They appeared to know their stuff on garage doors, but could not help because of their home office controll. They confirmed no one was monitoring their phones.Waste of time with Wayne-Dalton. They just have a warehouse were the installation team works out of. The installation team looks so unless professional no uniform and there trucks are in no shape to be out in the road.
