I am a regular costumer and a big fan of their crepes and frozen yogurt, but today’s visit was quite awful. My daughter ordered the frozen yogurt with granola as usual, as she continued to enjoy her yogurt she found a literal fly inside her yogurt. The only explanation I could think of was that the fly might’ve come from the granola. This is literally the only review I have ever written and it’s because it annoys me that the owner only apologizes. I paid for a medium yogurt and barely half of it was consumed because of the fly. I know that accidents happen, but when it comes to a literal insect it’s just wrong. I would’ve asked for a refund but the store was already closed.

We really like the waffle option. Had the one with chocolate and strawberries. The team there is great.The drive thru system sucks though. The employees ask you to yell so that they can hear the order. After three times repeating the order the team member got the order. How can a company that basis it’s sales on drive thru have such lousy equipment. I’m sure the owners are not there taking the orders and that don’t know what problems it causes for the employees and the customers. I hope the owners read the reviews and repair their equipment.

Great place to get crepes and Boba tea. My fiance and I come here as often as possible to feed our cravings. You can not go wrong with this place with the sweets.

This place is definitely delicious it is cert popular especially in a sunday when I went I had the boba tea but will go back and try these waffle saw hosts they make those abs it definitely looks delicious and despite then being so busy they mice very fast with orders I will be back soon

Delicious crepes! Fast and friendly service! We started with the savory ham crepe that was tasty. We finished off with a sweet crepe with Nutella, vanilla ice cream, strawberries, bananas, and whipped cream! It was absolutely delicious! Only thing is I wish they had a high chair in the seating area.

Ordered their Evergreen smoothie today and when I was about to finish my drink, to my surprise, I saw a fruit barcode sticker in my drink and I almost ate it!! So disappointed!!! Please double check your fruits/veggies!

I love the drinks here but it’s ridiculous management or the owners need to step up 45 minutes in line for 2 drinks is outrageous!It’s always the same thing no matter the day or time always a long wait time !

I went through drive-thru and the girl taking my order was being completely rude. I had asked for 2 drinks, one milk tea and the other half chai and coconut ( blended). The girl did not say she couldn’t do half and half until after we had paid for 3 drinks, she also did not repeat the order before paying. Considering that we didn’t want to go through the hassle for the refund on the last drink, we just left.

Took 30 mins to get 2 drinks. No food. Rude window employees. Only reason coming is because my mother in law loves the smoothies here... But the customer service definitely needs to improve

Had the honeydew boba tea and it was amazing all 3 of the times! My sister loved her crepe as well, it was pretty good.

My wife and I went to this place for a good Delicious snack once we walked in this place was not it all of the fruits containers were empty nutting looked Appetising and everything was not up to part. They did have a long Drive-through line but you cant see the condition of the store so i highly recommend next time walking in to see what your getting.

Went out to get the kids some ice cream tonight and made the mistake of choosing this place. Yes I have been here in the past and I know they take a while to put it nicely. Tonight was a whole different beast. Left my house around 740pm and got to the place fine around 750pm. The line was long but not sticking out of the drive thru yet. Get home it’s 9:15pm... kids have already passed out. I have nothing to say I just all faith in you guys

They’re okay, but don’t go if you don’t plan on waiting in the drive thru line for 30-45 minutes. I don’t understand why it takes 15 minutes per car. I’d give them more stars but the wait is ridiculous.

Friendly staff and good deserts. However, it took so long in the drive thru when they weren’t too many cars. It faster to drive all the way to las cruses than it does to get through the hana banana drive thru! You can get fresh ingredient treats else where!

Didn’t mean to review this hanna bannanah. I have had horrible experiences at the one near the fountains but accidentally clicked on this one instead. If they are operated by the same owner I wouldn’t expect much from this

It’s a very good place but the service was horrible. I was here Saturday and the girls were super nice, but today they were rude. I had a long order and wouldn’t even let me finish ordering. I was watching them over the window on how the were laughing about it. I wanted to ask for a manager but I guess it’s pointless. If you don’t like your job that’s ok but don’t take it out on your customers. Last time I come here, sad part is that I live 4 hours away and this is the place I wanted to visit before I left back home.

We try not to eat many sweets, but we are always craving their frozen yogurts. Our favorite is the natural yogurt, weve tried all their flavors and none will disappoint. The crepes and smoothies are also good. I only wish they had the nutritional facts of each item!

I enjoy ordering my yogurt with fresh fruit. Glad they are practicing social distancing and allowing only 3 customers at a time to pick up their orders. I did need respectfully request the young girl @ the counter to please wash her hands prior to serving me since I was a new customer. She obliged me without a problem. Thanks appreciate your hard work.

When a store is open u will expect to be ready to order anything. Its not the first time they dont have tapioca ready. Very disappointed that I have to come back after 11am

Love hana banana. They have good dessert options and their frozen yogurt is really really good even though thats not what they maybe known for. I highly recommend their crepes and their frozen yogurt.Pretty much all their desserts are good.

