The service is great from when you walk inside i would call ahead just to make sure they have the part in store a day ahead

I have been a customer at this store for a few years now and its always been the best customer service of any auto part store in the area. Always attentive and ready to help. Sometimes I had to wait but it was worth it. Management is always helpful.

Very poor customer service. Waited in line to get a part. I was only one in line. No help.Two other people came in behind me and they imediately served them.I went ahead and left. To many other parts stores in town to put up with that kind of bias from this stores personnel.

Awesome customer service! I needed a new wiper blade and the young man was so kind and helpful. He explained the differences between them and how his own had lasted. He put it on for me and I was thrilled.
We are so thankful it did not close until 10 pm! We were on vacation in the area when our windshield wiper flew off! The gentleman who assisted us was very pleasant and helpful!

I got windshield wipers and wiper fluid and the dude was rly nice. Told me of my options and put the wipers on for me and filled my wiper fluid. I don’t know his name but he was rly cool and could tell he was genuine about helping me.
They always do me right even when I get done wrong, they make it up and do me back right! LoL... All my auto needs one stop shop! A plus, you cant go wrong ... If you do, it will still end up right.. 😉

I called this location to ask if they are still offering OBD- II code testing. I just had a not so pleasant interaction at my usual auto parts store so I wasnt really expecting a whole lot. The associate who answered the phone was very friendly and personable. He explained that they were offering the service just a little differently more DIY with guidance to maintain social distancing! That was perfectly fine with me! To be honest even if he would have told me they weren’t offering the service his kind and helpful attitude made all the difference in the world to me. When I got to the store I interacted with several associates each one went that extra step farther to ensure I felt valued and informed. I didnt spend a dime this trip but you can be sure they will get my business from now on! I spend a decent amount on car projects annually and regardless of price I will be going to this Autozone moving forward

I went to another competing auto store and was given bad information. They tested my battery but could not get a read and said it was an electrical problem. I thought that the information did not sound right, so I went to Auto Zone. David, the worker, helped me right away. He tested my battery and it was a bad cell. He installed a new battery and it works perfectly! Great job!

Today I came in needing a diagnostics test because my service engine light came on. Ron was happy to help out. After plugging my car in and running it into the computer he found exactly what the issue was. He explained the issue wasn’t a severe problem and gave me a print out of a list of things I should check into. All for free. 10/10 great customer service. They were very helpful!

I stopped needing to get my battery checked. Everyone was friendly from an Auot Zone truck driver to Aaron Sawyer who actually helped me. Mr Sawyer tested my battery and replaced it taking great care in keeping a connection so my radio would still work and I wouldnt have to search for the code. Very much appreciate the kind and thoughtful service he provided today!

I first stopped at Advance Auto Parts, I needed a blinker bulb. Advance would sell me the bulb but no one to help me put it in (the gentleman that was helping me told me they couldn’t/didn’t do that).My husband got transferred to Mississippi with his job, so needless to say I can use all the help I can get.I did not purchase the bulb from Advance Auto. I left and called AutoZone Auto Parts across the street from Advance Auto and spoke with Aaron. He told me to come on over, I did. Aaron didn’t just sell me the bulb, he took the old/blown one out and put the new one in for me.This is customer service and I appreciate Aaron and his help! AutoZone will continue to get my business.Thank you, Aaron!
Apparently your staff has no knowledge of vehicles. Just because your staff doesnt listen and they keep selling me the wrong parts .so I quit doing business with you all together.

Been to Jeep- they said I needed a whole taillight assembly ( big bucks). Aaron and Ron figured out it was a $10.99 socket carrier in about 10 minutes! Yea! My brake light worked in daytime but went out if I put my lights on at night... Good job!!

Ordered a part on Siber Monday so we could get the Siber Monday discount. They emailed me the next day and told me my order was canceled. If their inventory had been up to date they would have known they didnt have the part & I could have ordered it someplace else & still got a discount.

Service was quick and in a timely manner! Customer service helped with puting my windshield wipers on. Nonetheless, I gave 4 stars because service struggled with trying to remove tail light cover to replace bulb! I had to go elsewhere to have it done. Overall, I was pleased with my outcomes!!

I had to make a return today, & I didnt have my receipt. It was for a can of penetrating fluid & the spray nozzle was broken when I took the cap off. Anyhow, I received very good service & got a in store card for the amount of product.

Went there today and was waiting in line with a heavy jack kit box. Was going to purchase but was standing in line waiting to be helped but was ignored. 3 workers were currently in the building and one guy was on the phone. Decided to walk about and spend my money elsewhere.
Today my van started shaking and the check engine light came on. I called an auto repair shop and was told they couldnt look at it until next week. I then pulled into AutoZone where a very nice man ran the computer diagnostic and found it was the spark plug. Purchased the spark plug and my husband will replace tonight. Thank you AutoZone!

They had what I needed. There were 3 employees and 1 other customer when I entered the store this morning at 10:40 a.m. 1 employee was on the phone. The other 2 were just standing talking to each other. When I got in line the phone rang and the Hispanic employee started talking on the phone and turned his back to me. The woman walked away. I stood in line for 5 minutes. Then 2 other customers came in. Once the Hispanic employee finished the call he just stood there for a few more minutes and then asked are you being helped? Of course not, you saw me come in. Then, he didnt asked if I had an Autozone card. I paid for my things and I had to ask for a bag. There are 1 or 2 friendly and helpful employees there. They just didnt work today.
Excellent customer service this morning...check out was simple and efficient...added bonus of having my check engine light checked for free! Cost is a bit higher than I prefer, yet having product in stock and some items on sale is appreciated!

Woman who helped had no idea what we needed even though we showed her what it was. The old part was her example. She didnt even know it was stocked. We found it ourselves while she rode the clock. We checked out with someone else for fear she wouldnt know how to work a register for checkout.
You really cant judge a store like AutoZone on its value by itself. Just like Burger King, Captain DS or Blockbuster video. To be honest, I really dont trust mechanics, with that you can usually tell when you meet an experienced and knowledgeable person, like the two guys at the AutoZone in Edenton, NC and there is couple I met in EC also, I have also met a lot of fakes especially in Brooklyn,NY and Philly.
