HORRIBLE customer service!!! Do not rent from these people!!!! Had a 5 day reservation set up evening prior to pick. At time of pick up was informed reservation could only be for one day and was told you can sign for a day reservation or leave with nothing. Theres more to this story but bottom line is uhaul conducts HORRIBLE business.

Please do not go here the customer service is terrible these guys that work here should not have their job I hope management reviews this review and has a professional talk with these men. They are EXTREMELY RUDE. I had gone to get propane and the guy was right by the sign doing something I figured he would tell me he would be right with me or to hold on but nothing. finally after waiting there a while i asked if he could help me and said no we’re out of propane. I advised him I had called before heading over there to see if they had propane and they had told me yes he then said the gas was leaking. My issue is his rudeness and how he said it and the fact he didn’t offer to help looking over my way many times. Very unprofessional service. He shouldn’t be there.

Had a reservation made on dec 1. Called UHaul before I came in and lady assured me it was all good to go and no more charges. Just bring my Id and credit or debit card. I showed up and was met with Jorge Damien. First he wanted to charge me when I was given the month rental free. Then he wanted not one but two different contacts. After being told we have a confidential address with the attorney general and that we had no one we could use. Instead of working with us to keep my family safe as uhaul in AZ was willing to do, this man demanded contacts and was telling me I would not recieve the unit if I did not. I wish I had never rented from uhaul because if this. Now I must change my phone number again. In addition he charged me for a lock when I have my own uhaul lock and dos not even bother to tell us how we get into our unit. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION IF YOU A VICTIM OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE. go to right space storage. They do keep their customers safe and manage to make accomidation and keep their company policy. Maybe in the future they will update their policies to work with special circumstances. Until then stay away.

Amazing customer service and mechanic. Had an issue and they went out if their way to find and fix the problem and get me on my way when I was in a pinch. Would recommend to everyone. Thanks again.

3 1/2 years of renting a unit with this company! I set a reservation to pick up a trailer and truck for 1hr! This guy has the audacity to tell me I need a water bill or something! The lady on the phone said nothing to this sort! I looked up the requirements! You discriminated against me & you will be contacted soon! You shouldnt get a single star

RENT FROM A DIFFERENT UHAUL LOCATION! These people have terrible customer service and terrible equipment. They gave me the oldest vehicle on the lot and the battery ended up dying, making me wait 3 hours for roadside assistance to come. It was already dark by then, so I needed to turn on the luminosity lights to see the gauges and the lights didnt work! Had to drive completely unsafe across the city, and when I told the manager Leo about my situation, he did absolutely nothing to help or show sympathy. Get rentals and equipment from a place that actually cares.

My wife and I reserved a tow dolly to tow one of our vehicles for a move. Driving through the night and packing up our entire lives was already a stressful event, the last thing i needed was a stressful trip to U-Haul, which is what i expected. Man was I wrong. First, i had to delay my appointment two hours because the movers were at my house, and surprisingly that was no issue for the staff. Second, when i got there, i had absolutely no clue what i needed in order to tow the vehicle. Leonardo, the general manager, dropped everything to come take a look at my vehicle to see what i needed in order to make everything operational. Once we got past that point, one of the employees helped us hook the dolly up to my vehicle. Well, the right light on the trailer wasnt illuminating. He identified that the issue was with my vehicle and not the dolly, so he spent 20 minutes under the hood of my car trying to identify and remedy the problem. We learned that it was a large fuse that they didnt have in hand, but again, Leonardo to the rescue. He told me that he could rewire my light in the car and make the dolly brake light work. They took my car into the garage immediately and started working on it. Literally 4 of the employees were teaming together to work on my car so i could hit the road. 30 minutes went by, and they found the source of the issue. One of the prongs under my back bumper were bent and was not sending the electrical current to the trailer. They bent it back in place and VOILA, everything worked. He came back to me to tell me that i was good to go. Free of charge. Oh and by the way, i had my one year old daughter with me, and Leonardo offered up his personal office in case we needed to lay her down or change a diaper.I cant explain how incredibly polite and helpful every member of this location was. In all honesty, this was the most pleasant customer service experience Ive ever had in my life. If you have the choice, select this location for anything you ever need!Thanks Leonardo!

