I called El Paso West Garage Door Repair at 8:10 Monday morning and made an appointment for 11 a.m. same day! Excellent! They texted me at 10 a.m. that the 2 technicians were already on their way. Wow! They were early, courteous and professional. They had the job done within 1 hour. Highly recommended and will use them again, if necessary.

Arrived early. Found the issue and corrected it quickly. The technician is obviously knowledgeable on all types of garage doors and openers. They did our initial install and follow up service is outstanding. Pass it on to others, these guys are very good at their job.

Purchased my home less than two years ago from Desert View. Garage door was flawed causing a cable to come 9ff and multipleother problems. Representative from Garage Door Repair arrived expediently and fixed all flaws in less than two hours. Price was reasonable and service was excellent.

I called El Paso West Garage Door Repair at 7:30 in the morning on a Monday because the spring on my garage door had broken during the night and I couldnt get my car out of the garage to go to work. The courteous owner already had a packed schedule but arranged a 1 PM appointment for my repair. To my surprise, his repairman Benny arrived at 11:30 AM and had my repair done in a 1/2 hour! Benny was polite, efficient, and very organized. I highly recommend them!

I had them come out to house twice, 1st time to replace spring and hardware and 2nd time for tension wire tangled. Come out to be that they installed the wrong size spring causing all sorts of a mess, wire getting tangled up door jumping, seemed like the door was going to fall of the trackes, oh but they told me the wheels needed greasing. So they did just that. yesterday the door actually fell of the track. I called them to inquire about the spring they installed and they have not returned my call. they were going to forward this message over to the owner. I would get a second opinion before you decide to go with them. I had 2 diffrent company come out and told me the same thing spring was the incorrect size for my door.

A shout out to your company and Dave our installer for a quality job.Our spring broke which was the reason for the call. Quick service and great price.After an inspection of the door itself Dave pointed out some major problems which we were just trying to get by with.We asked for an estimate and were amazed at the total price with the install included. Dave was excellent. Very friendly and courteous. He replaced two panels on our double garage door and did it quickly. Our garage door has never operated quieter or better than now because he was very thorough balancing the door and setting the opener just right. Would definitely recommend!

Our garage door quit working the day before our wedding. While we were on our honeymoon, we made our appointmen . They provided us with an appointment quickly, sent us a reminder the day before, and showed up early for our appointment. They did a tremendous job by not only fixing the problem, but also explaining what the problem was. In addition to doing a great job, they gave us some great maintenance tips. They did a thorough professional job from beginning to end. God forbid we have another problem, well definitely call them agai .

I called this morning, and got a wonderful person named David to come this afternoon to diagnose and repair my garage door. He told me right away what was wrong, how to fix it, how long it would take, and how much. He was correct on everything - a broken spring, replace it with all accompanying necessary parts, about an hour to do the work, and the cost was exactly what he quoted.
