If you love wasting your time come here! This review is only about propane. READ THE OTHER REVIEWS CONCERNING PROPANE, I REALLY WISH I DID...... I called ahead the other day and asked about Propane refills, they said come on down I get there and there is a problem today come back another day. I made the mistake of coming back: and the following occurs, I wait and wait outside to catch someone working that might tell me that the propane station is even working, inside the line is not moving. So eventually I catch an employee and ask about propane, he says go inside and I do. The General manager acknowledges me and says we will be with you and shortly there after walks off. The aforementioned employee is there talking to a couple who believes you can randomly pick up a moving truck on a Friday afternoon without a drivers license so they are on the phone calling people that have a license to come down to the location. The entire time I am next but I do not even know if the propane is working. After half an hour wasted I walked off and I will never return. I highly suggest you save yourself the headache and go sit at a red light indefinitely that never changes rather than come to this business. That would be time better spent.

Store Hours 7am to 7pm, I went in at 6pm yesterday for a propane refill (this week of the Texas Deep Freeze) and the attendant rudely let me know his propane guy went home already. I asked about the other U-Haul locations and he said probably not bro, they all go home around the same time. I went to the U-Haul on Montana and they refilled my propane tank because they actually honor their business hours.

Had to wait 30 minutes to refill propane and employees seem like they dont care. You call customer service and they put you on hold for 30 minutes.

Issue was simply refilling propane tank. Two weeks ago I went on a Sunday around 10:-30-11am to refill tank. There was a handwritten sign that said propane available after 1:00 p.m. I had called earlier and person said they did have propane that day but didnt mention any timeframe. Fine. I just went today just after 1pm and now attendant said propane was not available until after 2:30. Just then his buddy came out from office with a handwritten note reading propane available after 2:04 p.m. Last time I go there for this. Albertsons is just down the block where I exchanged the tank.

Rental was easy. That part was five stars. Staff was more than polite,courteous,and helpful. They even helped with the mirrors. Was able to rent a truck and was given a month of free rent storage. All was cordinated at this location. Staff was very understanding of our situation and helped us make sure our address, phone number would not be released. Everything was explained. Truck was clean and well maintained. Only complaint I can have is the doors.from the inside if you push a little against them they will open some.Update: so if you decide to rent from them be sure to video everything. From the miles in usage down to every inch in and out. The text message they send to get you to say how it was does not work. My phone could not load it. Then well driving you cant really stop to read a text until the time expires. Of course they blame you for their text app failure. When I arrived to return was told the charges would be considerably higher. In addition Im being told that the uhaul truck I rented has to be returned to another location on Montana. No one said that and its not on my contract. So I dont have to pay for it to be returned. However they said I will now owe the Montana location. So now I have a fee for milage that I am disputing since the milage from the driving app tracker I used says differently but will still be receiving a bill from a location i have never been to and never agreed to do business with. There is a claim that they cannot recieve the truck here yet my contract says to return it to the location on my contract. This is shady. So now I am having to pay an addition $81.84 that I have to pay at another loca ti on I did not rent from. If I paid here Id pay more I was told.

The customer service started out fine, and they told me the truck and dolly we rented were ready to go. I headed out and it wasnt till later that I noticed the dolly had one of its lights missing, which is really dangerous. When I called to report it I was left on hold for half an hour! We had rented the truck and dolly due to a family emergency, and this inconvenience set us back a LOT.

DO NOT USE UHAUL UNLESS YOU LIKE FRAUDULENT CHARGES! When I picked up my reserved truck, the guy (wish I got his name) was very unhappy to be there. Even though I signed up for self serve, still had to do everything with him and that turned out to be a big mistake. My card was on file and he said he would charge it there no need to swipe.10 minutes later he looks confused and says hes going to start over and I had to swipe the card instead. Finished transaction and felt something was off. Got home and he had charged me twice. Called customer service immediately and they said it would be reversed effective Monday. Wednesday is here and Ive been charged 2 MORE times since then and they have not reversed the 1st extra charge. Currently been on the phone for 21 minutes trying to get this resolved. After waiting for 12 minutes to get a rep, he transferred me out of the blue and now Im on hold Again.. uhaul customer service sucks and this location is run by either idiots or scam artists

I made a reservation, my pick up location was changed more than once. I drove from one place to the other only to find that there was no motor transport trailer available for me (even after I had made a reservation that had been confirmed). I know money is reimbursable, but what about the 2 hrs I had to take from work, or the time it took me to drive from one place to the other, or the inconvenience of having to cancel the plans originally intended with the rental of equipment. This is not costumer driven. What a waste of my time 😤

Albert is great...and Im sure that hes a morning person! Even if I lived in Las Cruces, Id travel to this location because of the customer service.

Just remember when you turn the vehicle to clean after or if not they do a after charge cleaner

I would give less than 1 star if I could. Poor customer service. Gave me 2 different quotes, the damaged my KIA when installing hitch lighting. Damaged blower motor, dash lights, brake lights and turn signals. Cost hundreds to repair plus time filing / waiting for insurance reimbursement.