When you call a local number and you get a call center its frustrating. Been waiting for 15 minutes to speak to someone.

Indoor climate controlled storage. They have trolleys, alarm as well as door lock to get in and out of building, and your unit. Clean units. They even gave us a week free to store our household goods. Helpful and friendly staff. They also rent trucks or trailers help with your move. Reasonably priced. This store offers dolly rental for your move. They sell boxes of all sizes. You can shop in store or online while setting up your rental agreement. They have a large selection of moving tools from blankets, to tape, labels and so much more...

The staff is very helpful here. All units are impeccably clean.

Was told to bring it back Monday. Getting charged another day for not having it turned in early enough on Monday. Was never told about turning it in at an exact time... they are in it for the money and not for the customers. I would definitely recommend another moving truck company. Also, their vehicle trailers straps kept coming loose. Had to stop and tighten it up ever 100 miles.

Slow, no care attitude from the employees there. We had 4 tanks for refill of propane, Im guessing that they lost at least$80 from us. We would rather go to circle k at $21 each than wait. Wouldnt recommend them at all

Couldnt get my pickup reservation because they had to call someone for verification at 7:30am on a Saturday. Of course nobody is going to pick up. I rented just a few days ago no problem why would the pick up truck policy be stricter? Thats absolutely BS and Unacceptable. 7:30am JESUS!!! Im sure there was a way around it for the Young lady at the Counter Vivian... So if you want to get something done early on a Saturday morning with a pick up truck. Please do Not go here.

Bad Experience. I was overcharged $25 dollars and the manager refused to give me a refund. I only drove the cargo van 8 miles, they charged me for 32 miles plus fuel. Ill never do business there again, as if they care. They claim its my fault that they cant right down the correct mileage. What a rip off.

Helpful, friendly, and awesome! From Heather with whom I spoke on the phone to Abel and Juan at the location on Montana near the Airport, I received great service. I needed a Flatscreen TV box kit that the moving company would have charged $250. I bought it from Uhaul for $21 and when it didnt fit in my car, one of the guys delivered it. Thank you so very much!

Awful customer service... Was priced $3,100 for a truck and car hauler for our move and assured he could get it down to $2,700 with a military discount. He said I didnt need to make a reservation to get the discount.I went in the other day and went to pay he said it would be $5,800. I asked about the deal we had made earlier and he told me I should have made a reservation.

I will never rent from uhaul again! Especially this location. I had a confirmed reservation for a 10 foot truck to pick up today at 11 am for 24 hours. Instead they said I just had a reservation that was to pick it up at 9 am and return it at 4pm today. Despite showing them the email confirmation they said I would have to rent a bigger truck and pay more for the privilege. I am disgusted with the treatment I received and told them what they could do with their truck. DO NOT rent from uhaul, especially the one located on Montana near Airway. I told them I would be sure to let everyone know what they tried to do to me, so here it is.

The employees at this location to include the manager are NO HELP at all. Very bad customer service! I called the manager on his cell phone several times with questions (as he asked me to) and never received a call back. Safety is not important to them when sales drives all they do. I had an issue with the truck I received and left messages for them and was not called back once! I would never return to another U-Haul again!Suggestion: Pay the extra money at a different company and get a quality product and the necessary customer service for this type of business.

Scathing review. I went into their storage location 3 days ago to open a storage unit (1 month free with truck rental). They told me that I could either buy a lock from them or purchase one myself. I decided to purchase one myself. I come back yesterday, and another employee says that its company policy to have a ROUND lock. I wasnt told this at anytime before this day, so I asked to see the manager to see if anything can be done. The employee said that the manager was with a customer outside, so I should wait in the lobby.I waited for quite a while, and I noticed that there almost wasnt anyone outside anymore. I went outside to ask a guy if he was the manager, and he said no. So, I come back in to ask where the manager is. The response? Oh, hes out for the day.Instead of having me wait, they could have asked the 2 idle employees to notify the manager that I had a question. They knew he was about to leave, yet, they told me to wait? Ridiculous.I suggested that they provide me with a lock which I would return after the 1 month storage. Reasonable, right? But, they cant do anything for me anymore and suggested that I go return the lock and get a new one. Im thinking, so I should inconvenience Home Depot by returning an opened package because of your fault? Also, I should inconvenience myself by spending more gas money to drive all the way to the other side of town to do this? Also, I wasted time and gas because I had brought stuff to put into the storage unit.Some employees were apathetic, some were rude, one was genuinely trying to be helpful. Overall bad experience. I canceled my $1600 truck rental with them and will now take my business elsewhere. Budget truck rental is actually cheaper, with a bigger truck, and has unlimited miles, and several storage locations have promotions where you only pay $1 for the first month.I called the manager today, and he said that he was sorry and wanted to offer a discount, but based on principle, I will not do business with a company that has such poor customer service.

