Had a great experience working with Kirk. He was able to explain things in a way that was digestible and asked questions that got my husband and I to think about our purchase practically. Kirk was also a wealth of knowledge and picked up even on the smallest of details to ensure our new bed and accessories were selected based on our needs. By far one of the best retail experiences we’ve ever had!

I started out buying a Tempurpedic and because I thought Sacramento did not have a Sleep number store, but I did more research and found what I really wanted. DAVE at the Elk Grove store was a wonderful help as I shared with him I was going through some health issues. We spent hours going from mattress 2 mattress and I was able to understand each one with DAVE explanations.I would recommend his expertise 2 a friend. I believe I will comfortable with the 360 and the cool cover that came with it when it is delivered.

The sales person was thorough and very informative. I had done my homework in researching information. But Kirk at the Elk Grove Sleep Number store was awesome. I highly recommend this bed and the Elk Grove store.

My sister and I went into the Elk Grove store. We were assisted by Kirk. He was the only employee in the store {someone called in sick}. The store was busy at the time. Kirk greeted us as soon as we walked in, as he didwith everyone else that came in. Kirk was EXTREMELY helpful ! He took his time and explained everything to us. His customer service was beyond exceptional !! He knew the answer to every question we had. My sister and I both ended up buying beds !! I felt like he completely believed in the product he was selling . I hope his boss sees this, because he is a real asset to your store !! Not only will I recommend this store, but I will tell them to ask for Kirk !!

I been there many times and now I finally decided to get a sleep number mattress. The service is always friendly. There is no forcing you to make your own choices and you go out feeling you did the right thing if you did or did not buy.

David was a great salesman he gave me time to make my decision, showed me all the options, put no pressure on me to make the sale. It’s an expensive purchase so you don’t want to feel like you’re dealing with a used car salesmen. David was great. I’m excited about my new bed, can’t wait.

From the moment we walked in the door, purchasing our new sleep number mattress was a total experience. Kirk was an awesome help - seriously the guy knows his mattress stuff - and steered us perfectly to the mattress that was right for us. It was so great to go into the store and be able to try out all the beds and feel the foot heater. Deborah (my salesperson) was so knowledgeable and friendly. She helped me pick out the right headboard and explained everything so thoroughly. I heartily recommend this store.

My mom ran into Debi at TJMaxx and they became close friends. They exchanged business cards and my mom found out Debi was working for Sleep Number. I was searching for a new mattress and my mom recommend Debi at Sleep Number in Elk Grove. When I arrive at the store Debi was very welcoming and nice. She showed me a variety of mattress and I was able to feel the comfort of each mattress. She was very patient with me and help me find the perfect mattress for me and my husband. She was awesome. Thank you, Debi for all your help.

Love the bed the sell person was very professional and he took his time to us different bed and how we can get the most benefit of the sleep number bed I would highly recommend this store and the sell persons that work there

Dave was excellent in helping us. We heard of the Sleep Number bed, but had no idea of how it all really worked. He walked us through it and was very patient with our questions. To make sure we were choosing the right one, we were laying on all the beds a few times until we decided. Never tried to sell us something he knew we didnt want it need. And he never looked annoyed. Great experience! Thanks Dave, I cant wait to try out our new bed!

Our Sleep Guru was Kirk. He was very knowledgeable with the inventory. He had day to day terms and hi-tech equipment to utilize and show us information on US. Kirk put us at ease. He laughed with and at us, as we did him. Unexpectedly, we bought a Sleep Number bed.

Please be careful with any purchase with sleep number. I can only speak about my experience as I purchased a bed and returned it within the trail period. Without any notification from sleep number they turned me over to a collection service where I discovered I owe $1,400. After multiple phone calls I discovered that the high price was due to an adjustable frame that is not refundable. Honestly I didn’t read the fine print, but I trusted the sales associate that told me the frame was only $300. I wouldn’t recommend doing a purchase unless you are not planning on exchanging it. Regardless of the 100day trial with mattress they will stick you with the price of a frame. Wish I knew this as their customer service has been lousy. Every person has put me on hold and done their best to avoid me including the original sales associate that got me in this situation.

Great experience making my purchase at this Elk Grove Sleep Number store. The sales associate was very helpful and answered all my questions. Im already a Sleep Number bed owner of 16+ years, but it was time for an upgrade to one of the new smart beds. Looking forward to my delivery and set up next week.

Nice customer service, Deborah was friendly, quick, didn’t try and tack on a bunch of extras, was straightforward, and was overall a good experience shopping there. Haven’t yet received my bed, but that’s a whole other review so, more is yet to come.

Sales people very nice and even said the bed had a 20 year warranty, so 5500 dollars and 3 years later bed sags in middle, sales people said oh that’s under warranty, sleep #. said NO ! 1 year on everything, wanted 400 to come out and install new foam around mattress and no warranty on the bags that go in center, wouldn’t send new foam to house said I had to pay for a service call to get foam. Never again could have bought a couple spring type mattresses for that price. I this isn’t enough then just call sleep # customer service or get all the promises in writing !

Ashley was extremely helpful while we were looking for the right bed to purchase! Lawrence was equally helpful in entertaining our children (should not have brought them FYI). They were both professional, helpful and fun.

Kellyn did a wonderful job on day 1 showing me the sleep number options and then later on day 2, introducing my wife to what might be possible for improved sleep. We elected to go with the i8 and full split king to maximize flexibility and fav positions between the two of us. Everyone at the store were friendly and helpful - thanks

The sales man did not listen to me when I told him I did not want to get rid of my draws on my bed I I told him I needed the storage finally.Finally I told him to show me another model or I was going to leave. He was just too pushy. I liked the bed but not the pressure to spend more money when I told him many times that one would work.
