This company sells new and use test equipment. Very good at keeping customers in the loop.Just a phone call or email away from assistance.

Left a very honest review about a month ago. I’m guessing they lied and told google to remove my review. But i won’t give up. This place doesn’t deserve a 5 star rating. Dean the manager was very rude and condescending. Like I said before I would give 0 stars if I could. I love how they took off my review but still left Harley’s review. Like I said before very unprofessional to boost your own companies ratings. (Harley stavis) do yourself a favor and give your money to a more deserving company. Chances are you’ll be more happy and would have less of a hassle. And shipping might be free!!! Kelly Johnson is another example of rating boosting. Seriously if you can’t get reviews to begin with stop faking it and giving people the wrong idea. 5 stars not in my lifetime sorry!

Great customer service

They almost always have the test equipment you request, either in stock or through their sources and will work with you on price or leadtime if need be. The weekly emails that you can subscribe to are helpful with a lot of great information and let you know about all the well priced units in stock they got recently. They also discount new units really well and I see much bigger discounts then other vendors for test equipment.Lastly, I had a great experience selling them my old equipment. They offered me a fair price and actually offered me more for a trade to help me get my lab upgraded. I would keep them as a valuable resource for both selling used equipment and purchasing new and used equipment.All in all, I don’t have anything negative to say at all.
