Got a phone a few months back from here and the associate was very unhelpful. Didnt seem to really know much about the phones and gave very short answers; seemed like she just wanted us to leave. Ended up picking a phone that doesnt meet my needs and theres no returns of exchanges allowed. Not going to this location again.

The lady is very kind. She even helped me put on the new screen protector. She is quick and got everything set up for me in under 10 minutes! I didnt catch her name, but I wish I did.

This location is always closed. Hours say noon-5pm on sundays. I got here at 1230 and there is already a sign on the door saying be back in 10min, sat for 15 and nobody came. What could you possibly have to do when youve only been open 30min. This is the 2nd or 3rd time this has happened to me.

The girl Christy is so rude. For example, if you dont agree with what she is saying or you dont understand, she gets louder with you and starts ignoring you and pretens that she is doing something on the computer. Poor customer service. I wish i could give this place a negative star.
