Oh Biggby.. not only is your drive thru an absolute nightmare but today when I went I specifically asked for extra cream cheese on my turkey and havarti. I then asked again when I was given my food just verifying and the person working the counter flat out lied to me. Theres little to no cream cheese. Sigh. Also just like a simple sign stating to go around the building instead of causing an accident would fix all of your problems. Do better.

I would NEVER recommend anyone working here. Having such a large turn over in their store, the owner seems to be a large reason why. A very toxic work environment! Working 40+ hours a week with 2 people per shift / working longer than 8 hour days with not getting breaks unless we are lucky. I could not forget to mention the bug infestations (gnats being a huge issue) all over the store that we are suppose to simply ignore and continue working in this environment. People aren’t required to wash their hands before their shift nor are they educated on proper sanitation for cleaning a restaurant or serving costumers for the simple fact of it being short staffed. Would not recommend working here if you love coffee and have a good head on your shoulder cause it will do the exact opposite!

Always great, fast, and friendly service! The only issue is that I think there should be a more clear indication that the line is supposed to wrap around the building. Often there is two separate lines with people fighting to converge into the one drive-thru lane.

I enjoy visiting with this location, the customer service is always wonderful, and my drink is always made the same (deliciously).The only downfall to visiting this is location, is the drive-thru. The short lane often leaves customers waiting in the busy entrance/exit for Wal-Mart, which can be frustrating and unsafe. I would love a more organized line, that wraps around the building.

I had a Teddy Bear blended frozen coffee. It was white chocolate and caramel flavored. The ice was smoother than any frappucino Ive ever had from the star place. Pricey like the star place but really tasty.

This place could be 5 stars. But, they need to fix the drive thru situation. They need signs telling people to wrap around the building instead of blocking the drive. I constantly see potential to cause an accident by blocking the intersection and turn lanes.

The young lady with purple in her hair & glasses at this location is the best employee they have. she told me that she was alone this morning due to staffing issues & that it wasn’t the 1st time its happened. she works so hard & is so sweet! I know she has to be tired because I feel like I see her everyday but she always has a smile on her face! get more employees like her!

This place has gone to hell. They now close at 2pm everyday for the last few months. However, online they state they are opened until 8pm and to think I gave them a second chance after receiving a half eaten Bragel once. Good Luck Biggby!

Literally the worst place I have ever worked for- the owner treats employees like garbage & blames them for his problems.I was working 50-hour weeks, constantly working ALONE, & never got a thank you or good job. promised me manager title just to hire someone else for the position after telling me there was no one else for months.I will never work for him again.employees told me that I kept the store together, that without me, the store would fall apart but he claims that isn’t true & that he doesn’t need me.customers are also noticing how bad the turnover rate is, most of them know its because of the owner, & were upset to find out how he treated me.still missing $51 from a check even after telling him twice about it.I wanted nothing more than to help the store succeed, to have a fun & good work environment, but the owner pushed me to breaking point.

Biggby is my favorite. I usually pop by the one in sturgis (since Im more local there) but went by the Elkhart one twice now and am impressed with how fast they get the line moving. And great, fresh coffee!

I dont drink coffee. I went there for my wife, not knowing what to get They suggested something for my wife. My wife liked it. They were helpful to a non coffee drinker.😀

Good coffee. A little exspensive

Usually this place is great, Courtney and her team have always brought a smile to my face and the main reason i even come to this location. However after today i will not be returning. I believe it was the general manager or district but they came in and yelled at courtney in front of all of us customers and even the employees. She was crying and honestly if thats how management treats its employees in front of the public im scared how they are treated in private. Ive noticed employees had been leaving previously and im starting to realize who the problem is. I got his name, mr. Ravneet i believe is his name. Horrible manager and probably a horrible person.

They went above and beyond to prepare large containers for me during rush hour w a smile and customer service.

I switch back and forth between Dunkin and Biggby. It has come to the point that I like Biggby better. To me, their flavored drinks just taste better. They are not as sweet. I cant handle really sweet drinks. Even their plain coffee tastes better. It is really smooth. Even the strong coffee is smooth and not bitter tasting.