Friendly and prompt service to pick up a truck and very proactive on return even went inside to get my paperwork for me.

Had to come in last minute to get a truck. Because budget truck didnt keep my reservation. I was able to get a truck thank you.

I wouldve given no stars if that were possible. nobody and i do mean NOBODY is on the same page. one person tells you one thing, another tells you something else. very unprofessional staff. they just recommend the 1800# to you and even they arent competent. my suggestion, go with BUDGET!!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! I scheduled a hitch installation and was told it would take about 2 hours. After about 3 1/2 later, I called for an update. I was told at that time the hitch that was ordered was the wrong one. (So they had my car for 3 1/2 hours and just figured out it was a wrong hitch.) I was now scrambling to find another UHAUL store that did have the correct hitch. The UHAUL store off Joe Battle had it and was able to install the hitch within 30 minutes. They proceeded to tell me, holes were previously drilled for the hitch and asked what happened. Not only did the UHAUL on Montana order the wrong hitch, they drilled holes and never told me. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the UHAUL on Joe Battle. The UHAUL on Montana is terrible! They will screw with your car and never tell you. DO NOT GIVE THEM THE BUSINESS!!!!!

My husband and I were buying a classic car from Tuscon and needed a truck and a car tow dolly to bring the car back. We were asking the representative who happened to be the store manager what he suggested we do, what would be the less expensive route for us to get this car back since it would be our first time traveling to purchase a car we didnt want to drive back. The manager advised us the cheapest route would be to get the truck obviously from El Paso but wait to get the tow dolly in Tucson. So we did just that.... Unfortunately to our surprise, when we got to Tucson and went to the U-Haul there they advised us they tow dolly would be $350.00 since we would be dropping off in another location!! I of course was upset but not as upset as I was when she told me had I got the hitch in El Paso and returned it in El Paso it would have been less than $100. I double checked and made sure this would be an option at all U-Hauls and she assured me that at any U-Haul if you pick up and return in the same place it is always cheaper. Had the MANAGER given us his best customer service this would have been an option I could have taken and would have saved us A LOT of money, It came down to his customer service. And he did not provide us his best. I think its safe to say I will never go back to this U-Haul for anything else.

Exellent customer service! Out of all the uhaul shops located in El Paso this is the best location. I would highly recommend speaking with Javier or Chris. Overall excellent customer service!!!!

Terrible people running this place, they dont know the definition of a reservation, for you try to rent something, or ask a question they tell you to call a 1800 number, instead of just looking on their screen, gave me a crappy truck with a really bad power steering problem. The manager should reconsider a job at Walmart or the DMV because thats where people like him belong. Dont go here, try budget if anything. Ill say it again the manager should quit, because it seems like he already quit on life itself.👎🏽

I would give a 0 star if that was an option.They rented me a trailer without inspecting it and put me on a cross country trip at night with my family.Only to realize 1500 miles into my trip i was riding on 1 and a half tires(trailer).If that tire blew it would have cause a wreck and that put me and my family in danger.I have contacted Corp office only to be told someone would be in touch.Over a week later I have heard nothing.I call back and still nothing.If you are traveling with your family I would not trust their trucks or equipment.If you rent from them,good luck..They are about your money, not safety.

I called to ask about Drop-shipping to a storage unit and was put on hold for 8 minutes. Then I asked another question about price and was put on hold for another 4 minutes. 12 minutes wasted to get 2 questions answered. Then the price... Ill stop there.
