Decent selection of work and dress boots, with a very helpful staff. They used to have a good clothing selection, but it seems the COVID related supply chain issues so many other retailers are experiencing have left the cupboard a little bare.

My husband is hard to dress. He is very picky. Erin helped us find the perfect jeans, vest and shirt. Found the perfect dress for me too. I have been to a lot of boot barns. This one us really nice, clean and has a great selection of everything.

Pair of boots I bought had a safety defect and Abby and Desi were able to take care of the problem quickly and efficiently.

The customer service was OUTSTANDING! Char personally took her time helping me pick out boots for a new job. She was very knowledgeable about the brands and the pros and cons of each boot I liked that would work for my job. I ended up buying more than I came for. I came for boots only and was planning on purchasing the rest of what I needed online. I told her what I was planning on doing and she asked what I was planning on getting. When I told her she said they had everything I needed in the store. Im a bargain shopper and online is usually cheaper but she told me about the rewards I can get for purchases. She took me to each area and showed me every option there was for the item. Then I was browsing Jeans I didnt need but I love the brand. She then let me know about a sale they were having which was amazing and I ended up getting 2 pairs! She never left our side and stayed with me the whole time like a personal shopper. Because of her I went in for work boots and left with boots, sweaters, Jeans, boots for my daughter, 2 beanies, 3 packs of socks and treatment for my boots! My husband wasnt happy about spending all the extra money, haha, but the prices were close to what we would pay online plus the points! He even got a few things for himself.

Had to return a gift and pick-up an online order. Clerks are always greeting you at the door, offering help before you can ask. They are willing to do what it takes to help you get the exact item you need. Even ordering large or special sizes. Selection of Qualified Mine workboots is, I think, the biggest in town!!Prices a bit high, but selection high quality and they stand behind their products!!Worth a bit more to have such nice customer service!! Clearance/sale prices are usually great!!

I buy all our boots there. My husband works for Newmont, so he gets a discount for his boots, socks, jackets, any thing work related. Just tell them who you work for and there might be a discount for you. We didnt know that until recently. And weve been going there for years.

I didnt get the type of work boots that I wanted. Which sucks.

I enjoy looking at all their products, but some are pricey.

They never have the size that I need. 14ee. I am buying on a corporate account and they say they can only transfer in from other stores not order in. I asked if I could order the boots I want online and then return them and buy them on the corporate account and they are not sure. A complete lack of knowledge on how to do anything other than follow you around asking if you need help, even though they cant help you. And their poor selection of sizes, made for a crappy visit today.
