We were on the hunt for a good mattress for our daughter and decided to stop in casually one afternoon to just look. We are greeted pleasantly by the gentleman working that day. He was extremely helpful and we ended up leaving with a delivery date for a new mattress. It was the easiest purchase we have had in some time. With the pandemic going on, there’s been a huge supply issue so when we were told it would be two weeks, I expected much longer. Nope, we had the mattress is way less time. The delivery drivers were super sweet and quick with their delivery and removal. I highly recommend and will happily use this company for any further purchases.

Great service. Chris was very professional and really wanted me and the wife to have a great bed. Was not pushing products on us. We picked out a king adjustable and returned it to get two adjustable bases twins. Going through that process was easy and Chris made it all happen. We really love the beds. My wife loves to sleep more elevated then me and we didnt know that till we had the bed for a month. Thanks for the great sleep.

This was a great place to buy a mattress the first time and most recently the second time. This store will not disappoint. Tony was great to work with and knew his products. I purchased a Stearns and Foster but they have plenty to choose from. This mattress is so comfortable. You will not want to get up but you will.

I highly recommend Matthew’s Mattress in Elk Grove. Chris was great! He was not pushy like at Mattress Firm. He did not try to sell us the most expensive products. He quoted us a price and it actually came out a little lower than we expected. We purchased a split cal King Temperpedic mattress and base. We have not yet received our order but so far our experience has been great.

I walked into the Elk Grove Matthews Mattress after I had been to two other major Mattress & Furniture stores. The major Furniture store did not have a complete selection of Tempurpedic mattresses. The Mattress store really pressed a hard upsell of items I did not need. Now, Tony at Matthews Mattress showed me the complete selection of Tempurpedic mattresses, so I was able to lay on each one. Tony did not try to upsell me with stuff I did not need. I am happy with my California King Luxe Adapt Soft. I slept on my Tempurdedic Luxe Adapt Soft Mattress a few nights before I wrote this review so I know I purchased the right mattress. Im a previous customer of Matthews Mattress, and once again I am happy with my purchase.

I was on their website and used their chat link to state I was interested in a mattress & foundation I seen online, and was interested in buying it today if I could have it delivered same day or next day. Tony reached out from the Elk Grove location and took my payment over the phone and stated they could deliver my mattress set between 3-8PM. The delivery guys arrived at 4:29 this afternoon. Was in two different days to look for a queen mattresses to replace a full size I had home. I saw a couple I liked but wanted my daughter to pick it out as she her husband would be sleeping on it. First time Porter helped me and the second time it was Chris.Both were super helpful and not high-pressured. Also very accommodating to our requests. I went for assistance in finding a specific pillow. I was told immediately without any effort that the employee couldnt help me. I asked if they had any pillow of similar nature. Two were set down in front of me and the employee walked away.I waited for the employee to return, but he never did. After a while I left out of frustration.As this company is a advertiser on my favorite radio show in the morning, Ive reached out to that show being this is how I discovered Matthews Mattress.Ive been contacted by the radio show in return and was told to expect a response from the owner of Matthews Mattress.Instead, Ive heard nothing. Im impressed by the lack of interest by the owners of this company. Im reading the reviews from other customers who were satisfied and surprised to see that the owners responded quickly. And yet, Ive heard nothing.

Purchased king and queen mattress from the Elk Grove location from Tony Tuttle. I have not purchased a mattress in 20 years so had no clue what I was doing. The store was brand new and super clean. There was a huge variety of mattresses in all price ranges. They also have bedroom furniture as well. I found their prices to be less expensive than Macys and Sears (which is where I got my last mattress). There was no pressure whatsoever to purchase or to buy the most expensive one. Tony was very professional and showed me all my options. He knew what he was talking about and I did not feel rushed. The whole experience far exceeded my expectations. Please go see them if you want a mattress you wont be disappointed.

I got a great deal and everyone I worked with was very friendly and knowledgeable. I ended up getting a Mathews brand and the quality and comfort cant be beat! The warranty is the best out there, twice what any other brand offers.
