I did 7 Dell updates and afterwards a big mess. I couldnt get into Windows to do a restore to go back to previous point. My screen was black and only had access to the F12 and F2 functions. Every fix I read online for 2 days didnt work for me.I dropped my computer off and they fixed it within a day! Excellent service. I received phone calls from Shawn updating the situation and I am so thankful that they got us back up and running. Highly recommend. Thanks for the great service!

Was not able or wanting to replace my wireless headset charging port. Had to buy a new headset at Best Buy.

I brought my sons laptop in for repair and they promptly diagnosed and repaired it. The part took a bit of time to get but that is no fault of the stores. The staff was courteous and helpful. Will do bussiness with them again.

The best in town for all your electronic issues and they brought Radio Shack back to town.

I took my computer in just to see if they had a screw (one was missing from the back of my laptop causing it to not stay opened). The guy just said he didnt even know if he had one and wouldnt know until he was able to open it up and take a look (no need to open it up, it was just a screw). I told him I could not leave my computer because I use it for work and school. He said there was nothing he could do because he had no bench space to take a look at it. I could see the room he was referring to and there was plenty of room. All he needed to do was remove 1 of the other screws, look at it and see if they had that size or could order it. He didnt even offer to do that. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I then went to Elite Built Computers on Erhinghaus Rd. He looked at it right away and fixed it, it literally took him 2 min to remove one screw, look at it, find a matching one and replace both- he even tightened up the rest of the screws. He didnt even charge me for it. That is good customer service. The fact that Expert PC couldnt even be bothered to check is ridiculously poor customer service.

Laptop hacked wouldnt even turn on. Gave me an estimate of $125 . Fixed even upgraded to Windows 10. Had problems with printer later fixed at no charge. They have been great fast and professional. Can not recommend enough.

Reviewing primarily for the RadioShack implementation, Ive told to staff here on several occasion that they do RadioShack better than RadioShack did. This is a great local business with friendly, helpful staff, and a better selection of parts. I can (and have) spent hours here digging through the bins, and loved every minute of it.
