Wow. I was giddy from the array of items found here! I was able to find the pine pellets for cat litter & enzyme cleaner plus much more. Defnitely shop here often! Side note to reviewers Frank & Kayla upset about no masks: firstly there is and never was a pandemic- if there was would we need to be reminded 24/7 by every media outlet, Google app, website, phone carrier, on-hold recording, in-store announcement etc known to man? No we would not. We would be eyewitness to undeniable evidence in our families & communities. I wont get graphic. Secondly look at the science, do the math. Thank you.

Always friendly, helpful and professional at the elk River tractor supply. Ive been going there regularly this past year and Ive never had a bad experience. They are a great alternative to some of the smaller more expensive stores with a huge selection of products and awesome staff. I get my duck food at tractor supply and the woman who works that department goes out of her way to make sure Ive found what Im looking for and she took the time to educate me on raising and feeding ducks. Great place!

I went here to pick up pine pellets for cat litter and that went well, but why two stars? PANDEMIC PEOPLE! There was an employee central store without a mask at all. While in the nut and bolt aisle an employee entered and started yammering about how some customer left bolts on the floor. It’s a pandemic, I want out of stores that aren’t managing risks well, so I stopped looking for bolts and asked where the hydraulic supplies might be and turned to look at him. He had is mask off to talk to me the whole time! The register clearly had her mask dropped well below the nose and also yammered to me about how someone messed up her sock display. I couldn’t wait to leave the joint. Why ask us to mask up to enter the store if you don’t enforce it among your employees? Part of managing risks when I shop is that the store will follow the same protocols. Lousy.

Just bought wood stove pellets to be used for small animal and cat litter. Most of the bags were ripped and spilled all over. I found a bag that wasnt ripped but it was covered in sawdust from the other bags. Also the cashier had a mask under her chin which is so disrespectful since I was wearing a mask. If a customer is checking out and is wearing a mask the cashier should too. If a customer isnt then thats fair game. I will never be shopping there again. Ill just go to Lowes since they sell 40 lb wood pellets for $5 too and I bet they wear masks and keep their store clean.

Walked around for 15 minutes trying to find an employee to ask about finding a product. Finally found someone and she said ask customer service. After waiting another 10 minutes at customer service for an employee to help me I left the store. Terrible customer service. Will not be back.

The management and employees at this store are Awesome they actually care about the customers . My wife was stuck her truck died and I was at work it was cold they got her a cup of soup and tea until the tow truck got there after hours. Also the manager checked on her tried to jump her and said if she could do anything else for her. Now thats great customer service.

I shop at Tractor Supply often. Im happy they are here. Im NOT happy that they dont take COVID safety serious. If cashiers are wearing a mask, its under their chin. The woman who appeared to be the supervisor did not even have one on. I had a cart loaded but decided to leave it because of no concern for COVID safety by the store employees. Ill shop elsewhere until COVID is over. This is the first store review Ive ever written..

Don’t rely on the website for in-stock status. I drove an hour and all they could say is “that’s weird “.

I recently bought a Bad Boy zero turn mower from the elk river MN store. I went about a month prior and checked them out and found some issues with the one they had on hand. One of the employees Jermey was was great to deal with he understood my concern with the one they had on hand. So Jeremy ordered me a new one from the manufacturer and he personally put it together himself so he could stand behind his sale. I was very pleased with my experience at this store.

Most all the employees were great. There was 1 lady who was not very helpfully. I tried to ask a question and she said she would be right back, but never came back. I did find what I was looking for though.

Place is the best unlike any other just didnt have any latax gloves of any kind I was bummed. Normally a five star plus store staff was helpful even found where they would go in the shelf. Suppose more covid 19s fault than anything.

Tractor supply is a great store have been in many of them across the country live in Arizona have kids in Michigan and Minnesota . I just recently was conducting an online purchase and ran into problems With the website trying to do a curbside pick up but because I was out of state it was trying to charge me a shipping fee called the store And spoke with Kaley And she was fantastic was able to help me resolve my issues even took the time to call the customer service line and find out how it needed to be done very very happy with my purchase and her customer service is outstanding I would highly recommend the store And once again thank you very much for all of your assistance Kaley.

