If i could give this place and Tracy a 10 star review i would. So let me tell you why i want to give 10 stars. I lived in Chicago for 2 years while i was going to college. I finished up college and had to go down state for an internship so i needed a place to store all of my apartment stuff while i was gone. Tracy was more than helpful, she showed me the various unit sizes and helped me decide on which one i needed to store all of my belongings. She went above and beyond to make sure i knew it was a safe and secure faculty and that nothing g would happen to my belongings while stored here. I don’t care if i live 2 hours from this facility i will only be using them. If you want an excellent associate to help you i recommend Tracy. 10+ stars! Thank you :)

5 stars hands down!As I was reviewing some of these reviews kind of skeptical on if I should use them I went ahead and called for a reservation. The lady I had spoke with was so kind and professional that I went through with it. Needless to say when I had arrived with my truck packed Tracy was there and all my worries had disappeared! I have tried different storage places and each time I did not trust them as they gave me bad experiences. Public Storage will try to rip you off from left and right once you move in. They charge $10 convenience fee to pay over the phone using their automated system, not a human. In order to avoid the $10 convenience fee every month, they want you to pay at office while we are in a pandemic. Stay away from all Public Storage.

I went into the public storage to look into getting a storage unit. Aldo was amazing! He was knowledge and friendly. I will definitely be coming back here 10/10 customer service. I would highly recommend this place

Renting a storage unit. What comes to mind? Expensive. Annoying. Inconvenient? NOPE! Not here. I found a great rate online for a unit and booked it immediately. I showed up today to move in not really thinking much about anything. But when I walked in I was greeted by Jennifer.Jennifer! If Public Storage needs a spokesperson or actor for their commercials they should know she works at their Elk Grove Village location.Probably the best customer service experience Ive had. I went to reserve a storage unit at the Public Storage on Touhy Ave, Elk Grove, earlier today. I haven’t yet taken occupancy so will update my review after. I was so impressed with the excellent customer experience that I felt the need to post a review sooner.I dealt with Jennifer - I believe she is the manager. She was immediately approachable and very friendly. I wasn’t sure what size storage unit I would need (I’m new at this) and she had a lot of patience in showing various-sized storage units to me. Additionally, she was extremely honest about what size would accommodate my needs. She easily could have up-sold me to more costly units, but did not. She explained why the storage unit I ultimately reserved would be more than sufficient for my needs.Some other benefits of this locations: clean (don’t under estimate this aspect); secure; convenient location.But again, dealing with Jennifer took out a lot of the anxiety of this experience. I felt like I was dealing with a human being and not a pre-scripted sales person robot. I am so glad she is at this location. Will update after move-in / move-out.UPDATE (12/20/2019).Moved into the aforementioned storage unit. Fortunately dealt with Jennifer again. The move in was just as smooth as the preliminary reservation experience.She called a few days ahead of time and also the day of my scheduled move in. She drove me directly to the unit for inspection and then I was issued an access code.By the way, as she predicted, my storage unit was a perfect fit. I moved my 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom-sized condo into a 10 x 10 unit.

I have had at least one unit here for about 10 years for one reason or another, my stuff has always been safe and cared for. Jennifer is awesome,kind, and easy to work with. If you need a safe place to store your things this is the place to go.

Jennifer was so helpful. I went in looking for a storage unit that was big enough to fit my beautiful furniture until I made my transition into my new house and she made this process painless and easy. I have spoken with Maria a few time with any questions I have had with either me calling in or going in she always had an answer and never seemed to be bothered with my billions of questions always has a smile when I have seen her and very amazing ! Just went and rented a spot with Maria she is such a great person very polite we laughed as we was talking about this crazy weather. The whole time I was there she never made me feel like I was bothering her with all the questions I had asked she is very nice and has great customer service.

Signed up online yesterday, 6/4, to lock in Memorial Weekend 1/2 price Sale. Within minutes I got a call from Jennifer to let me know that since it was the last day of the sale, she recommended I come in that day to not lose out on the price. I made it in by 4:30, half hour before closing. Jennifer seemed genuinely excited to see me. She was cheerful, friendly, helpful and made useful suggestions. The location is convenient and the unit and hallway were well maintained. Im happy to have locked in a great price so close to my new apartment. I feel my stuff is safe and Im grateful to Jennifer for making me feel well taken care of.

I was passing through Chicago to see friends and needed a place to store my trailer. I came here to rent a storage locker to put my trailer away so I didnt have to drive around with it. When I entered the building I was greeted by Jennifer with a warm welcome and a smile, I explained what I needed and what I was doing and she set me up right away with a locker. I started with one but my trailer didnt fit and Jennifer was ready with another and it fitted perfect. When I was ready to leave I was greeted by Tracy once again with a warm welcome and smile when reviewing the paper work she noticed something was amiss and called her boss to straighten it out. Now this was in my favor and really surprised me, she could have said nothing and I would have never known. These ladies went above and beyond to help me and made it very easy to store my things. If you want to be treated like a person and not a number this is the place to go for your storage needs. I highly recommend this place and will rent form them again. Thank you ladies.......

I continuously have great experiences visiting Public Storage in Elk Grove. Debbie and Randy are great at giving advice and helping in every aspect of every visit. Both are willing to bend over backwards in order to make every visit successful. They both have great product knowledge for theyre merchandise and were able to advise me on everything that I needed for moving and storage. If either ever needed a job, I would be willing to hire them myself because of the excellent customer service that they both provide.

Stopped by to make a payment. This Tracy was in and was great. Last time was Jennifer. Every time Im in this store they are always helpful and nice verses other stores Ive been in.

I have been to a few public storage facilities, and some of them have provided mediocre service. I really wasnt sure what to expect when I went to this location, but I got the complete opposite of what I thought I was going to get. This storage facility is great with excellent service. Randy is the best. Im happy that I chose to leave my possessions in the care of the person working at this facility. In the past couple of years Ive moved around from facility to facility. Im definitely pleased with the service here, and Im glad I chose it.
