I would give a minus if I could. My sister and I were stranded in Elko. We parked in a lot across from Advanced Auto Parts. Right at 9 am we walked over to get fuses for our vehicle. Two men at the counter and all they could do was point at the isle for fuses. I finally asked the heavyset guy if he could step away from the counter to help us. It appears he doesn’t know much about the items he sells. The other man at the counter didn’t offer at all. I will be contacting corporate.

He came outside and ran the scanner after we saw what it said he took it upon him to try to see the air filter. Never in my life has anyone done that.
