I went in at 10:11 and they were serving people drinks. Once they left the woman at the register told me that they were closed. I said, oh okay… I thought you guys were open 24 hours. The other employee behind the counter very rudely says, “Nope… we aren’t!” NOT 24 hours even though the hours online and on a giant billboard say so.

Always a treat to wait for your delicious concoction and watching the staff work in harmony to get your drinks out. Even a bigger treat to take that first sip.....Great!

Starbucks is my favorite coffee shop. I love there coffee. However, there seems to be an issue when I order just a regular hot coffee. Its never hot. Its made ahead of time and put into a craft to keep it hot. I understand the reason for this.. But its NOT hot. Its never hot! Lets not forget your customers who just want a good cup of good ol fashioned coffee!You seem to cater to the I want this and this and this and this and this, but make it skinny crowd... just HOT coffee please!

I got a hot latte and lady did not put a lid on write a picked up and it burnt my hands Bill happened she would not replace it she cutting Granite snickered at me I will not go there again I will go to Albertsons or out there by Smiths before I go back to Starbucks

Restaurant was good, played a few machine. Not good. Took my money. Machine is too tight.

The employee was new and doing a wonderful job of multitasking while learning and keeping a sense of humor. Beverage was perfect!

Customer service was excellent! They assisted me with completing my online Starbucks rewards enrollment and then showed me how to load money in my account and how to use it for in store purchase. And they do an amazing job of making excellent coffee!!

Great Customer Service

The Starbucks employees are extremely rude, Ive been to Starbucks several times, even though there are usually new employees working they all seem to have the exact same stuck up attitudes and act as if helping a customer (Which is part of there job description and title) are beneath them.

Still over rated but I will try again.

This Starbucks is in Red Lion casino. Prduct was very good and the girls that served it were nice looking as well as quick. Very professional and courteous. Enjoyed it very much.

It’s in a casino. In the early morning it smelled of stale cigarettes. I can’t imagine the smell later on!!! Coffee tasted the same. Slow service. Didn’t accept my rewards. It reminded me to never go to a casino again. Not even for Starbucks.

I hate that I love Starbucks so much! They simply make a better cup of coffee than I do, and on a busy work morning it is more than welcome!

As all can tell no five star from me. I had to visit because my mom and brother think standing in line to get a large black coffee is cool. When I want coffee I would like it just a little quicker. No Express lane, then no biz from me. Stupid SB? Maybe. Lets see the Express lane? Seems dumb.
