I got the tropical man, which after all contains mostly ice — according to what I saw.This place is ok.

Super good! The place is clean, the fruit tastes fresh, the staff is friendly and the cool temperature keeps my frozen yogurt from melting

Yougart is very good but place doesn’t feel clean. Tables inside and out not wiped down. Customer service though was good .

The yogurt was delicious my mom told me it was frozen yogurt I thought it was ice cream at first The taste was so satisfying you must try I definitely recommend it

Me and my family love this place. Their frozen Yugort is to die for, especially their Pomegrade flavor with fresh fruit on the top. Yum Yum !

Pinkberry has been a family favorite of ours for 5+ years. The yogurt is healthy and there are multiple options, including dairy free. We make the 40 min drive to Elk Grove to visit Pinkberry at least once a month. Love the options and ability to customize and change up what you create.

Staff was amazing! First my son dropped his ice cream and they offered to replace it at no charge! Then I got ice cream to go and the gentleman put a bag of ice to keep it nice and cold! Super thoughtful!

I love the fresh options at this yogurt place! My favorite yogurt flavor is the chocolate hazelnut, but the seasonal creme brûlée is DELICIOUS. They have a wide variety of toppings from fresh fruit to crushed cookies and candy. The staff work efficiently to get your yogurt out quick and exactly how you want it.

I consider Pink Berry a little bit more expensive compared to other yogurt places so I buy the gift card through Costco to offset the cost. I always order the original... Cant go wrong on that. The ambience is much nicer to other yogurt stores as well.

Sadly I was disappointed in this place! 3 people were working there but only one had a mask on as the girl serving us had no mask! Then I noticed NO one cleaned the tables before or after customer usuage! No one one cleaned outside tables either. Not abiding by COVID standards, Your store needs more training!! Wont be returning.

Came in for dessert. This location seems to be going downhill. The same light over the fruit has been burnt out for at least a month. Today when I came in their new flavor was hand written in an orange highlighter. It was impossible to read. Asked if they had multiple toppings, that they normally do and they were out. Another rep came from the back to organize receipts upfront and she asked about another roll of receipt tape and they were out of that also. Whoever is in charge of ordering and running this location should work on inventory and appearance of the store.

Amazing flavors of yogurt with a variety of toppings including bubbles (like in boba tea), fresh berries and dried fruits. Tried the pomegranate and choco-hazelnut and loved em both. The Pomegranate taste/flavor wasnt spot on but tasted good. The staff is friendly and patient.

My daughter loves it so thats why in giving it 4 stars. The was you receive your yogurt may be more sanitary than the free for all at other yogurt places.

I could write pages and pages about my obsession for Pinkberry. Ive been a dan for several years! Original tart flavor is still the best and goes great with every topping. The one complaint not anything to do with yogurt itself is how limited the flavors are. I love watermelon and cant seem to ever find it at any of the several locations in Sac. On that note its a perfect treat amy time of day!

I love the yogurt, but most of the time it hollow in the middle. I just feel like Im being ripped off. decided to order a large thus time still nothing in the middle😢

I love the style of the place itself and I love the amount of choices of toppings you can get but the only thing is is the prices are not cheap

Always dirty. Rude employees. The yogurt is expensive but always really liquid like here. All the other pinkberries Ive gone to have been good other than this one.

Wanted to give this place a second try after not a first good experience, however, each time i come i feel rushed.They stare at you like hurry stupid, no explaining how their system works...Strawberry banana shake off the hinges lol

Was really good last time I went but walked in this time and the place reeked like vomit or bad milk. I walked out right away. May need to get this fixed as I really do like pinkberry otherwise. But this rates a one for that.

I love this chain just not this location. Every pinkberry ive gone to is pristine and the customer service superb. This location has rude kids working and when they run out of flavors they say suggest at the fact that running out of yogurt is quite the norm there.

I visited this store today 7/4/13. I was very disappointed in the lack of courtesy of the clerks. I was standing in line for 5 minutes and the two clerks did not even acknowledge my presence by saying we will be right with you. I was only the second person in line and both clerks are helping the mother/daughter party of two.Can you imagine what kind of a service one would get if they are busy if they cant even greet their customer when they are NOT that busy.
