Cant say that I had a great experience here. Dropped my wifes car off to them after an accident for insurance work. They had the car for over 3 weeks! Damage was contained to the front end pass side, no airbags deployed. The repair seems like decent enough work but their customer service is severely lacking.This place never called my wife once. To let her know the parts were delayed, or that there was extra work involved (which we assumed) but cmon! Communication is NECESSARY! Sure they worked with her insurance to get everything cleared but they never called her or communicated with her to let her know what the deal was. I had to call them a couple times just to get any information. Im also irritated that they changed the radio stations and stained the drivers seat. Its not super bad but they obviously didnt have seat covers on the car. Creamed colored seat now has tiny black grease stains on it. 2021 car with less than 5k miles!4 weeks later and theres still a trim part missing off her car! Said the would call her when the part came in - wound up being 5+ weeks before they called to say the part was in.Edit JulyI can appreciate that the company did its best with regards to getting the parts and the repairs. The issue I have is that I had to track them down for information. MULTIPLE TIMES. Maybe they dont understand proper customer service. Its not insane to expect them to call my wife once or twice with updates on her car. Heck they didnt even call her after we dropped it off. If I could give 2.5 stars I would. Theres too many other shops around to go back to this place again.

I was concerned that my vehicle wouldnt look the same after collision repair but George assured me of their work quality and when I received my car back it was like brand new. The paint match and work was like the collision never happened. Highly recommend, their work has some real quality to it.

I remember this place from 15 years ago. I got my cars front bumber fixed/replaced here. They did a really good job. They even buffered the back for free. I remember the manager/owner was really nice. Its seems long time ago but I still remember I was a happy satisfied customer. I think I will go back here to get my side mirror fixed.

Wonderful job, noticed a bit unfinished buffing but they took care of it right away. Overall fantastic work, excellent customer service. Will be sending more clients here in the near future.

They did an outstanding job repairing my car. They also fixed a sensor on my car that Toyota told me couldnt be fixed and had to be replaced. They go above and beyond. I highly recommend them.

After another driver hit my car and caused damage to my vehicle, the insurance company deemed my vehicle totaled. This status meant the money I would receive would not come close to covering the repairs. Due to current, extreme, financial difficulties I could not afford to buy another vehicle. I called many body shops asking for repairs only essential to restoring the vehicle to working condition. I could take care of the rest. All these shops refused to work with my needs. These shops demanded to completely restore all of damage. I am proud to say that the owners of Precision Body Works assisted me in my financial need by only repairing what was needed. They did a great job. In fact, you would not even realize any damage was done. This shop was an answer to prayer. The shop kept the cost right at what the insurance company gave me. Way to go!!!

Outstanding! Looks like new. A deer mangled the front end of my truck. I gave it to these guys and a few days later it was like it never happened.

Wow!! Theres a reason these guys have such a high rating - theyre fantastic! Not only did they do a superb, thorough job on my vehicle, they even washed and detailed it! I didnt expect that at all! And the cherry to the sundae - they left a tin of Danish butter cookies in the passenger seat with a beautiful printed note thanking me for using their business! When my brand new car got rear ended by a Hummer last summer, Precision did an amazing job repairing the vehicle. They made it look and work like brand new again! I recently brought it back to get my bumper adjusted. The guys at Precision walked me through what likely happened (they pointed out marks that indicated where my car got tapped when someone was parallel parking behind me) and popped the bumper back in free of charge. I trust the work they do and appreciate the speedy service.

They were great to work with the first time I brought my vehicle with so didnt hesitate to use them again. 2nd time they damaged my vehicle during the body repair and have refused to take responsibility for it and were very unprofessional. Will never go back..and never recommend it to another person.

Twice now I have had my car here. 1st time i was rear ended and had my car back in less than 3 days. Allstate took care of it. Granted is was only a bumper replacement, but friendly service.2nd time I was at fault and Safeway is my insurance. I brought in the estimate from the insurance company. Precision said no problem. Maybe 2 weeks. they fixed my car in under 5 days and got it back to me before thanksgiving. They also touched up some door dings and dogs scratches at no extra charge to me.

Came in with a scratched car after hearing from the dealer it would cost $1000 to replace the fender. It was buffed it up in a matter of minutes and they told us it was free of charge. Great honest business practice

When my 2004 Saturn was damaged some years ago Precision made it look good as new. I went by Precision Body Works at 4:45pm for an estimate, knowing they were scheduled to close at 5pm. A metal piece by the back window of my 2014 CRV, was mistaken for the lift handle for my lift gate & pulled loose. The damage looked very serious to me. The man in the Precisions office (so sorry I did not get his name) took a quick look at the damage. He asked me did I have a few minutes. He had my car taken back to the shop. It took them about 10 minutes to repair the damage at No Charge. Thank You Precision you will certainly be getting my business.

Awesome body shop, did a great job on my car after we got sideswiped by a completely clueless moron. Looks better than it did new.

Truck was repaired here on an insurance claim. The damage was to the truck bed, but the kind staff also took the time to inform me my fuel pump was leaking a tiny bit as they saw it while the bed was off. Had they not told me I wouldnt have known till it was too far gone and had to replace right away. Its an expensive part so Im very greatful they gave me the heads up so I have time to save for it!
