PAY ATTENTION! They will purposely avoid telling you there is a 200$ diagnosis fee, then give you a really high price with the hopes that you will fall for it without negotiating any further. My garage needed simply some bolts tightened and no parts what so ever and they tried telling me it would come out to 600$! Again for less than 2 hours labor they tried to charge me 600! Then told me they could go down to 400$ and I negotiated a little less than that but come on seriously? 200$ just for diagnosing some bolts that needed to be tightened? You almost feel obligated to go through them cause no one wants to pay 200 $ for a diagnosis fee and not have a problem solved. I will NEVER use this business ever again. Find another garage business. They WILL try to purposely take as much as possible from you with minimal labor

We called them to service our garage door because it would make a loud sound. The installer aligned the garage door, fixed the spring into position, and replaced a broken part. We weren’t told the cost until the installer was done. Mary then called to charge $799. I understand the labor and service but $799 cmon. When we questioned why so much Mary said that because “prices were going up”. Seriously?? That much??She didnt want to give us an honest price even after we questioned her. We managed to talk her down to a fair price because she knows that what she was charging was wrong. I do not recommend, if I could give 0 stars I would. I will never call them again.

They went this morning to check my parents garage door opener and they charged him $175.00 for going/checking it only!!! They also mentioned that the motor needed to be replaced and quoted $800.00 for a new motor, chain, and 2 remote controls. My father went to Lowes, purchased a new motor (including chain, sensors and 3 remote controls) for $189.00, and will pay $99.00 for installation. It is a shame how these people take advantage of the elderly.

Charged $500 for a job that cost 129 the next time the garage door wouldn’t shut. Get a few free estimate with other companies! Lesson learned

The spring of the garage door broke, i was charge $799 for replacing the spring, aligning the garage door to make sure it closes properly and lubricate the rolls. Installer did the job super fast but when Mary call me to give the invoice it turn out to be super expensive. Home depot sells the spring for 100 bucks.. i will add another 100 bucks for the work done of the installer.. where did the other 600 came from..very disappointed i will never recommend this guys ever!

This company uses predatory and high pressure sales tactics and will try to sell services and parts at 3 times the cost of any other reputable garage door repair company! They take advantage of people that dont know any better. Glad i decided to get other estimates and did not go with them, I dodged a bullet.

BEWARE! These thieves tried to charge my elderly parents $790 for a hundred dollar job, they said that they charge $199 just for them to come to the house. I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau. Do not call them unless you feel like throwing you money away!

I just had El Paso Style Doors and Garage come to my house to diagnose my garage door that wasnt opening or closing. After a few minutes the Young Man ( Matthew) called me told me Mary wanted to talk to me ... Before he started anything she told me that the Service charge for just showing up and diagnosing the door and lubricating it was $199.00 !!! I didnt feel i had any other choice, after another few minutes Matthew told me that a board was burned out on the motor and I needed a new one! New price $699.00 but for me $599.00. I blame myself for NOT asking when I called them and because they didnt charge a service fee a few years ago, i didnt think it necessary . But as I told Mary she should have told me of this service charge when i called. It is extreme and unreasonable I hope not deceptive. I called 3 other garage fixers and they DID NOT have a service fee!!! I feel cheated ! A word to the wise !!

I had a replacement garage door done by Johnny and his crew yesterday. They were GREAT! Very professional! They were friendly and seemed to really like their job even though it was about 100 degrees while they were working. I would highly recommend this company for any of your door needs.

Had two new garage doors installed on our home. More expensive than most others but they were available for the job quickly. Doors fit properly but ended up stained and dirty because of greasy hands from the installer. Second installer came out later that night to finish the work and he took short cuts and did not complete the job. Have contacted them by phone MANY times and they have promised to finish the job that was started three + weeks ago.1) doors are dirty and stained from installation. no attempt to clean them was done by crew.2) rubber edge seal was pieced together and stained by grease also. bad job.3) door lock never delivered as promised and was not installed on second door.4) second garage door installation was not completed as promised. missing a bar to connect it.5) numerous calls to owner who made lots of promises but ran after getting paid.6) no listing of this company in BBB of El Paso. scary thought!7) left some holes in ceiling and walls where they tried to attach the openers and rails.8) had one existing door opener that was working fine until end of install. they were quick to try to sell another $350.00 opener. found wires for sensors on my opener had been cut in three places. they claimed it was a bad garage door opener. replaced those wires and the opener is operating just fine but not connected to door as promised.9) my new garage doors, both of them, ended looking like their service trucks...dirty and beat up. wont use them and wont recommend them. one door opens with opener, the other we open by hand. will have a professional company finish the job correctly and try to recover my costs.would have been happy with new door trim above one door, clean doors and trim and my second door connected with the lock that came with it! simple enough!

Requested a repair on a large sliding glass door that was not rolling smoothly. They did not show up when they said they would, and, after their repair, the door is WORSE than when I called them. (and the wood floor is scratched!) I have called them 3 times to ask them to return and fix the door. Each time they say they will come and they dont show up.
