Very good service staff super friendly

This particular BR has a large selection of flavours. The staff was prompt, friendly & polite

Well it will be the last cake I buy from here unfortunately. Ordered cake over a week ago, picked it up today, kids name is spelled wrong. Called to talk to someone, they really didnt even care which is the upsetting part. I wasnt expecting more than a decent sorry but it seems that is a lost art amongst the employees here.

Good Ice cream and sandwiches! Customer service could use improvement. Cant work slow when there are a line of customers. Poor team work among employees in the ice cream section. Disappointed that no one wanted to help that poor girl working in the ice cream area. Other than that food is good.

Incredible service! All employees seemed happy to see me. I was greeted with a smile and truly felt appreciated. I also got lunch at the onsite sandwich shop serviced by the same people. A very good experience all around. Thank you.

Ice Cream is delicious here. Plus, there is a Togos inside as well. Tasty Pastrami.

Went in for some ice cream last week. I was a bit surprised that it shared space with a Subway but it all seemed to work. There was a limited ice cream selection but the ice cream is great and the staff are really pleasant. I would recommend ice cream here for sure.

Always love going in here. Togo Sandwich shop at the same location aside, the staff are always incredibly friendly and the restroom is always clean and stocked.

My wife and I have been going to this particular location since they opened up years ago. It is a different concept than most Baskin-Robbins. It is a nice clean store with a friendly staff and Ive always found their product good. I have ordered a couple of cakes four different occasions from them too and they have proven to be a great success. just talkin about it I feel like another visit coming on to Baskin-Robbins now I only have to convince my wife to tag along.

Interesting. Two servers helping one woman with 3 small children; two servers helping one customer check out. Im standing there without any sort of acknowledgement. Another server comes out and immediately looks past me and attempts to help another customer who arrived after me! What did I do wrong?

Bad customer service and it really stinks in there also very small scoops but at least they have good tasting options

I love their ice cream, specially coffee and tiramisu. Every 31st of the month you can get one scoop for $1.50, also Make sure you subscribe to their site, you get good coupons every week. Buy one get one free Ect. Ect. The employees are very nice. I LOVE IT !

This Baskin Robbins has a shared restaurant with another business. But the service in the store was very friendly and nice.

Not very friendly and they REALLY make sure your scoop is the exact fit of the scooper AND my 2 yr olds cone had the paper from the previous cones inside poor thing ate paper with his cone till I squeezed the ice-cream out and back in the cone myself :/
