When I purchased my phone and AT&T services, I was quoted $87.24 for my monthly charges. The first bill would be prorated and I understand that. But my subsequent bill would be $100 more than I was quoted. All of this was done between the Seaford, Delaware store and the Eldridge, Md store. Everything was done behind closed doors so I couldn’t see what the staff was doing. Deeply angered that this has happened to me. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!

Stopped in to see what my options were to add a new line or two. Everything was explained clearly and with a smile. I wasnt in a position to decide today, but I will 100% be going back to make a purchase/upgrade. Pleasure to do business with and will continue to do so moving forward.

Aaron at the Elkton, MD Big Elk Mall location solved a multitude of problems. He repaired my screen protector that was cut all the way through and I thought was the screen. He resolve my issues with being able to access my accounts, and acknowledged it was showing a lot of error messages. I can now pay my bill with DIRECTV and AT&T that are linked. He helped me in so many ways Im very grateful that he was in the shop.

Erin, the store manager, was professional and patient with 2 old people. One had a flip phone, one had a slide out keyboard...both on 3G. We cannot say enough about his guidance, without pressure, to select the best phone for our needs. He truly listened to us and we are so happy with our new 5G smartphones! ❤

My husband ordered me the 12mini for a birthday present - so he held onto it for a few days to give to me on my actual birthday. I actually wanted the regular size one. He called customer service and they said to take it to any store and they could do the exchange as long as they had what I wanted in stock. Easy- peasy, RIGHT? Wrong.Store opens at 11 am on Sunday. I go at 1 pm. Sign on door reads ON BREAK - SCAN QR CODE TO SHOP WHILE IM GONE. Ok so I waited 30 minutes. A guy walks in with a bag of stuff. And doesnt take the sign off, I said to myself - ok Ill wait til he gets settled. Waited another 15 min and still the sign was up. I ran my other errands and came back between 3-330 pm. Sign is off and the guy is in there. I could tell he wasnt going to be helpful. I tell him I want to exchange from my online order - customer service said to bring it here. Hes like Oh really. I said yes its within the 14 days so he calls Im assuming his mgr. and she says yes i can do that in the 14 day window. Hes like oh sorry youre not in the window cant help.So husband takes care of it through customer service online the next day no problem. Except we now have to mail this one back and they are shipping a new one. And Day of delivery was the 8th counting THAT DAY I was in the store on the 14th day. Thanks a lot.Would not recommend this store - unless they get a new employee.

I stopped by the Elkton store just to see what the S10 was like. I had an S8 for 3 years & was ready for a change! Patrick greeted me as I came in & immediately addressed my needs. What great customer service & patience Pat & Joey showed to me! I traded in my phone & got a S10! Great trade In deal with a case to go with it for nothing!! I didnt have to spend a dime!! I love my new phone and those 2 young men were awesome!!!

Wanted to upgrade my att phone but wanted to buy the phone outright not do installment. After waiting was told they do not allow you to buy the phone Only installments. Went online at att.com and they offered curb pickup at the same store for the phone that they told me they could only sell on installment.

Went into the store before when Sabrina was the manager and everything was great! But just recently went in and worked with Joey and he was absolutely awful! So I went to North East and worked with Kelly and Vanessa and they were just as helpful as Sabrina. Will never go back to Elkton. Do NOT go there.

Jake was fantastic, I’ve dealt with him several times and he has saved me more money than I’ve even spent there! FirstNet is an absolutely incredible offer and I am so pleased with the service that I’ll be a lifetime customer. Jake is a wonderful representative of by far the best cell provider.

Have been Getting ripped off from att for the last 4 months and literally getting no where. They have not only messed up my bill, overcharged my account but then had the nerve to shut our phones off and make me pay $550.00 before they would turn them back on. Then me and my hubby go to att store after and they tell us we have a new balance of $317.00 which is outrageous!!! Then we were taken off the next up installment plan and told it couldnt be fixed when that wasnt even our fault. I loved att in the beginning of having them but now not at all. It is sad that I couldnt get not one honest rep on the phone or in store.

Kelsey was great she made us aware of a military discount we should have that we have never received in the past even when asking we were told there wasnt one and she helped us set up my husband and my new phones and have great advice on the best screen protector.

Patrick, the sales rep, sold me a bill of goods. Very disappointed. He was also very rude and unprofessional and unknowledgeable. Basically he promised me an unlimited hotspot plan that went down to 3G after certain amount of usage, but it went to NO usage at all...which was later confirmed by AT&T. When I confronted him with this he denied it and threw me out of the store. Needless to say, I had to file a complaint against him and dispute the charge on my credit card so I got a refund and he is now blacklisted by MasterCard. Sprint has much better deals anyway. Keep in mind this is not a real AT&T store, this is a franchise owned and operated by shady business people passing themselves off as AT&T people. AVOID!

These guys were so great. I walked in for 1 phone....however the reps, Joey and Pat got me set up on a business account and a ton of promotions so I walked out with 2 new phones, an iPad, and a ton of accessories, all at a great price. By far, my favorite at&t store I’ve ever visited!

These staff lie at every location for sales or to meet their sales mark. North East and Elkton have lied and my Corporate account bill is 550.00 per month due to continuous lies... I will end services with AT&T because or their authorized Dealers games and unprofessional acts. It is such as sham3, besides most times my telephone does not work properly. I believe that yeh issue substandard telephones to certain types of authorized dealers. Every telephone that I upgrade our 10 lines to, most times there are communication problems. Who will pay this type of money for substandard services and communication devices. No longer, will I help someone make their profit and quota.

SABRINA and JAKE are amazing! If it werent for them today I would have canceled my ATT service after how I was treated at the North East location. They apologized for the poor service at NE and went out of their way to get my new phone set up for me. I bought an S8 two weeks ago and the microphone broke so warranty mailed me a new one. When I went into the North East location to have the new phone set up for me again they refused to help me because they were only assisting customers buying the new IPhone. I was infuriated and called Elkton. Jake answered the phone and told me to come there and they would get me set up. Sabrina did everything for me...even packaged up the old phone to mail back! Both of them were so nice and apologetic of the behavior of the NE employees. Even though Elkton is a little out of my way I will go there from now on!

I have been here 3 times in the past two weeks. Overall good experience, but that depends on who is working. Making a switch from Sprint (been with them for 2 years)to AT&T. Sprints cell service is horrible and really not much cheaper.
