I have been a customer here for at least 10 years.I can’t say enough about them as a company.I normally deal with David and he’s super quick to text me back quotes for orders.Love Ericka and Oscar too.The windows are very good quality and special orders are quick to arrive.We also buy our hardware there and it’s less expensive than Lowe’s and Home Depot.There are two friendly guys in the back who will always stop and take the time to help with any questions. A tall white guy and a guy with longish hair who wears a cap. They always help us load our windows.As a business we rely on other businesses for our success and this business has gone above and beyond to help us. We are truly appreciative and unequivocally recommend them to anyone requiring windows, doors, granite, hardware or cabinets.

There is no consistency when it comes to store hours. They seem to close for lunch at differing times everyday for an hour, which is very inconvenient if you are coming in from an hour away. We had this happen to us twice, and the first time I thought it was for a holiday, since there was a hand written note on the front door and it was MLK Day. The second time we went down they were closed again. Both times we had to drive around El Paso trying to kill time until they came back and reopened. They should just announce that they are closed for lunch every day from 12 to 12.30. What a haphazard way to run a business.

Took 6 weeks to process my credit card and everytime i call they tell me can you wait and no one actually talks to me! i live on the other side of the city and they just waste my time by hanging up every single time when im trying to make a payment!!!!

On 01/22/2021 I was trying to buy some windows but it was closed. There was a paper sign posted saying closed for lunch 12:30 - 1:30.. really? Collective lunch?! They should update their hours of operation in Google showing their hour lunch break.

I was not notified of window order arrival for a month after I called, just to find out windows given to installer without my concent or receipt.

They were great

Horrible experience, I purchased several windows, one was defective. I was told week after week that someone would be out to fix it but, parts were not in. No one ever came out to fix it and I am stuck with a new window that does not lock.

No one usually answers the phone or if they do they always say they are speaking to a customer in front and they put on hold for a min than hang up.
