I was moving out and I needed a space to store my belongings for a short time. I did my research and decided to call Extra Space. The representative on the phone was very helpful and told me, after I asked, of a 1-month free promotion. The only thing is I won’t be eligible for the web offer. Since I won’t be using the space for a long time, I agreed. She reassured me of any questions I had. When I went to the Extra Space Storage location at Armour Dr, Shammy was very helpful and kind. She answered all the questions I had. I like how she placed the green thank you sticker on all the locks at the storage site. I was able to close the unit early without any major issues. The place is clean and well kept. There are restrooms and a dumpster available on site. There are barbed wires on the fences which I like for security. Thank you.

I have a unit here and my television disappeared I made a police report and the detective told me the camera footage was so bad she couldn’t see anything that was going on . Oh and the footage only goes back 30 days. I feel my footage should be able to go back to the first day any of my property went in the unit. I have called corporate 4 times asking to speak to someone higher up and never receive a call . I pay insurance and I get nothing resolved I also have a container of clothes with brand new heels missing.My main concern is why won’t corporate return my calls. I guess Fox News problem solvers will have to get the answer. Cause televisions just don’t disappear.

Well secured and friendly staff. I ordered online and Phil actually found a smaller unit for me that my stuff fit in. I was worried about theft but, they assured me that theft doesn’t happen on their property with it being a well lit facility with only gated access and all of the security cameras plus an on site manager 24/7 there’s no way that could happen. My next concern was rodents and spiders and scorpions etc. but, there were no rat droppings around and the place was super clean as if it were a navy ship stranded in the desert. Hell I didn’t even get any dust on my belongings while stored there. Thanks so much and it was definitely a pleasure doing business with y’all!

The facility is very clean and my storage unit was clean as well. The staff was great! I had excellent service when acquiring my unit, and I feel confident that my items will be protected in that facility. I like the level of vigilance that the staff takes to keep things clean, protected, and efficient. There are cameras everywhere. I like the storage access hours as well (6am-10pm). You have to sign in and sign out using your code. The area is surrounded by a faith center and other businesses. If you have any doubts, just let it go cause these are good people to work with.

I went to the mentioned location to rent out a storage space. An employee by the name of Phil helped me out and was very informative and provided all the information that i needed. The facility was very clean and gave me a good sense of security which helped me make my decision. I will recommend to all my friends and family.

Judy was amazing, the time and effort she gave me was like no other experience Ive had as a customer. I had a issue by having a unit too small and getting crowded but she solved that for me. I left with a bigger space with more room because of Judy and I cant thank her enough! :)

Great place to rent a storage. We needed a place for about 6 months and this worked out great. The pricing was one of the lowest we found and we went with it because it was very clean throughout. Never had a problem with access and the staff is helpful when needed. I highly recommend it.

I went by to check out storage units and was really impressed by the facility and the Manager Nicole, I believe that is her name. The manager was very informative and helpful as I am very picky and budget conscious. Although their pricing is not the best, I will probably sign because of the customer service I received. **side note--- many specials available as well and some great options. So it all works out in the end.Check them out and ask for Nicole.
