Honesty, I was a little skeptical at first but after speaking with Aaron (who I assume to be the owner of the business) not only did help me understand what parts I was putting inside my build but he also gave me some recommendations for if i wanted to upgrade in the future. Overall, I think he did a great job putting my computer and I would go back for repairs

I can wholeheartedly recommend his services to anyone who is in need of assistance with their computer. He was quick and responsive building a custom gaming unit for me in no time at all!

The owner was awesome! I was missing a screw on the back of my computer causing it to not stay opened. I took it to Expert PC first. The guy in there wouldnt even look to see if he had a screw and was very unhelpful. I then brought it to Elite Built. He took a look right away and fixed it on the spot. Great customer service! I recommend this place to everyone!!

Aaron came recommended to me through some buddies that I game online with. I was a little nervous at first to be sending the money for a gaming rig to a little shop in the states, but the computer really was Elite Built. Its been running for almost a year and has exceeded all expectations. The crate it was packed in kept everything safe and sound for it to be shipped to the East coast of Canada, and the computer is still running strong. Aaron made sure to double check each of the parts for the computer to ensure proper compatibility and handled any complications quickly and professionally.5/5 would return for my next gaming rig.

Im a little late getting this review in, but here we go! A few days ago I called Aarons shop to ask a question about computers. I wanted to know if his store sold any graphics cards. I had a friend who built a computer for me and I needed a new graphics card because the one I originally ordered from Dell wasnt even closed to being done. So I spoke with Aaron and he told me that he didnt have any in stock. What he did do was take the time to go online with me and help me find one online. That is amazing customer service!! He helped me with any other questions I may have had and offered to help me piece the computer together if my friend was unable to do so for me. Finding customer service like this is far and few which just goes to show how this business will go the extra mile.

Aaron is a kind man who clearly has made a living out of his hobby. I truly do believe that he has found his passion and works with it everyday. We took in an HP laptop that my wife uses for her schooling for a broken hinge ( they are kinda known for that) and less than a week later had it back to us good as new.Great customer service, always smiling. Cant recommend him enough!

Great guy whose friendly and knowledgeable about the computers he builds and products he sells. Ive been coming here for 3+yrs and havent had any issues with my computer. Highly recommend to service/build/maintain my computer and im very picky.

Had a power supply swapped out. Mr Shortridge was very knowledgeable on the subject and also serviced it within a short amount of time. Wil be using him for future repair work.

I was having issues with my laptop and went to a few places before Aaron was recommended to me. I went there and found out all I needed was a new battery and he even gave me a quote to fix my desktop. I will be bringing all of my business to him he was quick and had affordable and fair pricing.

I have been here several times. Did the repairs and upgrades that I asked for. On one visit, told me I did not need a network card that I was ready to replace.Work was done in a reasonable time.Aaron was friendly and helpful with my many questions.I dont need computer repair often, but I will come back here in the future.

Misdiagnosed my computer and wanted $700 to replace motherboard that only cost $100. You are better off using Google and Youtube.