The employees are SEVERELY MISTREATED here. The owner needs to be fired and replaced. There is an extremely high turnover rate of employees because of how AWFUL he treats people. Do not go here.

I drove all the way to this particular Biggby today on 8-5-2021 at a little after 6 only for them to be closed. The hours on the website clearly says they are open until 7 pm. This is very frustrating because I wasted my time and gas.

Either don’t know how to make their own signature drinks, or their ingredients are way past their expiration date. My daily drink I get from BIGGBY at other all the time, but this location’s was disgusting and undrinkable. Argued with me that’s the way it’s made. Crew attitude has never been good here. STAY AWAY!!!!!

I recently just bought a gift card for Biggby and this location doesnt accept them. The woman at the window was extremely rude shoving the card reader forward for payment and said that they arent accepting gift cards..so I had to pay for my girlfriends coffee after I already bought her a gift card so should could buy said coffee. I would HIGHLY recommend not visiting this location. Go to Starbucks instead..

The coffee is great and employees are awesome. Service tends to be a little slow, and drive up orders can be hectic due to the awkward placement of the drive-thru.

If youve been going to Starbucks for your coffee, you will never want to go back to Starbucks after trying biggby. Biggbys coffee has superior flavor!!

I’ve never had a bad experience here or the other locations. I will say the only thing I am not a fan of for this one, is the drive through, it is very oddly placed, and sometimes it can be slow but not as bad as Starbucks. Tops I’ve waited was 5min in line but it was also a busy day.I do prefer to go inside though and it’s always clean and pretty cozy to just sit. I’ve seen people playing board games, reading, and even having business meetings or doing there school work occasionally as well. They don’t rush you out or bother you while you are enjoying there food/Coffee.There has been a couple times where they messed up my order but they were nice about fixing it. The other day they forgot to heat up my bagel with cream cheese I ordered and they made me a new one and told me to keep the one they messed up as well.All in all, I much prefer this place rather than Starbucks, just better atmosphere and coffee/food all together.

But on B1G1 days sometimes they let me get 1 for free after purchasing my husbands chai and other times Im told my drink isnt a specialty beverage so I have to pay full price. Here recently I ask and pay for 24 ounces and get home to realize our cups say 20 ounces. Super expensive to not get what you payed for

I recently went back after a long break. I was attended by a girl named jasmine. She was very helpful and pleasant when it came to my order. She was able to help me pick out a drink especially tailored to me. And smiled throughout my order. She was quick and efficient and it also helped that she spoke Spanish to my husband, it saved me the time to explain everything to him! Lol! The place was very clean and organized. The other employee rebecca was super nice and handed us our drinks! Very pleased overall with my visit. Will definitely be coming back!

It the best place and I chose this over Starbucks! Even my husband and kids love this place along with my husbands two brothers. Staffs know our name and take the time to get to know us and tell us about their day! My husband and I go there after work almost everyday and they make sure we leave happy. Been recommending this place to everybody at our job!

I come to this location a couple of times a week. I usually have great service from friendly staff. Today was the worst experience I have had yet. Over 10 minute wait in drive thru, no apology for the delay, my frozen drink was half melted before I even got it. If I have another experience like this, Ill be done with bigby. 😡👎

Store is clean with friendly service.Especially busy after 4 pm., however, staff keeps line moving right along! Have had their Iced Decaf Latte with milk and splenda. also with whipped cream at least 2-3 times. They were so bitter I really didnt enjoy them. In all fairness the rest of my family thoroughly enjoyed theirs! They do enjoy s-t-r-o-n-g coffee @ home on a daily basis though.

This is my favorite place for coffee! Great variety of coffees and teas, specialty drinks and breakfast/lunch type foods. All the staff there are super nice even when they are busy.

Its a typical overpriced coffee shop. Im 61 years old and I am sick of paying $5-$6 for a cup of coffee. Granted we like flavors and hot lattes, but in my world $16-$18 for two muffins and two mochas/coffees, eh just not doing it anymore.

Best of the Best and the coffee is great too. The owner is often here and he greats everyone with a smile. His staff is always great too. As far as Im concerned this is Biggbys #1 location.
