Ive always received good service here. Cant complain but UPS saves my shipping addresses which save me time. Come one FedEX.

I had LITERALLY, not figuratively, thousands of dollars of live animals shipped to this location; and then without explanation or a heads up or any reasoning they sent them to another location. I had to LITERALLY chase them down to that location. The woman who helped me was about as friendly as a rock and thats the best way to describe her presence in the building and also didnt relinquish any info about why my animals were being sent elsewhere nor were there any disclaimers upon shipping that they might do this. Had I not showed up as soon as they opened I wouldnt have received shipping updates until noon, and my animals could have died.

Fast inn and out, just have your pick up number handy, which out it you are in a world of just wait. Lol

Dont send anything overnight that you truly need overnight because you will never get it. Dont even try calling the 1-800 number - it is an exercise in futility. I understand COVID and weather, but if you cant meet your obligations then suspend the business and dont offer the service.

Had three packages come in from the UK had two packages arrive early morning Friday but was missing one package. Tracked third package Sat morning and it stated receiver requested new address. We did not! Called main customer service and said package was at George Perry office and they attempted to call them to get more information but could not get through they would call me with info but it would most likely be delivered Monday. Monday called mid day and was told that there is a new piolet program where the driver can say attempted delivery customer will pick up (they never attempted) and we can conveniently pickup at our discretion once we receive a call that our package is ready for pickup. We have not received anything from anyone and we cant call to find out when because its a main ship center and they will call us when they are ready but if we dont pickup it will be sent back to sender in UK. This is HORRIBLE business practice and I honestly cant believe that the package can come so far go through customs in days just to be held up longer locally by such irresponsible business practices with zero accountability. Worst part is we dont have a say in how items ship out of UK.

Had an EMERGENCY!!!! 😲😲😢😢😢 The folks at here not only helped but even stayed a few minutes late so that I could make it from the Far West Side. Id been chasing Saturday drops to get a Passport to WA, by Monday for a cruise, and without the help of the EXCELLENT WORK from the staff here it would have never happend. Its hard to find service like this anymore. I now understand why my friend drives from the Westside to use THIS FED-EX they are BY FAR THE BEST 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Ive been here a few times the people here are nice but to help you out they take a long time and you can hear them un the back having a gossip party and tou will be standing there for a while theres been a line sometimes of people and they dont come out until there good and ready and thats messed up

Its real close to my office and they staff was really nice..

My package has been here for four days. 20 minutes from the house. Drive down to pick it up since they can’t seem to get it 6 miles down the road and they can’t give it to me. I get to wait another day.

Missed a package yesterday so stayed home today. Deliverer left another note and did not ring the door bell or knock on the door. Called customer service and was told “you can stay home again and get it on Friday or go pick it up yourself at this location 30 minutes one way away from the house”

Came all the way out here to pick up a package that they told me would fit in my car. They had me sign for it before I tried to fit it in my car. Then when it wouldnt fit, they told me that they would have delivered it but I had already signed for it. Had to come all the way back out here again.
