My husband and I were on our way home to California traveling from Colorado towing our 31 foot tow hauler when the turbo cut out on our 2013 Dodge 2500 truck. Luckily we were just outside of Elko and we were able to pull into Elko Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealership. As luck would have it, it was just before the service department closed. The service department (Tommy W.) was very friendly and extremely helpful considering they were due to go home soon. The following morning the kindness continued and made us a priority due to us being travelers. The mechanic identified the problem and within a few hours got us back on the road. I didnt get the mechanics name but Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Disappointed... lady seemed nice but... dont tell me the vehicle has been on the lot for a few months ... they wont negotiate... & dont be a NSB customer as you cant use your loan here... also lady said same price for credit card, loan, or cash! Seems like they care more about profit then making a sale... also the vehicle I looked at pet hair was all over the vehicle!

Towed my vehicle to the dealers shop need a win module after my vehicle was there for seven days I was finally told that my part was over a month out on back order. I picked my truck up paid $260 for basically nothing and ordered the part I need online where there were many for sale and got it in two days and am putting it in myself.

If you think you’re gonna be able to get your vehicle serviced here, you are mistaken. It is by appointment only and they are booked for days. I have a Subaru also and you just pull up to the dealership and they change your oil... no appointment needed

8:45am appointment to get recall work done. Pickup sat for three hours in the parking lot and never moved as I paid a taxi to get around town. Asked to speak to service manager, was asked to wait in lobby. After 30 minutes standing in the lobby, because there were not enough seats I returned to the service department and demanded my keys and left. On my way home to Battle Mountain I called the service manager to complain but was put on hold, then I was asked to call back later the service manager was on another call. I requested the service manager call me, a call I never received.
