Store hours online said this location was open. I also left an email plus a voice mail and never received a reply. Usually Tire Pros is very prompt about replies and ready for customers so I drove to that location and was told by a car sales associate they have no technicians because of covid and werent open. I took my business to another retailer.

Theyve done good tire and suspension work on my Honda Odyssey and Hyundai Sonata. Quick and timely, as well as reasonably priced. Fred is a pleasure to work with. Will be taking my vehicle back in the near future to get aftermarket rotors and brake pads installed. Will update my review in the future.

From beginning to end the guys at tire pros were excellent to work with. They have highest level customer service and they do a great job with explaining your options as opposed to just trying to sell you the highest product on the market. They were on time and the prices were very reasonable. Every time I communicated with anyone there I felt like they were taking care of me and I really appreciate it. I definitely plan to return for additional service needs.

I had a Maryland Vehicle inspection done here and they did great! Friendly staff and a nice waiting area for me to hang out while they took care of my car.

They got me in last minute for a Maryland State Inspection for a vehicle I purchased out of state. They even applied a promo code to get the bill down to $99. They were fast, thorough and extremely friendly.

I came in for an unscheduled oil change. Was in and out within an hour. Clean facility. Felt comfortable in waiting area despite Covid-19. Gave me info for upcoming maintenance for my vehicle without any sales pressure. Will be using this shop for all my scheduled maintenance and would highly recommend to anyone I know.

I was looking for MD inspection around and this place is perfect! It starts with a nice conversation on the phone. The people very nice and professional. I am suggesting my friends and family to use this place.

These guys helped me out when my battery died less than a mile from them. Then because they were so nice I scheduled a much needed oil change the next day. In and out, dare i day faster than a jiffy? With some recommendations and then a few things they pointed out i didnt need. I found my new mechanics.

Great service by Fred and his staff. Got 3 old cars trough inspection with a few needed repairs.

Performed state inspection. Friendly at the counter. Service tech spoke to me and complimented me on the good condition of the car. Why I went to them was all other places I called for state inspection wanted me to drop off car for the whole day. I was out within 90 minutes. Used WiFi, so I could work while waiting. Every service performed comes with 3 road side assistance events that are good for a year. They vacuumed out my car, too.

I went into this shop 4/30/2021 for a car inspection. I was told by mechanic R.H that there was a screw in one of my tires he had to take care of and also my battery was not sitting right so he will take care of that as well for an extra 45 dollars. After about a 40 minute wait time I was given my keys back and told I was good to go. I pull out of the shops parking 5 minutes into my journey home my tire pops out in the middle of the highway. I call the shop they come to the scene. Mechanic R.H who had worked on my car admits to not tightening the torque. My life and others were endangered and i shudder to think what could have happened to me or another driver on the highway. I follow the mechanic back to the shop toto fix the problem. Of course I am flustered and extremely upset. The receptionist was extremely rude and unsympathetic. Tire was fixed i get home only to receive an email that my car a 2018 Hyundai with less than 40,000 miles had not passed inspection after i had been told at the shop that my car had passed inspection. For a 139 dollar fee, I received sub par service and my life was endangered. I am filing a complaint with corporate and I will never set foot into any Tire Pros store ever again. I am hoping someone from the shop will reach out to me with a formal apology and if that doesnt happen it says a lot about their customer service and I will keep the public updated.

I needed to have my rear hatch struts replaced. Mechanic fixed this in less than five minutes. It cost me $26.58. I watched how he performed this task so I will be able to do this in the future.

Something very simple as tire indicator on, that the Honda dealership showed me how to fix by myself and for FREE. I got charged $30 for a supposed reset by these guys. SMH

Easy to make appointment with them to service car, free alignment check on every visit. Modern creature comforts (water, coffee, clean restrooms, cable TV)

I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation. The service manager, David Lewis is the gentleman who waited on me. He was professional and courteous. The staff was very polite and had my vehicle ready in no time! I highly recommend and I will definitely be going back

I just got 4 new tires and an alignment for my Ford Fusion. I have to say that the entire experience from discussing and ordering the tires to the installation and service was professional and courteous. They are friendly and try to help. Similar to another reviewer, I was given a ride home as I only live a mile or so from the store. I also noted that the facility was clean and well kept. I would definitely recommend them.

Great service and friendly knowledgeable staff. I said “I will be back!” and indeed I was. Recently had a tire with a slow leak and they fixed it quickly with no hassle and for a very reasonable price. They know what they’re doing and are professional with their customers.

I was under the believe that this building was still part of ODonnell Honda and IT IS NOT. When I received the bill for a simple oil change on my car, the bill was double then it is normally. I even made mention to the gentleman about it. Below are the fees:Lube, oil & filter change synthetic-$ 26.40Synthetic engine oil-$ 32.00Engine Oil Filter- $ 6.50Shop supplies- $ 5.19Sales Tax 6%- $2.62I paid $ 72.71I then stated that seemed a bit high and the guy said, well, they used synthetic oil. Hmm, always had synthetic oil in my other car and NEVER paid anything close to this.* I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE IN THE FUTURE!!!

David and will were super professional, got me in and out within 30 minutes on a routine oil and filter change. Didn’t try to upsell me a bunch of things, but showed me a couple items I should take care of soon. Very personable and efficient! I will be back

Great experience. They were super friendly and extremely helpful. I received 2 tires that were out of stock but were able to get the tires and fix my car all in the same day. In the meantime they offered a ride so we didnt need to wait at the shop the entire time.

Visited this location 10/30/2020 at 8 am.I bought tires online and brought them here to be installed and balanced. Their prices for that work and tire disposal are about what other shops charge.The reason for the 5 stars was that I was able to call the day prior 15 minutes before they closed, and I was answered by a pleasant individual who let me place an appointment first thing in the morning.I arrived, let them know I had the tires already and where to put them, and they didnt try to upsell. I was in and out in about an hour give or take 15 minutes.Their technicians even went through the trouble of video taping some mild damage on the tire (not due to their handling) and gave me the video in case I wanted to return the tire to the online retailer (rhymes with Glamazon). When I let them know I was alright with it, since it was a small tear in the bead, they used a silicone paste, for no cost, to mend the tear and completed the work.Overall, service was timely and very professional.P.S. I did some research on their site and their locations are locally owned which is a plus for me vs other corporate owned tire chains. This influenced my decision to go to them.
