I opened my first solo business this year - a PT clinic on the Northside of Chicago. One of my goals for the clinic was to have a big, open space with great esthetics and state-of-the-art equipment. I wanted it to stand out from the MANY other clinics in the Chicagoland area and provide patients/customers with a unique, comfortable experience when coming to therapy. I took my time hiring the best professionals I could find to complete their respective jobs I needed done to achieve my vision. Chris and his team were responsible for doing the audio/video work in my space which included commercial grade speakers and TV installation with a Sonos system as well as setup of my phones and network wiring. The final product is fantastic and it looks and sounds great. Ive had nothing but compliments. When challenges occurred regarding communication or working with my other subcontractors, Chris was responsive, reasonable, and had my best interest in mind. Opening a new business poses a lot of challenges for first timers so it was nice to be able to work with someone who can assist you through the unknown. I would recommend Trifecto to others and will use them again myself for future jobs.