Completely worthless store. Go online somewhere else and wait a couple days with free shipping. There were a bunch of employees and not that many customers. But, Im not sure if the employees could help anyways due to their lack of inventory knowledge.

So we have been going there for years, but this time we have made it our store for his own benefit, as he also cuts grass and helps the neighbors with their own landscape. Tractor Supply Co is there for his needs.

Went in for a snow blower, they did not have one on hand but the sales person said that on Tuesday they would have some and offered a rain check. Not many places go to offering deals or offers anymore. I think Ill visit again.

I get my some of my chicken stuff here. Like the sweet pdz. I put it under my chickens roosting bars. No smell in my coop. Its made for horses but works well for chickens. I also got my mud boots there. Love them. Ive gotten so many people compliment me on them all the time.

I showed up at 6:50 on a Sunday, they close at 7. I wasnt allowed in and was told by the sales associate they dont allow people in the store 30 minutes before closing. If thats the truth why not just have the store closing time as 6:30?

Good selection of farm type stuff - from feed to parts to welders to clothes. Not as big as a Fleet. Propane by the gallon is great for topping off the bigger tanks and cheaper than most other places.

Not a very large store so manuevering around with a flat cart can be tricky but they have a large selection of products. They also carry the feed I need so thats a plus. Over all its a fun store to be in (they were out of chicks already though), and they have a lot of things you need for a garden or farm.

They are not pet friendly as they advertise! I brought my dog in because the cashier wanted to see him, while another off duty employee approached my dog from behind and without asking crouched down and reached out to him as the cashier was giving him a treat. In the blink of an eye he turned his head and bit her hand, leaving one puncture wound. She (they) sued me for over $15,000 and Farmers then dropped my pet liability insurance on my homeowners insurance policy. I now have to pay for my dog insurance separately!

Greg, the manager is great and very knowledgable. He knows where everything is off the top of his head, and knows a lot about many types of products, hes a great resource.The full time check out lady (with reddish hair), could be a bit more pleasant, she always seems like shed rather be some place else.This TSC does carry almost everything I need, yet the store is compact enough so you dont feel worn out running up and down long aisles.

Staff was knowledgeable for me and my husband as first time dog owners. Lots of fun finds here!

Its a good place that has a lot of useful stuff, but be careful buying small animal food- I bought some rat food and inside there was holes and webs in the pellets. None of it was salvageable.

We get food for our chickens here. Its also a great place for people with hobby farms, large gardens, or an affinity for farm culture. Clothing for working outside and decore for your yard. Some farm themed gifts and toy items near Christmas.

Good tasting Chinese food. Not very much meat or vegetables. Was a little disappointed because of that so three stars. Price should be a couple of dollars less for what I got.

I picked up chicks end of april 2019. They were advertised as EGG laying hens. They are a cornish cross breed who are MEAT hens. Also, I got one rooster out of the 5 I purchased. These MEAT birds who are now 12 lbs each and can barely walk whom I now have to slaughter because theyre not designed to live past 4 months. Im devastated and I just wanted egg hens to have for eggs. I didnt want to kill them. I will not buy chicks from TSC again. Your hatchery has no idea what theyre doing !!

I dont shop at TSC very often -- I dont have a farm -- but occasionally need something I know theyll have so Im glad they are nearby. On this day it was a receiver hitch pin.The staff has always been super friendly.Also, on this day they had farm animals for the kids (miniature ponies, potbellied pigs, llamas, sheep, bunnies, etc.) hosted by a local animal rescue organization, so an extra star for that effort.

Really bad experience with tractor supply. Went into this store to buy welding rod and told the check out person that it was for farm use. She tried to ring it up tax exempt as I have on file a farm tax exempt form. She said it would not take the tax off and there was nothing she could do. Apparently TSC does not think farmers weld. Will go somewhere else next time I need farm supplies.
