Would not recommend shopping here.Long story short. I found a washer and dryer on sears.com which said it was in stock locally.Sales associate had the same pair of appliances in stock for several hundred dollars more. Sales associate told me if I bought them online for pickup she would cancel the order. Also told me I had to buy the extended warranty or she would not sell them to me.This experience was at the end of November 2020.I later got the same pair of appliances for several hundred dollars cheaper from Lowes in Twin falls.

They dont have anything in stock. However, the sales guy got our washer and dryer ordered and within a week it will be here. Sales guy was very helpful.

Management was way cool and helped me understand some of the differences between the lawn mowers I was interested in. I’m a woman and do not a whole about lawn care so the employees were nice and understanding when I was asking silly questions. I will highly recommended Sears!! Thank you!!

Shopping for a dishwasher. Nice selection and good sales help. Was offered the floor model or wait 2 days for my order to come in. Went with the 2 days. Decent prices. Had gone to Home Depot first where we had to look for a sales assistant that seemed really put out that we needed help then was told only one model was in stock and they dont sell floor models. The order would have taken 3 weeks. Thank you Sears, always reliable when it comes to appliances and more.

Ill start by saying I purchase from this store nearly every year for appliances the last 5 years. Ive shopped Sears here locally since 2008.That being said, Ive seen the service deteriorate over the years which is sad because the prices are good and Ive never had major issues with the products. This is also why Im giving it 2 stars instead of 1.At first I tried to deal with the sells staff and it became such a headache after it appeared that the ownership changed a few years back or so. One time I entered the store and couldnt find anyone and a small child was up on the counter playing with the business phone. No adult around. I had to go find the adult employee who was the caretaker of the kid she brought to work. I dont think I need to explain the multiple issues with this including safety of the child. Because of this and other problems, I began ordering online through Sears oulet store and just having it delivered to this store.Heres where the problems for me really started. They got rid of their forklift!! They run a store that sells appliances that weigh several hundreds of pounds with no forklift. How do you get a refrigerator in the bed of your truck you ask? They got one guy working the back that has a dolly. You know what that means....Im going to be helping him lift a fridge into the back of my truck. And its exactly what I had to do. Not only is this ridiculous its expected by the guy with the dolly. Then he gives me attitude about how I was wanting to put it in my truck. Unbelievable. He gets free labor out of me then cops an attitude. Ive never seen anything like this in any appliance store. The next purchase I made was washer and dryer set. Same thing, had to help the guy lift them into my truck. This is insane to me mainly because I shouldnt have to do this but also because, what if I physically couldnt? Whats the liability for the store if someone threw their back out doing the job an employee of Sears should be doing but they dont because they dont see the need for more employees or they are to cheap to purchase a forklift.I hope the management changes here to provide basic services again.

We purchased a washer on clearance, it was only marked clearance, nothing else was marked on the unit. We took the washer home and installed it only to find out that it didnt work. My wife called the store and they said oh we forgot to tell you it was a returned washer! My wife took my he washer back the next day while I was at work and all the lady could say was well we tried to sell you the new unit not a clearance one! The service was absolutely terrible and the products obviously speak for themselves. I dont have any issue with buying clearance items but if you know there is or has been and issue I think it should be disclosed and time of purchase.

If I could give them 0 stars I sure would! The staff is rude they been telling me a for over a month they would get me new washer and dryers since they scratched our washer very bad I might add.... they told me theyd call me and give me information about delivering it to our house and they completely threw me to the side. Didnt call me or anything for 2 weeks and approved to deliver stuff to someone up the street but didnt bother to get it approved to deliver to me! I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN! THE LADIES ARE VERY RUDE THAT WORK IN HERE AND DONT KNOW HOW TO WORK IN RETAIL!!!! This has been a headache since I called them and complained about them scratching up my washer!!!!!!!! Screw this company Id rather deal with home depot then step foot in this crappy store!!

I have been on hold for a fridge filter for about 15 min. The clerk that is helping me doesnt seem to know what she is doing ... At that she SUGGJESTED that I might as well go to Home Depot ... ReallyI figured well since I bought the fridge from Sears they would have the parts needed for up keep...

This sears is the worst store I have ever visited. I have been there on a number of occasions to which I was never greeted, and made to feel like I was bothering them. There prices are typically above others and do not match the sears website. I like craftsman tools and now am only going to deal with craftsman directly. The staff seem to have to call the owner for everything. Just a terrible experience, and these are the reasons I wont buy local.

Do not bother, Use mail order retail or another store. They dont have customer care in their values or vocabulary.Went to the store to exchange some tools. Always a slow wait and not a very knowledgable staff. Not to mention the first time there the clerk did not order the socket for me that they did not have. From what I understand the process is if they do not have the item, they will get it ordered from Sears and it will be sent to your chosen address. That was on July 19th.Went back on the 5th of August to check on the status since I still had not recieved. The clerk played the blame game and stated someone did not submit it for order. I had a hex key socket that needed exchange. Of course it was not in stock. So this one went on the same order ticket and was promised that it would be submitted. The estimated arrival was 7-8 days. Here we are on August 20th. I called the store. They had no clue what I was talking about. Then when they figure it out they inform me they will call me and I will have to pick it up at the store.When I had a tool warrenty with Snap-on. They franchise owner fixed it and replaced it right on the spot. When it was a tool warrenty with SK Tools. All I did was ship them the tool and it was sent back in roughly three weeks.With Sears, it has been a month long wasted process. I have wasted time and fuel for roughly 25-30 dollars in two damn sockets. I will not deal nor would I suggest using this store for anything. Am not the only one. I brought it up to some long time locals. They laughed and said this store has been plagued with problems for years.
