Totally unsatisfactory service, Jay Felton was helping to setup a new phone and transfer data from the old one - after the transfer Jay destroyed the SIM card and the realized the new phone does not work cannot make calls - I was sitting there 3.5 hours and were told I could loose our phone number which is totally unacceptable I have many clients there (when I asked will I loose the phone number - got answer “hope not I am trying” - At 1 point wanted to use restroom I have diabetes and the manager did not allow me so I had to go to pee at the parking lot. Then we waited more and then someone from t-mobile HQ helped Jay to transfer the number and all started working. The manager was completely rude - Jay was trying to help - he was just heavily breathing when always passing by me. The staff should get proper education before transferring data and numbers from 1 phone to another - so be careful and recommend to go somewhere else if you want a new phone. The staff should be fired I almost lost the phone number.

My wife and I went in too get a phone and Jason helped us figure out the best plan and pricing he was very patient and professional. He went above and beyond too make sure we where well takin care off.

Im so glad that T-Mobile has opened this location here in Elizabeth City. Also the employees at this location is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. My cell phone reception is excellent and I have 5g service most of the area, even at my home. Thanks T-Mobile!
