Poor customer service. I stood in line for 30 mins and there was only 3 customer there which that included me. The staff was rude to the guy in front of and after 30 minutes standing there and saw that I just left...

Terrible service, ordered some air filters from them. They sent me home with the wrong ones, so I drove the 45 minutes back into town to trade them out and get the right ones. When I got there they told me that they didnt know what I was talking about because whomever i had talked to had lost the list of stuff that i had ordered even though I had called them 2 days before to get everything ordered and ready for me when I drove into town to pick them up. They then told me they didnt have time to help me because it was 15 minutes to close and they had already put everything away. I was treated like garbage, told that it was my fault/problem that they had ordered and sent me home with the wrong filters, and then after I drove back in to get what I had ordered I was told to leave the store because they just simply didnt have the patience to help me. I will never return to this store and strongly encourage others to not go in if they dont want to be treated poorly.

So far so good. Seems like lots of inventory for such a small location but those are usually the good ones.

I had to buy windshield wipers for our U-Haul truck. The woman was incredibly helpful! She even installed them for me. Now, thats good service!

The other day, I needed 5w30 oil,picked it up, decided yesterday to get a couple more. I grabbed a totally different oil, Nicole one of the service techs,immediately caught the mistake, got me the right ones. Thanks Nicole. I recommend Napa.

Said they had part in stock, I drive 60 miles to find out they DIDNT And would have to order it in.Sloppy business practices.

IMO Napa is where you go when you have technical experience. The shop just seems geared toward the professional installer. That said, a novice needing to repair their car will find solid advice and expertise from the counter people here.

Five star experience. They have excellent customer service and are experienced professionals. I only buy my car parts here. Dwight is the best

Had what we needed great parts store

We were on a trip to Reno and we needed a battery for our Toyota truck. They had what we needed and let us install it in the parking lot. Initially there were two employees waiting on one customer which led to a longer wait time. When we went to leave the battery the employee in the back ignored me when I asked if I could use their hand truck to carry the used battery back to the store. He was also absent from his desk when I returned the battery and hand truck.

Only place in town that actually knows how to help you rather than just provide parts. Thanks for the help

This is by far the worst parts store. No customer service and then told me that they did not want my business. I will be contacting their corporate store.

Worked there less than 2 weeks. In addition to following, my husband went in as a customer and was not impressed with counter assistance. While working there, I witnessed serious safety hazards, no PPE or safety procedures. Saw battery acid sprayed all over 2 people and one sales counter person fell backward on top of very badly placed used corroded battery pile. Injuries not documented and no medical exam. She was severely bruised. Reports of illness within a couple weeks of starting there are likely due to it being wretchedly filthy. Scattered and undefined procedures in all areas. Customer not notified of non receipt of orders, store manager blames without investigation then apologizes, was not provided a welcome or new hire processing for a week. Scattered training, undefined constantly changing instructions, blame games and very extreme heavy workload as inventory control specialist. No input from staff is valued. What staff feels important is not to management which is stated so and results in lower morale. Supervisor doesnt counsel staff privately and instead embarrasses you in front of peers and customers. High turnover rate. 5 staff talked about wanting to quit in 1 week. No integrity in management and no belief in staff integrity.

We needed one windshield wiper on a rental car. Best Western Hotel front desk recommended NAPA and it was an excellent recommendation! We showed up right at 8:00 am on Saturday morning, September 24. The service person was amazing. She rang us up and installed with wiper within 2 minutes and we were on our way. Thank you!

They always give me the right part and most of the time it is in stock. When its not they can usually get it to me within a couple of days. Sometimes they let me go in the back and make a fort with all the boxes of air filters then I glue feathers all over me and squat on top and pretend Im a condor. All hail the lizard people.

We are visiting Elko. We have always used Napa when have gone out of town. This one is the worst! I called in to see if they had a part for my SUV. The person that answered asked what part I needed, I told him. He asked the correct information to find my part..... So he proceeded to tell me that he didnt know if they had my part of the top of his head?????? Its a battery terminal! Also that he did not have the OEM part well .. I called the part store not the dealership! I will never use this NAPA again when and if I ever come to Elko.

Darby is the best!! Always willing to help a lost wife figure out what item her hubby needed and sent her in for... Prices good too.

The lady that helped me was very friendly. After I purchased parts for our truck, I took it to get fixed. The mechanic said I didnt need the parts I bought to install, so I took them back to Napa. They were friendly and gave me a refund.

Small store everything easy to find. Customer service was not that great. And also store looked to be short staffed.

Not one employee in this store had a mask on. Even the manager I talked to didnt put one on while I was talking to.him. People think about others WHERE A MASK!!!

This location has literally the worst service Ive ever seen. The first and only time Ive gone here, I wasnt greated, or offered assistance at all. I then spoke with one of the salespeople about an online parts reservation I had made that needed to be cancelled, because they took to long to get the part. The salesperson spoke down to me like he was mad at me, then went to the backroom, came back with a slip, then in a snarky tone of voice said, this guy doesnt want this part anymore to another worker. I was just trying to be polite and let them know I didnt need the part from them anymore, I could have just never came in to tell them. I then tried to buy a tube of sealant, and the same salesperson then tells me, your have to pay for the freight for the item you ordered in a very rude way. I then laughed and just left the store, this service was ridiculous. I will discourage anyone I know from going here, and will be contacting the supervisors of this location.
