Came in today to exchange my phone which had cracked. I was helped by Michael who gave me wonderful service and actually gave me a really good deal and helped me figure out what plan to join. Extremely helpful and defitnely would recommend!

Gal that waited on me tried to say that the upgrade phone price was dictated by how much business I conducted with Cricket, Falsehood #1. For a $199 phone upgrade, she tried to charge me $276 ($199+$25 activation charge+$52 taxes). I questioned the taxes, and she said it was based upon the store, not the county, Falsehood #2. Of course, she would only be able to prove it on the receipt, not on the computer screen. ABSOLUTE WORST service at a Cricket store, and Ive been to 5 different stores in the area. Went online and bought the same phone from Cricket for $241 ($199+$25 activation charge+$17 taxes).
