Great service, friendly staff, and fair prices! Im in the process of remodeling my home. I had an idea of what I wanted and finally made up my mind to complete the project. I visited Mega Stone on 10/31 and met with Sue. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. We looked at both granite and quartz and I settled on quartz. She also helped me chose a color for my cabinets and had a paint swatch to help me match the cabinets to the color quartz that I chose.The next week a worker came out to my home for the initial measurements and within a few days installed the new countertops and granite for my fireplace. The work was amazing and I have already received so many compliments. Sue kept in touch throughout the entire process which definitely made my life easier. I would definitely use them again and highly recommended this company.

Sue and her team were wonderful and we couldnt be happier with our new counter tops and back spash. We wanted to use a newer product (thin porcelain slabs) and have difficultly finding a fabricator who had experience with these thin slabs and was willing to work with them. Knowing they could bring our vision to life, we decided to work with them based on their wonderful customer service. Sue and I talked several times and she would always get back to me with an answer that same day, usually within the hour, which I greatly appreciated. Highly recommend!

CAUTION!!! Met with Sue (owner) and had her quote me on a slab of granite. It seemed low, so I went out of my way to reach out to her to confirm the price. She confirmed quote by e-mail, text, and phone call. I signed contract and told other contractors I hired someone else. She then refused to honor her quote. Seems like a bait and switch; very shady. Do not recommend; find a more honest GC.

We were on a very tight budget and Sue worked hard with us to find a Granite that we loved that was in our price range. MEGA STONE EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS. My husband is an architect and we just completed renovating our existing 1970s family room. Mega Stone (Elk Grove Village, IL) furnished and installed the granite for the fireplace surround that was cut in one piece, and it matched the arched opening exactly; and the mitered edge hearth was constructed seamlessly. Their salesmanship is honest and professional, workmanship is skillful and precise, and their trained installers are courteous, experienced, and they left the site spotless. I highly recommend their services.

Sue and Moncie have provided great emotional support through our 8 month long over-extended home repair and upgrading process. They are great on customer service and eager to please. Moncy came to our house during a freezing cold day during Winter 13-14 for the first measurement. And has come out several times since because I changed plans or material and cabinets. In the end, he chose the granite for the master bath....a unique color and pattern which was perfect, and I was too timid to consider. I would happily recommend the Megastone to my friends.
