I would give a zero if possible. My daughter received a gift that she had the receipt for and stated multiple times that it was a gift that she wanted to return. The clerk returned the item onto the card of person who gave the gift. I understand it is hard to hear with masks. The clerk really wanted to correct the situation. The manager actually gets the zero. She had zero empathy or understanding and simply shrugged with a too bad attitude stating, once it’s on the card, there’s nothing I can do. This customer service is unacceptable. It’s also strange that with a receipt that we couldn’t get cash back. I won’t be doing business with Auto Zone.
