Would give 0 stars...staff is never friendly and its like pulling teeth to get them to show you which phones have sales or if they have any specials. I have been a customer here for 4 years and its always the same service regardless who is working. They finally forced me to change carriers.

I called to get info on promotions and the sales person hung up the phone on me and would not answer when I tried to call back three times. They need new sales representatives in this store. 4/28/21 4:10 pm

I have been calling for two days and no one ever answers the phone

I got a replacement phone from my insurance provider and couldnt activate due to insurance company not scanning my phone before sending it to me.. Stop in the store within 20 mins the employee had my phone activated..

Metro by T- Mobile is as good a cellular phone service as I have yet found. For $50 I get unlimited text and talk plus Internet and there is also a $60 plan. I pay my bill at the location in Elkton MD but payment can also be rendered online or, as far as I know, by phone by dialing 611. Price wise, they have Verizon beat by an appreciable amount and their service is way better than Straight Talk. The staff at the store is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I highly and respectfully recommend this carrier to anyone who is seeking reliable and affordable service

The women are rude. You would think after 7 years you would learn some customer service! It is so rude to roll your eyes at someone numerous times and get all huffy and puffy just because THE COSTOMER is not understanding or you have to explain your self a little better. They also made the lady I was selling a phone to buy a sim car for 25$ just to tell her the phone wont work for there service. All they want is money. Every other phone store will put in a sim car for free! Too see if its unlockeCustomer service training is NEEDED!After 7 years youve become a little rusty

Good​ service, good deal on phones, nice helpful friendly staff.

They will try and hustle you in different ways and then you find out later that what they told you was not legitimate. Never answers the business phone for help or assistance. Seems like the employees are under the impression they work for themselves. The need a real supervisor or manager to monitor their services at this location.