Hadnt been here since pre-covid and saw some bad reviews about the wait.My daughter wanted this so I gambled. I didnt have any problems. Wait wasnt any worse than any fast food place but with something I couldnt find at a fast food place so thats awesome.Friendly staff.Great taste.Only reason for not a 5th star is just because of the to go packaging. Just the crepe in a cone, in an open box. I would like it covered somehow, but thats just not picking on my side.

Bad service, I was the only one in line and ordered one item and they took 20 min. to give me my order. After discussing concern with Manager her reasoning was that employee got distracted so that explains overall management skills are very poor, therefore, explains bad and slow service.

Again... slow service and the employees are immature. When will you guys re-stock? Because for months I’ve wanted to try the banana flavored frozen yogurt and it’s never there.... and now for a few days you don’t have the fruity pebble topping.. employees are always loud and playing around...maybe if you guys weren’t playing around you would hear my order correct and stop handing me things IM ALLERGIC TO.

The Good: The Crepes, the drinks, the boba.The Bad: Long lines, understaffed, slow and rude workers, placing your order and them not telling you they ran out of boba an hour ago and still having to wait in line due to the horribly designed drive-through. And the cherry on top, you finally getting your order and it’s wrong and they ask if you’d still like to wait while the 3 employees scramble to make your order during their peak hours/before closing.

I was visiting El Paso for a meeting and friends I hadnt seen in several years suggested meeting up at Hana Banana, for dessert. Not only was it great to catch-up with my friends, but dessert was incredible! The variety of sweet treats was unlike anywhere Ive been before... frozen yogurt, crepes, waffles. I just wish I hadnt eaten so much at dinner, so I could have tried a couple things. Haha! I had a small coconut flavor frozen yogurt with kiwi, strawberries, mango, and blueberries layered in. It was delicious! The only reason I didnt give a 5-star rating is because the music was a little too loud and it was hard for me to hear my friends, at times.

Banana Protein shake!!! Was at lunch but wasnt super hungry so I just decided to stop by and see what they had. Was perfect!

Very delicious, I regret not going at least one more time before leaving El Paso. Highly recommend this place

They should get a name or a number to call you when your order is ready. Instead they call out all the items of your order and hope you paying attention to them and are not talking to the people you are with.

This place was terrible waited in line for 35 minutes and when I finally pulled up to the window to order they told me they were out of ice and couldnt make any smoothies all they had was frozen yogurt. the guy taking orders said that they couldnt send anybody out to buy ice because the Walmart across the street was closed and that they didnt have enough employees to do so even if the Walmart was open. Just One excuse after another. it was late in the evening and I think they just didnt want to have to do more work by putting together more items. This place sucked

This Hana Banana establishment was fan-flippin-tastic!! It was my first time coming through and due to time constraints I had to go through the drive-thru. Seeing previous reviews got me a little worried with customer service and the fact that theres so many options on their menu, I was almost sure I was bound to get a snotty hurry-up-and-order attitude. Not the case here! The nice girl was VERY friendly, calm and spoke with professionalism. (Kinda bummed I didnt get her name as I wouldve liked to have mentioned her on this.) My crepe was RIDICULOUSLY delicious!! The fruit toppings tasted fresh, the crepe was just the right amount of warmness and softness. From my own opinion, this is definitely one of those you get what you pay for places. Some people may see these prices and think theyre steep, but cmon people, the serving size is great and the food is of great quality. You dont like the prices?? Theres a Walmart behind this Hana Banana, go buy the ingredients and make them yourself.

Today I went to Hanna Banana for the very first time and I was very pleased with customer service, the young lady who attended me was so sweet her name is Amanda. I wasnt sure what to order from the menu and she was so helpful to suggest something. I will definitely be going back.

They have some good ice cream treats different from other places. My wife and I enjoy their crepes. Only wish theyre daily specials were throughout the day and Id be there more often.

I dont know what rating to give. Ive been here only twice. The first time, I loved it! I got a large coconut frozen yogurt, which comes with 4 toppings for $5 something, according to the menu. I got coconut, M&Ms, chocolate covered raisins, and Oreos as my 4 toppings. Got charged the $5 something. TODAY I ordered the same thing but with only 3 toppings (coconut, blackberries, and almonds). She charged me $8 something and when I questioned her, she said the large yogurt comes with 4 flavors, not toppings. Why would someone want 4 flavors of yogurt mixed together? So yeah, she charged me for each topping I got even though it was supposed to be included in the original $5 something price.

Thought I would try it for lunch. Now I am sorry I did. Iam hooked. I had the Savory Crape. It was so good and cooked so perfect. ( Retired Chef ) I gave the cook Amanda a two dollar tip. More people should be rewarded for jobs well done. Glad this place is within walking distance. Comfortable seating also. With a cute decorative dining area. Just love this place.

I went in yesterday at around 9 pm and ordered a savory crepe it was pretty good, however the young lady making the crepes kept destroying it making it over and over causing me to wait a long time. They kept calling her rosemary so I assume that is her name. Other than that very tasty crepe not sure who ended up making it.
