Being a long time customer at various locations I have to say without a doubt this location by far has to be the best I’ve visited. This location is spotless and very easy to navigate. Rebeca went above and beyond answering every question I had and ensured my experience was much more meaningful. Who said outstanding customer service was dead. 10/10 would definitely recommend!

Wish I could give 0 stars. This place has the WORST customer service. Every time you want to complain to a manager the sales associates are all of a sudden the “managers” and do what they want. We were told when we signed up for our unit that the lock would be refunded because “there must be a lock on the unit” even though it was empty. We agreed to use their lock. Well, because their hours close when people get off work we could never make it. Eventually said enough was enough after 2 MONTHS. When we tried to call what was supposed to be the corporate customer service line, we found out that was a lie and it actually went to the real owners cell phone. Do yourself a favor and just avoid this place it’s a complete scam.

This was my first time getting a storage unit for my business and Rebecca at the front desk made it so easy for me and my coworker! She was so sweet and helpful over the phone as she dealt with all the confusion on our end due to the fact that we all live in multiple locations and needed a unit asap! Highly recommend this public storage as it is very clean, well cared for and the service Rebecca gave us made it so easy to get it done and quickly!

Service to poor and not privacy as a tenant due to police going in to premices and ask questions based on your etnicity, racis and abuse of autority, ( el segundo police ) Im a latino and with good cleen record for last 30 yrs as a citycent of california contributing with my taxes and this police department stereotyping people and make me fell like a delincuent, reason I desapointig of this place becouse they allow them to get acces and do this kind of things, knowing that this is a privet property, they wjent and harrassed me with no reason at all.

This is the cleanest facility I’ve ever been to! Rebecca is so helpful, speedy, and patient. Nothing is ever fun about paying to store stuff that probably won’t be used for years, or that comes out of storage once for a season. There was a good deal on a 10 x 10 running at the time I got my first unit and she helped to keep the costs down when I needed to get into a smaller unit. Customer service at this location is great no matter who you deal with- I really appreciate that!

This storage feels very safe and clean, I trust leaving my boat here with no problems. Prices are reasonable for the area and staff is friendly. However, they did cancel my account after being out of town for just 3 days. Overall a good storage though.

Rebecca and the whole team made this yucky experience, not so yucky. Putting all our belongings into a storage facility was not an easy choice. We became homeless during this COVID-19 pandemic and our loved ones guided us to this public storage (thankfully).Today, we take our items out of storage and Im thankful to the Public Storage team for always being kind, and taking care of our family possessions.

We’ve had a couple of spaces at this location for a decade. Employees have always been helpful over the years but current employees Mye and Jasmine are the best I’ve ever dealt with. Very helpful, professional and super-friendly. They are a pleasure to deal with and take customer service to the next level. I highly recommend this storage location specifically because of these two wonderful women. They are tremendous assets to this business.

We had a big stressful office move that required multiple units to store, and though there were some complications on our end with estimating how much space we actually needed, Rebecca was patient and gave out great energy throughout the whole process. She always took the time to explain processes to me, made great recommendations, and was always quick to call back. Even when there were small system issues that were out of her control, she was empathetic and went out of her way to help us and keep us updated. I can see how hard she works to maintain everything at this location, she deserves to be valued and recognized for her work. 10/10 would recommend this location because of Rebecca.

Great experience at this Public Storage location. The on-site Manager when I arrived, Mye, was really helpful, friendly, efficient and informative. All around it was a very pleasant experience. This site is a great location, and the code controlled gate and built entry, as well as upgraded lock cores, make it seem quite secure. The property also looks clean and well-maintained.

This is my second time using this storage lot to park my work truck. It feels safe and is always clean! I received excellent service from Jasmine getting all the paperwork set up. She was professional and personable. Their 9pm closing time is very convenient for me and a deciding factor on my return to this Public Storage location.

My experience at Public Storage was great. When I first met Mye, she was knowledgeable and helpful. I was nervous about about leaving my car, she was reassuring. She was able to and all my questions, was polite and patience. Rebecca and Alondra are super helpful, always responsive and provide great information. I had movers at my house and we realized at the end of the day the unit I booked was too small. It was 5:55 p.m. when I called Alondra asking if I could get a larger unit. Even though the office closes at 6:00, Alondra agreed to stay late and wait for me to head to the office. She was a lifesaver!

Sam and Arlene at this location were incredible to deal with. We had to go back four times for more boxes, especially the wine storage boxes...cleaned them out of those. After the move, went back to return unused packing boxes, without the receipt, as the movers packed EVERYTHING, including the receipts for boxes that were on the side not to be included in the packing. Long story short, Sam and Arlene searched through their records to locate my receipt for a proper refund. Thank you for making this move less stressful.
