Was at the store for 1.5 hours without being acknowledged. 1 employee assisting the only other customer as the other employee waited around assisting. Had to leave without getting what I came in for.

T-Mobile was great it was Sprint that was sub par today! I blame them for me not being able to activate my new phone cause they used the wrong number for activation! So now Im without my new S21-5g phone!SignedHeartbroken!!!!!!

Came in to buy AirPods and was helped greatly by Julius. He was a star in the store and has a wonderful personality. T-Mobile in the passed has been iffy but Julius’ shine might be what the store needs for a turn around. Great Job T-Mobile!

We switched a number of lines from Verizon over to T-Mobile and it was a long and tiring process. The people at both the store and the regional manager were nothing but supportive and helpful to us. Matt and Bruce were very good in store dealing with them and also the regional manager Eddie. Much thanks to these folks not the best initial experience with t mobile overall but they helped to get us through it.

This store doesn’t want to take any responsibility when something goes wrong or they try to tell you something about your phone that’s not true. I had multiple issues with this store in recent months and I’m not planning on coming back!!!The best one was when I walked into the store and the girl I was telling her what I need to change on my account. She turns around and told me I have your information pulled up without asking me for my ID or phone number. I said to myself I guess she is a mind reader too.I found a new store who knows what they are talking about and doesn’t try to up sell you something that you do not need.

Lady in charge was very rude and forward. Couldnt wait to get me out of the store so she could talk with her friends. Christmas Eve was trying to get a phone for my daughter no help at all. Went to store in Bear Delaware. Great people great help. Daughters Happy, Santas happy. Well never get back to Elkton T-Mobile

Horrible was lied to on the phone n then when got to the store was totally diferent

I went to this T mobile store. My husband and I usually to this store when we have issues with our phone. Today I went because I was having problem making phone calls. Now we usually deal with Matt but Matt was busy with a customer which find. I was approached by a Taylor and told her what the issue was. She told that bacause my husband brought my phone offline the Sim card may not be compatible which I can understand a deal with. However her additude with interrupting me and cutting me off while speaking was in called for. I left called the store and got another attitude from. Waited on hold cause Matt was in the phone with a customer. Taylor got back on the phone with the same. I told her I would call back. Next step coordinate.

Nice staff, very personble and helpful, Cassandra goes above and beyond. The manager Greg is a true professional. Every since he took the Lead in this location, I see the improvement of staff and service.. Keep up the great work guys... tuff work in retail.

Screw this location. I went in to add a line and upgrade my plan AND payoff my current phone to get a newer one and when I told the associate what phone I wanted to add a line with they laughed in my face. I let that slide and she continued to crack jokes so I just left. Went to the Christiana Mall one and they handled me PROFESSIONALLY.

First time at this store, the salesman was very helpful. Were thinking of changing cell phone carriers. This may be the option were looking for.

The food is excellent and nice and hot when you get it. Nice atmosphere, pleasant employees.

Staff is awesome and very friendly amd go out of there way to help you save money..they noticed on my account that if they changed my plan i could save $10 and still keep all unlimited.

Great store, I personally prefer verizon, but it was a great store, very clean and neat, with knowledgeable, nice, and friendly people.

Buyer Beware!!! TMobile is a 5 star value but you dont want to go to the Elkton location. Twice in 3 months they added insurance after we declined. I was forgiving the 1st time. Adamantly declined 2nd visit but still added the fee. Catch me if you can, is obviously their business model.

Finally done with Verizon! Tatiana an Cassandra made it easy to switch. Thank you!!!

Not very impressed with the people who work there. They tell me theyll call me back and they never do, & whenever I call the store its hit or miss with someone answering.

Avoid this store, Customer service informed me its not an official T-Mobile store. Take the ride and go to Bear or the Mall and get the right info at an actual T-Mobile store. Elkton is apparently a TPE Third party something.
