These guys are the best. Ive had multiple laptops fixed fast and at very affordable prices compared to Best Buy Ive purchased multiple phones and speakers as well and this has to be hands down the best experience Ive had with products as well as customer service. I always look forward to going.

So we went to ask for prices for new phones one of the girls with boost mobile was so nice however the girl from Metro gave a outstanding attitude i could tell she didnt know how to treat customers. I have come here very often when I come to Elgin have done great deals and done good prices however this is not it. I really appreciate the guy in charge but change this girl please this is bad business for other people.

Brought my Gaming Computer in for a repair today, somehow my system deleted the boot driver (windows OS) unable to use the PC, (black screen) they found the issue the same day, reinstalled Windows OS, Now I can happily Game again with no issues. Good, quality, quick service at a fair price. Took my laptop in for repairs, several spots on the keyboard had stopped responding. They were able to do a same-day diagnosis and get the necessary parts ordered. 3 days later the parts arrived, I brought my computer back to them and they had it fixed and back to me roughly an hour later. Friendly service all around the store and Javier their computer tech made sure to fully explain what the problem was and all possible solutions.

I had a great experience. Both my laptops broke down on me, and I had no idea what to do. So instead of traveling to Chicago, I found a local place with reasonable prices and quick turnaround. The staff is AMAZING!!! Be sure to check them out with any issues.

My phone had a cracked screen and these guys helped me out! Went in on Friday after noon and received my phone with a new screen about an hour and a half after. This place manage to break three of my devices within a couple of days. I want here to save a few dollars on repairs versus you break I fix and it ended up costing me around $1000. These people seem to be OK but they’re just not professional and they do not know how to fix anything! The only reason why they have good reviews because they give FREE ACCESSORIES so that people would write them a good reviews!!!

5/5/17They quote me $20 for a quick fan cleaning on my laptop, tell me itll be done in an hour and theyll call when its ready. I get home and they call me 30 minutes later saying theyre charging an extra $25 because the bottom had been opened by me. I tell them the warranty is expired already and it doesnt matter, and ask why they need the $25. The kid who they had call me instead of the actual technician repeats the same line 3 times giving me zero useful information.I call Best Buy, they say they can do it in 10 minutes for free. I pickup the laptop and take it to Best Buy, they say no problems with the bottom being opened since the warranty is over. Took about 20 minutes but they took it apart and cleaned out the fan for free.These guys also wanted $75 to replace the fan, Best Buy is $40. Save yourself the money and hassle and go to Geek Squad instead. Will never go back to this place.
