My son used this storage business to help him transition his move from an apartment to a home. They offered him a discount for the first month. He only used the facility for about three months, but he said it was worthwhile. The property is clean and well-maintained. The staff was also helpful. :-)

I’m new to town. I’ve been looking for a storage for a couple of days. I didn’t realize that with Covid and everything else all the storage units in town would be sold out. I couldn’t find one unit even a small unit. I called the woman on the phone was so nice and patient and she found me a different unit at a different location. Then I got a call from Bobby.And I went right in and set up my new storage unit. It was completely effortless and painless Bobby is excellent customer service. I feel it’s really good about using natural self storage thank you for your help

Staff is very helpful and friendly. I really do appreciate them calling me to remind me when my payment is due or past due. Life happens we get busy and miss due dates. I love having access anytime - evenings to avoid hot days. I highly recommend storing with Metro Storage. Thank you!!

One of the best storage facilities Ive ever used. Easily accessible, rates arent terribly high, management lives on site, and its 24 hour accessible, which is important to me, yet hard to find. Never made sense to pay for restricted access to my things, at a different location than where I live.

My daughter chose Metro Storage for me because it was close to her house. She was helping me move from out of state. Since then Ive made the move back to El Paso and at the present time have three storage units at Metro. Im happy with them... its neat, clean, and convenient.The staff is nice, say hello and often ask if were doing okay.

This facility is very clean. This facility is run efficiently and the customer service person is friendly. They are very helpful and most importantly, Fair. I would highly recommend Metro Self Storage on Alameda to anyone I know.

I have been with Metro Storage for years. The staff is always friendly and helpful and go out of their way to assist with any questions/concerns. The facility is always clean and in good condition. I wish the mandatory insurance fee would go away but that is for the powers that be to take into consideration. I would give them 5 stars.

The only reason I chose this place was for distance and 24hr access. The price goes up 9dlls every six or so months. Started paying 68 now we are at 86. I cant complain about the safety, have not had any issues with my unit, or belongings.

The office employee is very friendly and very helpful. Answers all your questions & gives you advise on what you should do to protect what youre storing.
