I had an excellent customer service experience today with Brittany. I recently made an online order and had been experiencing difficulties getting clarification about my delivery date from the website customer service portal. Even though I did not purchase my mattress from the Laguna location, Brittany went to extra mile to help me and she looked up my order, gave me details that previous online inquiries did not provide, and said she’d follow up with me about the service. That same day, Brittany called me back with an update about my order and I could not be happier with the managerial-level problem solving service she provided. I really hope this store can give her kudos because I was on the verge of cancelling my online mattress order prior to speaking with her.

Walked into the store with no plan to buy a mattress but to just look around and get a feel for them. After laying on some of the mattresses I couldn’t leave the store without buying one. I had my old bed for 17 years, my girlfriend and I went to Mattress Firm in Elk Grove on 4th of July weekend. We had no idea what we were looking for when we walked in. Brittney approached us right away and asked us questions what we were looking for, I mentioned I have back spasms occasionally, right away she showed us beds that would help. Each bed she showed us, she gave us details on how it would help me and the benefits. She was very helpful and personable.

We had an amazing experience at the Laguna Elk Grove Mattress Firm with J.D. Smith. He was extremely friendly and knew the mattresses in and out. He was patient and showed us several mattresses and was knowledgeable of every bed. We had our eye on the Purple King Hybrid 4 and fell in love as soon as we laid down on it. The Purple pillow was amazing. He was fair and gave us a great price with the bed, pillows, sheets and mattress protector. I love how Mattress Firm has a local warehouse where we will get our new bed in 2 days and not have to wait 2 weeks. I 100% would recommend J.D Smith. You do not find the quality in customer service sales and Managers now days and that is not the case with J.D.

We had a great experience at the Mattress Firm in Elk Grove. Marlon helped us and was very knowledgeable about the products. He steered us towards the best bed for our needs. Their prices aren’t cheap but I guess you have to spend more for quality. We spend 1/3 of our lives in bed so it’s money we’ll spent!

Feb 28, 21 my wife and I came into this location to look at a new mattress. We had the pleasure of getting helped by a gentleman named Marlon. He was very knowledgeable of the different mattresses and qualities each offered. We were able to see all options of beds they carry and found the one that we couldnt live without. We didnt feel pressured to buy or feel like we were being sold instead felt we were dealing with someone who was explaining to us the values in each mattress. Im thankful we came to this location and very thankful for Marlons help in this important purchase. He seemed to enjoy helping people sleep better at night. I purchased a mattress from Mattress Firm last year and it ended up being extremely uncomfortable. I was able to upgrade to a different mattress and paid the difference. The salesmen said the first person that sold me the mattress didn’t have a lot of experience. However, the second mattress ended up being just as hard to sleep on as the first. I went back again and this time the salesmen recommended I purchase a foam topper to sleep on temporarily while the mattress broke in. After two different mattress toppers/pads and many sleepless nights of waking up with back pain, I went back to Mattress Firm again. This salesmen was kind, more knowledgeable than the previous salesperson and helped me pick out a totally different mattress. I was told I could not get a refund but the guy promised me a discount. I’m hoping this third mattress is the right one. I’m disappointed in not getting refunded and having to spend so much money just to get the right mattress to get a good night’s sleep.

Had an amazing experience the other night when I came in to try out the purple mattress. What can I say it was the best experience I ever had mattress shopping. We were helped by Renny he answered all our questions, very nice and educated on what we needed. My husband has a bad back and he took his time helping us narrow and find that perfect one for both of us. I’m excited and can’t wait for it to be delivered. Also everyone had masks on we also had our own but they do have mask and hand sanitizer available cleaned our cards before giving them back. Overall we had a great experience here.
