I went with the intention on finding something to lower my payment. I chose to voluntary return my vehicle in order to purchase something with smaller payments. I told Kevin Sarmiento that I did not want to put anything down if i didnt have to but was told that I had to in order to get approved. So he put me down for $500. I paid $250 and then agreed to pay the other $250 at a later date. So since the service dept was already closed Kevin stated he would come and get the vehicle the following week in order to get the car detailed, full up the tank, and receive a gift bag along with the owners manual and the second set of keys. So i waited the next week for this to happen and never did but when the time came to pay the other $250 he was great at doing the follow up. I was also waiting for the finance manager Chris to call me back with a name of someone at Viva Nissan so that i could return the other vehicle back and still have yet to hear.
BUYER BE AWARE! Their internet sales pricing is no where near the price when you actually get there. We went because their internet pricing seemed fair. After being there for 2 hours trying to decipher their pricing we discovered 100% of their internet pricing is off by thousands because they add accessory pricing to the vehicle which is above their listed sales prices clearly shown for each vehicle featured on their website. I thought I was dealing with reputable folks, and Robert our sales guy was a nice guy, but man what a royal waste of time. And they ran both my credit and my spouses. Very deceptive internet sales pricing for sure. When I asked one of the managers (Mr. Howard) to show me or read to me where it specifically said on the website that their sales prices stated that it was the featured sales price PLUS accessory charges when you arrived to the dealership he could not find it because no were does it say PLUS ACCESSORIES. We are fools for letting them run our credit. NEVER AGAIN........
Mike was great! Helped me find my new car and took amazing care of me!
These people here are amazing. From the first day asking for assistance to the last. Viva mazda provided excellent service and recommend people who really need help getting a newer vehicle to defiently stop by and see whats available for you. Justin madrin went above and beyond with assuring i was getting the right deal, right price and right vehicle. Daniel cordoba was an excellent sales consultant. Both individuals are a 15/10.
Did a great job on my car customer service awesome
Thank you Kevin for the awesome customer service and helping me get into my new 2018 mazda3. I honestly didn’t think I had a chance but you did some magic and got me in this beautiful car.
I scheduled for regular service and a recall part replacement. The service department did not have the information readily available in regards to my Mazda Ultimate Pre-Paid Maintenance. While waiting for service to be completed the janitor was spraying lysol in the air and cleaning the floors leaving a harsh chemical odor in the air which made it uncomfortable for me to wait in that area. Janitorial service should be done at closing time not opening time. Also while waiting a new sales associate was being coached. I understand the need for training and coaching but this should be done in an office behind closed doors or at least not within earshot of customers because its unprofessional. They also failed to lubricate locks and hinges stating that over lubricating would cause squeaky noises and there was no mention of inspecting the drive belts which is required per pre-paid service contract; contractual agreement. That being said the service was completed in a timely manner, approx. 90min, and the service advisor was friendly and accomadating.
Great Service! Especially justin Madrid. Very helpful!
Joe in service department awesome you went out of your way for me best experience I have ever had with a service department he tells you exactly what you need and does not try to sell you stuff you dont need AAAAA++++
They ordered Door dash from me and they didn’t even tip. I was from the west side and I came all the way over here for their food and their workplace and there was no tip. It is what it is.
Im real happy with my car ask for Justin he will hook you up
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! THEY LIED ON MY INTEREST RATE, HAVE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FOLLOW UP, DIDNT SEND MY PLATES AND REGISTRATION ON TIME.
Dealership is new at this location.Customer service dept.is friendly & offers very good results!
They are very friendly and fast! Oil change, rotation and cabin air filter change in less 1 hour!
Apparently digging ggging up contact info from a 6 year old sale and bugging those prior coustomers is a valid business practice for this company, even after being asked to stop commu communications. But since were talking about it, heres my experience. I bought 07 Ford Escape from them in 2012. After 2 months of ownership, the car started running rough off what I latter found out was simply a loose spark plug wire. This wonderful dealership only charged $600 to do about 5 minutes of work when I did it myself. Whats more, I found a stripped bolt that ruined my valve cover and cause the spark plug to always come loose that I was never informed of, costing several hundred dollars. But the fun didnt end there. 2 months agter that, the catylitic converter died on the car taking out two cylinders with it. Ford wanted $6000 to rebuild it all. I got it done with a friend for $3000. And of course, none of this was Viva (then Rudolfs) responsibility. If I was working at this dealership, Id find a way to loose my number. Especially considering Ive told you all now on three separate occasions to not contact me for more sales. I dont even live in the state of Texas anymore anymore.
Love Rudolph Mazda this place do not compare
Best people i ever met
