Went to 2 different spots in El Paso. One on Montana the other one at the Costco both had terrible service and I would never go back to them again. I asked if they had allocated and they both said no although I know they were lying because I sent my Mexican friend in both right before me and he grabbed a bottle of Stagg Jr and the told him they had 2 more bottles.. the WB at Costco they won’t even greet me when I walk in… it’s cool though I’ll pay secondary before I get treated like that again..

Insufficient... is the word that comes to mind. I wanted a small bottle of Sweet Vermouth, specifically Martini and Rosso. They only stocked the extra dry version, which nobody hardly ever buys.

It has the stuff I was looking for, but the bottle sizes they carried were mostly on the 750ml size. Homie wants 1.75L bottles.

Clean store and good selection. Lots of places cant keep Buffalo Trace on the shelf but was able to find it here. If you like bourbon and havent tried Buffalo Trace, take it from a fellow Kentuckian, its worth a try. Would visit again.

We went in not knowing what we wanted. The staff was so helpful and pointed us the right direction. They gave us prices and they just went above and beyond. Great staff.

Had a GIFT CARD I couldnt use mngr or Blue Polo couldnt figure out how to debit or charge with gift card. Needs to say, but I left without my beverage. Their inventory is awesome for being a smaller location, and unlike some NUTS offensive post about service I think this place has awesome service. They know their liquor and can make great recommendations. Top notch brands !!

Staff is horrible! I tried to purchase something 5 minutes before they closed and they locked me out. They were counting their drawer so they could leave early! They were laughing at me and everything. I would hate to have employees like this.

Plz hire or train ppl with a bit more experience. I hate to say his name, but the store clerk was either rude or inexperienced. After a long trip to El Paso, wife asked if she can use restroom politely and the clerk said were not a public bathroom. What??? Were customers, not at a public place, but at a private establishment. At least he he could’ve been blunt and said, nah we don’t lend our restrooms out.... and to top if he didn’t ask for our I.d, and I know I don’t look older than 25. Yes I’m blasting you for not letting my wife use your public bathroom in your public liquor store. Plz manger train your ppl or hire ppl with common sense on how to deal with customers. Horrible experience!!!!!

The staff is good to help and find what you are looking for but they should at least double bag your purchace no matter the size of the bottle or if its one bottle they should at least double bag it so that way the bag does not rip and let the bottle hit the ground.

The staff in there are so unwelcoming and rude. They hardly have any products in stock. Ill drive to the one on Dyer/Hondo Pass before going to this one which is only 3 minutes from my house.
